Abstract
The invention discloses a grounding wire with a misoperation prevention locking function, which comprises a conductor wire clamp arranged on a corresponding position of a circuit, wherein the conductor wire clamp is connected with a grounding device through a wire; the method is characterized in that: a servo motor is arranged on one side of the hanging inlet of the conductor wire clamp, and a singlechip is arranged on the servo motor and used for controlling the servo motor to work; the output shaft of the servo motor is connected with a locking rod, and the locking rod seals a hanging inlet in an initial state; a locking control circuit is arranged in the grounding device, and the locking control circuit can send signals to the single chip microcomputer after being conducted through the grounding bolt, so that the servo motor drives the locking rod to rotate, and unlocking is achieved. Background
The ground wire is a key ring in the technical measures for ensuring safety in the process of electric power safety production and is mainly realized by installing and removing the ground wire. The output shaft of the servo motor 3 is connected with a locking rod 2, and the locking rod 2 seals a hanging inlet in an initial state so as to prevent misoperation during grounding.
A locking control circuit is arranged in the grounding device, and the locking control circuit can send a signal to the single chip microcomputer 4 after being conducted through the grounding bolt 11, so that the servo motor 3 drives the locking rod 2 to rotate, and unlocking is achieved.
The grounding device comprises a box body 6 made of insulating materials, an upper cover plate 7 is detachably connected to an upper port of the box body 6, a grounding plate 12 and a control plate 10 which are parallel to each other are inserted into one side of the box body 6, the grounding plate 12 is fixed on the box body 6, a through hole for being sleeved on a grounding bolt 11 is formed in the outer end of the grounding plate 12, and a lead penetrates into the box body 6 and is fixedly connected with the inner end of the grounding plate 12. A power supply 13 is connected between the power supply input terminal of the signal transmitter 9 and the ground plate 12 in the case 6 by a wire, and the power supply 13 forms the latch control circuit with the signal transmitter 9, the control board 10 and the ground plate 12. The signal transmitter 9 is in wireless connection with the singlechip 4 through radio frequency signals.
The outer end of the control panel 10 is located above the through hole at the outer end of the ground plate 12, and a semi-arc groove 101 is arranged at the outer end of the control panel 10 and used for being clamped on the grounding bolt 11 to improve the conductivity.
