本发明属于建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种复合苯丙乳胶漆。
背景技术
乳胶漆是一种高分子化工材料,能牢固覆盖在物体表面,起保护、装饰作用,其一般成份包括:成膜物质、颜料、溶剂和助剂。随着人民物质生活水平的不断提高,市场对乳胶漆的功能要求在逐渐提高,其中对乳胶漆耐候性、遮盖力和耐沾污性的要求尤为明显。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提高乳胶漆的漆耐候性及耐污性,提出一种复合苯丙乳胶漆。
技术方案
为实现上述发明目的,本发明提供了以下技术方案:
一种复合苯丙乳胶漆,原料按重量份包括:苯丙乳液25-35份,聚乙烯脂15-20份,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚5-10份,丙二醇丁醚5-10份,木质素3-5份,柠檬酸钠3-5份,中长聚酯纤维3-5份,双氧水3-5份。
本发明的有益作用在于:
1.质地均匀,性能稳定,材料耐候性好。
2.散射均匀,故表观遮盖力强。
3.高分子材料成膜,绿色环保,表面耐污抗菌,效果持久。

一种复合苯丙乳胶漆,原料按重量包括:苯丙乳液29Kg,聚乙烯脂19Kg,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚7Kg,丙二醇丁醚7Kg,木质素3Kg,柠檬酸钠3Kg,中长聚酯纤维3Kg,双氧水4Kg。
实施例3
一种复合苯丙乳胶漆,原料按重量包括:苯丙乳液33Kg,聚乙烯脂16Kg,聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯季戊四醇醚9Kg,丙二醇丁醚9Kg,木质素5Kg,柠檬酸钠5Kg,中长聚酯纤维5Kg,双氧水5Kg。
