Abstract

技术领域
本公开大体上涉及注射模制背光式电容变化数字键(number pad)。
背景技术
本部分中的陈述仅仅提供与本公开相关的背景信息,并且可能构成或不构成现有技术。
具有背光式视觉元件的电子组件可经由若干工艺来制造。最常见的是,将聚合材料树脂构成的塑料件模制成塑料的某个部分为透明或半透明的,其中包括一个或多个光源的电子部件在模制之后以机械方式附接到该塑料件,使得能够透过透明或半透明部分看见光,从而得到背光效果。最近,已经开发出将一个或多个光源嵌入在模制塑料件中的方法。一种此类方法是经由低压模制将光源和相关联电子部件(统称为“封装件”)包封在透明树脂中,然后将塑料注射模制在包封的封装件上方或周围。包封封装件从而嵌入在塑料中,其中塑料的某个部分为透明或半透明的,使得能够透过透明或半透明塑料看见来自包封封装件的光,从而得到背光效果。

发明内容
根据若干方面,一种发光装饰设备包括光导子组件。光导子组件包括半透明薄膜层,该半透明薄膜层具有设置在薄膜层的第一表面上的增深剂,以在薄膜层中界定窗口。LED在接近窗口处连接到薄膜层。由大致透明材料构成的光导施加在窗口上方并且被配置为允许来自LED的光传输穿过窗口。不透明聚合材料层共同地施加在LED、光导和薄膜的第一表面上方,并且延伸超出薄膜层的周边。透明覆盖层在薄膜层的与第一表面相反的第二表面上方以及在不透明聚合材料的延伸超出薄膜层的周边的一部分上方延伸。

参看图1,发光装饰设备10包括多个印刷油墨窗口,其中包括第一印刷油墨窗口12、第二印刷油墨窗口14、第三印刷油墨窗口16、第四印刷油墨窗口18和第五印刷油墨窗口20。印刷油墨窗口12、14、16、18、20全部连续地电接合以界定光导子组件22。光导子组件22界定连接到聚合基底薄膜或薄膜层24并且被其覆盖的印刷油墨层。可提供单独电力指示LED窗口26,其被照射以指示电力为可用的。还可提供单独的电容式传感器28,以允许同时照射所有印刷油墨窗口12、14、16、18、20的所有标记或数字对,从而允许单独选择所述印刷油墨窗口中的任一者进行激活。
印刷油墨窗口12、14、16、18、20以“菊花链”构造依序对齐,使得连续印刷油墨窗口的数字对30界定连续对整数,诸如用于第一印刷油墨窗口12的数字对1-2、用于第二印刷油墨窗口14的数字对3-4,一直延续到用于印刷油墨窗口20的数字对9-0。在组装印刷油墨窗口12、14、16、18、20并且安装薄膜层24之后,所得发光装饰设备10为柔性的,并且因此随后可成形为匹配诸如车门立柱(未示出)等部件的曲率和几何形状。
参看图2,并且再次参看图1,发光装饰设备10包括透明或半透明聚合材料的LED光导32,该LED光导32例如使用注射模制工艺施加到光导子组件22的第一侧。接着使用注射模制工艺由衬底34覆盖LED光导32,衬底34可为大致不透明或不透光聚合材料。发光二极管(LED)36嵌入印刷油墨窗口12、14、16、18、20中的每一者的LED光导32内或定位在接近LED光导32处,并且也由衬底34覆盖。薄膜24具有施加到薄膜24的背侧的涂料或其它增深剂层38,并且在增深剂层38中创建半透明开口39以实现各个数字对30的可见性。施加到薄膜24的背侧的增深剂层38向外延伸超出光导32和LED 36,使得当LED 36通电时,唯一被照射并且因此向外可见的方面是各个数字对30。增深剂层38的颜色与衬底34的颜色大致相同,这进一步限制了除各个数字对30之外的任何项目的照射。

