In one embodiment of the present invention, an air guide cavity 121 is formed between the filter screen 400 and the outer wall of the filter holder 100, and an air outlet of the air guide cavity 121 is communicated with an air inlet of the cyclone separating apparatus 300, so that the air filtered by the filter screen 400 is introduced into the first dust collecting cavity 101 for filtering.
The gas after primary filtration enters the gas guide cavity 121 through the filter screen 400, is introduced into the cyclone separation device 300 through the gas guide cavity 121, and is subjected to secondary filtration through the cyclone separation device 300 and the first dust collection cavity 101, so that the filtration path is prolonged, the gas filtration effect can be improved, meanwhile, the first dust collection cavity 101 in the filter assembly 10 plays a dust collection role, and the dust collection capacity is improved.
In one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the filter holder 100 includes a first cartridge holder 110 and a second cartridge holder 120 sleeved on the outer circumference of the first cartridge holder 110; the second cylinder bracket 120 is connected with the first cylinder bracket 110 through a plurality of connecting blocks which are arranged between the two cylinder brackets in a surrounding manner, so that the stability of the connection between the two cylinder brackets is improved.
The first cylinder support 110 is internally provided with a first gas pipeline 500, and an air outlet port 122 of the first gas pipeline 500 penetrates through the first cylinder support 110 and the second cylinder support 120 in the radial direction;
the filter screen 400 is enclosed on the outer periphery of the second cylinder bracket 120, and the filter screen 400, the first cylinder bracket 110 and the second cylinder bracket 120 are enclosed to form the air guide cavity 121. Preferably, the axis of the air inlet pipe 510 coincides with the axis of the filter support 100, and the axis of the air outlet pipe 520 is perpendicular to the central axis of the air inlet pipe 510, forming an included angle of 90 degrees. The direction of the gas when guided out of the gas outlet pipe 520 intersects the central axis of the gas inlet pipe 510 in a direction tangential to the end face of the filter screen 400, forming an included angle of 90 degrees. The axis generated when the gas rotates in the circumferential direction coincides with the central axis of the intake duct 510. the filter screen is arranged around the periphery of the filter support and exposes the exhaust end of the first gas pipeline;
the bottom surface of the first dust collection cavity is higher than the bottom end surface of the first gas pipeline;
the dust shield is connected with one end of the filtering bracket and surrounds the outer side of the first dust collection cavity;
an air guide cavity is formed between the filter screen and the outer wall of the filter support, and an air outlet of the air guide cavity is communicated with an air inlet of the cyclone separation device and is used for introducing air filtered by the filter screen into a first dust collection cavity for filtering;
the filter support comprises a first cylinder support and a second cylinder support sleeved on the periphery of the first cylinder support;
the first gas pipeline is arranged in the first cylinder support, and the gas outlet port of the first gas pipeline penetrates through the first cylinder support and the second cylinder support in the radial direction;
the filter screen is arranged on the periphery of the second cylinder bracket in a surrounding mode, and the filter screen, the first cylinder bracket and the second cylinder bracket are arranged into the air guide cavity in a surrounding mode;
the air inlet of the cyclone separation device is arranged at one end far away from the dust shield, the cyclone separation device is a cyclone separation cone, and the air inlet of the cyclone separation cone is provided with an air guide opening along the radial direction for introducing the air exhausted by the air guide cavity.
2. The filter assembly of claim 1, wherein the first gas conduit comprises an axial gas inlet conduit and a radial gas outlet conduit, the gas inlet conduit in communication with the gas outlet conduit.
3. The filter assembly of claim 2, wherein the axis of the inlet conduit coincides with the axis of the filter holder and the axis of the outlet conduit is disposed perpendicular to the central axis of the inlet conduit.
4. The filter assembly of claim 2, wherein the second cartridge holder is provided with an outlet port, the outlet end of the outlet conduit being connected to the outlet port.
5. The filter assembly of claim 4, wherein the outlet port comprises a first edge and a second edge, the first edge being an upstream edge of the gas and the second edge being a downstream edge of the gas.
6. The filter assembly of claim 5, wherein the outlet duct comprises a first arc panel and a second arc panel, a front edge of the first arc panel being connected to a front edge of the first edge, a front edge of the second arc panel being connected to the second edge.
7. The filter assembly of claim 1, wherein the filter holder further comprises a first connector frame, a second connector frame, and a baffle;
the first connecting frame is arranged at one end of the second cylinder bracket, which is close to the exhaust port of the cyclone separation device, and is used for connecting the dust shield;
the second connecting frame is arranged at one end, close to the air inlet of the cyclone separation device, of the second cylinder bracket;
the baffle is arranged in the second connecting frame and is propped against one axial side of the air inlet of the cyclone separation device.
8. The filter assembly of claim 5, wherein the filter screen body has a C-shaped configuration including a first end and a second end, wherein the first end is connected to the first rim or the region on the side of the first rim, and the second end is connected to the second rim or the region on the side of the second rim.
9. The filter assembly of claim 7, comprising a gas holder coupled to the second connecting frame, at least one deflector aperture disposed within the gas holder, the deflector aperture extending through the baffle plate and communicating with the inlet of the cyclonic separating apparatus.
10. The filter assembly of claim 9, comprising a hepa filter assembly disposed within the gas guide seat for filtering gas exiting the guide aperture.
11. A vacuum cleaner comprising a dirt cup, a landing, and the filter assembly of any one of claims 1-10;
the dust cup body comprises a cylindrical shell and an air guide pipeline, a first baffle is arranged at one end of the shell, and the air guide pipeline is arranged in the shell and penetrates through the first baffle;
the lap joint part is connected with the first baffle, the lap joint part is provided with an air guide channel, and an air outlet of the air guide channel is communicated with the air guide pipeline;
the filter component is arranged in the dust cup body, and the air inlet end of the first gas pipeline is communicated with the air outlet end of the air guide pipeline.
