Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a filter screen cartridge, which belongs to a part of a dust cup assembly of a dust collector, and is mainly used for filtering dust in dust air.
The application discloses a filter screen section of thick bamboo, it mainly includes three filter, specifically is:
a first stage filter 1 having a plurality of mesh openings 11;
a second stage filter 2 located at least partially within the first stage filter 1, the second stage filter 2 being located downstream of the first stage filter 1 in the dust airflow path;
a third filter 3 located at least partially within the first filter 1, the third filter 3 being located downstream of the second filter 2 in the dust airflow path, wherein the second filter 2 is located at least partially between the first filter 1 and the third filter 3.
In an embodiment, the first stage filter 1 includes a hollow first filter portion 12 and a first support 13 for positioning the first filter portion 12, the first filter portion 12 has a plurality of meshes 11, the first support 13 includes a first end 131 for closing one end of the first filter portion 12 and a second end 132 connected to the other end of the first filter portion 12 and having an open shape, the first end 131 is opposite to the second end 132, and the second stage filter 2 and the third stage filter 3 are installed into the first filter portion 12 from the second end 132.
The first bracket 13 is a cylinder having a hollow frame structure as a whole, and the cylinder includes a first end 131 and a second end 132 opposite to the first end 131 in the installation position, the first end 131 is of a closed structure, and the second end 132 is of an open structure, so that the second filter 2 and the third filter 3 can be installed from the second end 132.
The first filter portion 12 is disposed between the first end 131 and the second end 132 of the first bracket 13. The first filter unit 12 has a plurality of meshes 11, and the meshes 11 serve as an inlet for the dust and air to flow into the second filter 2 and the third filter 3 in sequence along a dust and air flow path.
The first stage filter 1 may be of unitary construction. For example, in one embodiment, the first filter 1 is a hollow cylindrical thin-walled metal cylinder that is closed at one end by the first end 131 of the first bracket 13 and open at the other end, and the open end is positioned by the second end 132 of the first bracket 13 and is used to house the second and third filters 2 and 3. The side wall of the metal thin-wall cylinder is provided with a plurality of meshes 11, and the meshes 11 are distributed on most part of the side wall in an array shape and are terminated within a preset distance of the metal thin-wall cylinder close to the open end and the closed end of the metal thin-wall cylinder. Thus, the side wall portion having the mesh openings 11 constitutes the first filter portion 12 of the first filter 1, and the remaining portion not including the mesh openings 11 constitutes the first holder 13 of the first filter 1.
While the first filter 1 is described above as being a unitary structure, it should be understood that the first filter 1 may be a split structure. For example, in a specific implementation scenario, the first stage filter 1 includes a first bracket 13 and a first filter portion 12 disposed on the first bracket 13. Referring to fig. 3, the first bracket 13 may be composed of a lower cover 15 and an upper cover 14 spaced opposite to the lower cover 15. Wherein, the upper cover 14 is an open structure, and the lower cover 15 is a closed structure. The cross-sections of the lower cap 15 and the upper cap 14 are substantially circular. Between the lower cover 15 and the upper cover 14 there is provided a member, such as a metal net, which is wound around a circle along the cylindrical surface defined by the lower cover 15 and the upper cover 14, so that the metal net constitutes the first filter portion 12 of the first stage filter 1, and obviously, the metal net has a plurality of mesh openings 11.
In the above structure, in order to facilitate the connection between the metal mesh and the lower cover 15 and the upper cover 14, a slot 17 may be formed in the lower cover 15, and correspondingly, a slot 18 may be formed in the upper cover 14, and the slots (17, 18) are circular in cross section, so that two ends of the metal mesh in the longitudinal direction may be respectively inserted into the slots (17, 18).
In one embodiment, the second stage filter 2 is a sponge filter; the third stage filter 3 is a HEPA filter. Wherein, the second filter 2 is sleeved on the periphery of the third filter 3 and is circumferentially wrapped at least part of the third filter 3. It can be understood that the second filter 2 is wrapped around the third filter 3 to achieve better filtering effect.
The HEPA Filter is a High-Efficiency Air Filter, and is called HEPA for short under the English name of High Efficiency Particulate Air Filter. The high-efficiency air filter is mainly used for trapping particle dust and various suspended matters with the particle size of more than 0.5 mu m, has high filtering efficiency and low flow resistance, and can be continuously used for a long time so as to reduce the cost of later-period consumables.