参看图5并且再次参看图4,通过在薄膜层62上在接近印刷油墨窗口64、66、68、70、72中的每一者处(在其旁边)添加LED 78、80、82、84、86来形成光导LED子组件76。单独或专用电力指示LED 88能够定位在接近透明或半透明窗口74处,当与印刷油墨窗口64、66、68、70、72中的任一者或全部形成接触时,该LED可通电。
参看图6,并且再次参看图4至图5,接着通过将透明或大致透明聚合材料(诸如PMMA)的光导层92添加到薄膜层62的印刷油墨窗口64、66、68、70、72上以及LED 78、80、82、84、86、88上来创建光导子组件90。当LED 78、80、82、84、86中的任一者或全部通电时,光导层92将光传输到图4所示的数字对30中的一者或全部,并且将来自LED 88的光传输到透明或半透明窗口74。

参看图8,并且再次参看图4至图7,通过在薄膜100上安装光导子组件90来创建完成光导组件98。光导子组件90能够永久地安装到薄膜100上,并且随后安装到诸如车窗立柱等部件上,或者光导子组件90能够可释放地安装到薄膜100上,以便随后转移并安装到诸如车窗立柱等部件上。薄膜100可为注射模制的不透明聚合材料,诸如丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS),或根据进一步方面,为大致透明聚合材料,诸如聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)。
参看图9,并且再次参看图4至图6,能够通过进一步添加不透光或不透明材料作为挡光元件104、106、108、110、112来修改光导子组件90以创建光导子组件102,其中在印刷油墨窗口64、66、68、70、72中的每个连续对之间以及在印刷油墨窗口64与透明或半透明窗口74之间示出所述挡光元件。添加的挡光元件104、106、108、110、112在印刷油墨窗口之间分离并隔离光导92,因此允许来自单个通电LED的光仅照射在接近那个特定LED处的印刷油墨窗口的数字对。例如,将通过对LED 82通电来照射印刷油墨窗口68的数字对5-6,然而,来自LED 82的光将不照射相邻印刷油墨窗口66或70的数字对。

本公开的光导组件中的每一者通常包括在增深薄膜层中具有透明或半透明开口的增深薄膜层、大致透明光导、与光导一起安装在侧面并且接近光导的LED、反射性涂层、电容式变化或触摸传感器以及包覆模制到LED、光导和增深薄膜层上的聚合材料层。
本公开的发光装饰设备提供了若干优点。这些优点包括能够将LED与模具壁间隔开,从而在注射模制期间保护LED。在数字对的整个区域上方层压透明或大致透明聚合材料确保数字对为背光式的、明亮的并且具有均匀亮度。光导组件在其完成形式中为柔性的,这允许相同组件定位在平坦、弯曲或其它几何部件中。各个印刷油墨窗口被单独供电,这提供了印刷油墨窗口的分区发光。

Claims (20)
1.一种发光装饰设备,其包括:
光导子组件,其包括:
半透明薄膜层,其具有设置在所述薄膜层的第一表面上的增深剂以在所述薄膜层中界定窗口;
LED,其在接近所述窗口处连接到所述薄膜层;
由大致透明材料构成的光导,其施加在所述窗口上方并且被配置为允许来自所述LED的光传输穿过所述窗口;
不透明聚合材料层,其共同地施加在所述LED、所述光导和所述薄膜的第一表面上方并且延伸超出所述薄膜层的周边;以及
透明覆盖层,其在所述薄膜层的与所述第一表面相反的第二表面上方以及在不透明聚合材料的延伸超出所述薄膜层的周边的一部分上方延伸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的发光装饰设备,其进一步包括第二窗口。
3.根据权利要求2所述的发光装饰设备,其进一步包括:
第三窗口、第四窗口和第五窗口;
LED,其定位在接近所述第三窗口、所述第四窗口和所述第五窗口中的每一者处;

7.根据权利要求3所述的发光装饰设备,其中当所述LED中的任一者通电时,所述LED光导允许光在传输方向上传输通过所述LED光导、通过所述薄膜层,并且背面照射所述窗口中的每一者内的多个标记中的一者。
8.根据权利要求7所述的发光装饰设备,其中除了在所述标记的每个位置处之外,所述薄膜层为大致不透明的不透光聚合材料。
9.根据权利要求1所述的发光装饰设备,其进一步包括共同地施加在所述光导上方的聚合材料层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的发光装饰设备,其中:
所述聚合材料层界定丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)聚合材料;并且
所述光导界定注射模制到所述薄膜层上的聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)材料。
11.一种发光装饰设备,其包括:
光导子组件,其包括:
半透明薄膜层,其具有设置在所述薄膜层的第一表面上的增深剂以在所述薄膜层中界定多个大致半透明窗口;
多个发光二极管,其各自在接近所述窗口中的一者处安装在所述薄膜层上;
由大致透明材料构成的光导,其施加在所述窗口上方并且被配置为允许来自所述发光二极管的光传输穿过所述窗口;
衬底,其界定不透明聚合材料层,所述不透明聚合材料层共同地施加在所述发光二极管、所述光导和所述薄膜的第一表面上方并且延伸超出所述薄膜层的周边;以及
透明覆盖层,其在所述薄膜层的与所述第一表面相反的第二表面上方以及在所述不透明聚合材料的延伸超出所述薄膜层的周边的一部分上方延伸。
12.根据权利要求11所述的发光装饰设备,其中覆盖所述光导的衬底界定使用注射模制工艺施加的聚合材料薄膜。
13.根据权利要求12所述的发光装饰设备,其中所述半透明窗口界定各个标记,其中所述增深剂施加到所述薄膜的背侧并且向外延伸超出所述光导和所述发光二极管,使得在所述发光二极管通电时仅所述各个标记被照射并且向外可见。
14.根据权利要求13所述的发光装饰设备,其中所述增深剂层的颜色与所述衬底的颜色大致相同,以将照射进一步限制于仅所述各个标记。
15.根据权利要求11所述的发光装饰设备,其进一步包括施加用于在所述衬底上方创建不透光或不透明层的聚合材料。
16.根据权利要求15所述的发光装饰设备,其进一步包括由聚合材料构成的透明或大致透明层,该透明或大致透明层施加到所述薄膜层上以及所述不透明层的与所述薄膜层的外侧面大致共平面的表面上。
17.根据权利要求11所述的发光装饰设备,其中所述发光二极管中的每一者连接到在所述薄膜上延伸的一组公共电迹线,从而允许所述发光二极管被单独地或共同地通电。
18.一种发光装饰设备,其包括:
半透明基底薄膜,其具有设置在所述基底薄膜的第一表面上的增深剂以在所述基底薄膜中界定多个大致半透明窗口;
多个发光二极管,其使所述发光二极管中的各个发光二极管定位在接近所述窗口中的一者处;
施加到所述基底薄膜的大致透明聚合材料的多个光导,其各自覆盖所述基底薄膜的第一侧上的所述窗口中的一者以及所述发光二极管中的一者;
一组电迹线,其在所述基底薄膜上纵向延伸,使所述多个发光二极管中的每一者连接到该组电迹线;
大致透明聚合薄膜层,其施加在覆盖所述窗口中的每一者、所述多个光导中的每一者以及所述多个发光二极管中的每一者的所述第一侧上;以及
由聚合材料构成的不透明反光层,其施加到所述基底薄膜的与所述第一侧相反的第二侧上。
19.根据权利要求18所述的发光装饰设备,其进一步包括:
具有标记的所述窗口中的每一者,其被创建作为所述基底薄膜的透光部分,其中连续窗口界定连续对整数;以及
由不透光聚合材料构成的多个挡光元件,其单独地定位在所述窗口中的连续对之间,用于分离所述多个光导中的每一者并且从而允许来自所述发光二极管中的单个通电发光二极管的光仅照射在所述窗口中的接近所述单个通电发光二极管的仅一者中创建的所述标记。
20.根据权利要求19所述的发光装饰设备,其进一步包括:
半透明窗口,其创建在所述基底薄膜中;
专用发光二极管,其定位在接近所述半透明窗口处;以及
所述多个挡光元件中的一者,其定位在所述半透明窗口与所述窗口中的最靠近一者之间。