Through having set up the sponge filter on HEPA filter's upstream dirt air current path, owing to increased the sponge filter, some dust can be adsorbed by the sponge filter, has reduced the condition emergence that HEPA filter is blocked up. In one embodiment, the first stage filter 1 is a hollow cylinder structure, and the second stage filter 2 and the third stage filter 3 are also a hollow cylinder structure. The second filter 2 is installed in the first filter 1 from the open end of the first filter 1, and the third filter 3 is also installed from the open end of the first filter 1, but the third filter 3 is located in the second filter 2, so that the first filter 1, the second filter 2 and the third filter 3 are arranged in sequence from the outside to the inside.
In a preferred embodiment, the second filter 2 is located in the first filter 1 at a position opposite to the first filter portion 12, and the projection of the second filter 2 is located in the first filter portion 12. In this way, it is ensured that the first filter stage 1 and the second filter stage 2 can exert their maximum filtering performance in the dust-air flow path.
Similarly, the third filter 3 is also located in the first filter stage 1 and directly faces the first filter part 12, the third filter 3 includes a hollow third filter part 32 and a third support 31 for positioning the third filter part 32, and the projection of the third filter part 32 is located in the first filter part 12. In this way, the portions of the dust flow path in which the first filter 1, the second filter 2, and the third filter 3 exert the filtering effects can be ensured to function at the maximum.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, in order to facilitate the fixing of the second filter 2 in the first filter 1, a holding flange 16 is provided on the inner surface of the first end 131 of the first filter 1, and one end of the third bracket 13 is held inside the holding flange 16.
Therefore, the filter screen cylinder disclosed by the embodiment is provided with two filter units, namely the sponge filter 2 and the HEPA filter 3, besides the metal mesh filter, and due to the fact that the sponge filter 2 is added, part of dust can be adsorbed by the sponge filter 2, the occurrence of the situation that the HEPA filter 3 is blocked is reduced, the dust filtering amount of the whole filter assembly is increased to a certain extent, and the dust containing amount of the whole filter assembly is increased.
The embodiments given above describe the construction of the filter screen cartridge in greater detail and the following embodiments will attempt to describe briefly the application of the filter screen cartridge, namely a handy cleaner in which the filter screen cartridge is installed.
Referring to fig. 4, the handy cleaner 100 in this application scenario includes:
a housing 101;
a dust cup assembly 102 connected with one side of the housing 101 and a handle 103 connected with the other side of the housing 101 for holding; and
a motor assembly 105 located within the housing 101 and a battery pack 106 located at least partially within the handle 103;

one end of the dust cup assembly 102 is provided with an air inlet, and the dust cup assembly 102 is rotatably connected with the housing 101 for mounting and dismounting. The dirt cup assembly 102 includes a cup body and a filter screen cartridge 104 positioned within the cup body. The motor assembly 105 includes a motor and a fan. The dirt cup assembly 102, the motor assembly 105, and the battery pack 106 are arranged in sequence along the axis of the motor, with the battery pack 106 at least partially disposed within the handle 103.
In one embodiment, the filter screen cylinder is rotatably installed in the casing 101 as a whole, the first stage filter 1 is provided with a positioning groove or a positioning portion, the casing 101 is provided with a positioning portion or a positioning groove, and the first stage filter 1 and the casing are rotatably matched to realize the positioning of the filter screen cylinder. The filter screen cartridge 104 is used to separate dirt and gas from the airflow, and the separated dirt and dust is temporarily stored in the dirt cup. 1. A filter screen cartridge, comprising:
a first stage filter having a plurality of mesh openings;
a second stage filter at least partially within the first stage filter, the second stage filter being downstream of the first stage filter in a dust airflow path;
a third stage filter positioned at least partially within the first stage filter, the third stage filter positioned downstream of the second stage filter in a dust airflow path, wherein the second stage filter is positioned at least partially between the first stage filter and the third stage filter;
the first-stage filter also comprises a hollow first filtering part and a first bracket for positioning the first filtering part, wherein the first filtering part is provided with a plurality of meshes, and the meshes are distributed on the whole peripheral surface of the outer wall of the first filtering part; the first-stage filtering part is a hollow cylindrical metal thin-wall cylinder, one end of the metal thin-wall cylinder is sealed through the first end of the first support to form a closed end, and the other end of the metal thin-wall cylinder is an open end; the open end is positioned through the second end of the first bracket and is used for installing the second-stage filter and the third-stage filter, and the first filter part is arranged between the first end and the second end of the first bracket; the side wall of the metal thin-wall cylinder is provided with a plurality of meshes, and the meshes are distributed on the side wall in an array shape and are terminated within a preset distance of the metal thin-wall cylinder adjacent to the open end and the closed end;
