A second longitudinal groove 322 is formed in the middle of the second pad plate 32, and the front end of the second longitudinal groove 322 is open and extends to the front end of the second pad plate 32.
The front end of the second longitudinal groove 322 is provided with a horn-shaped guiding opening.
The connection structure of the electric recliner 20: as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the electric angle adjuster 20 includes a first connecting arm 202, a second connecting arm 203, a planetary gear engagement disc 201, an angle adjusting driving motor 30 and a gear box 94, wherein the first connecting arm 202 is in transmission connection with the second connecting arm 203 through the planetary gear engagement disc 201, the angle adjusting driving motor 30 is in transmission connection with the planetary gear engagement disc 201 through the gear box 94, and the angle adjusting driving motor 30 is electrically connected with the control circuit; the first connecting arm 202 and the second connecting arm 203 are connected to the front roll-over stand 2 and the lift stand 5, respectively.
The angle modulation driving motor 30 is located below the planetary gear meshing disc 201, and the translation frame 6 is provided with a yielding port 65 corresponding to the angle modulation driving motor 30.
The gear box 40 comprises a housing and a gear set, the housing is in a flat box shape, gears of the gear set are transversely arranged in the housing, a power output end and a power input end are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the housing, the power output end is in transmission connection with the planetary gear meshing disc 201 through a spline shaft, the power input end is in transmission connection with the angle modulation driving motor 30, and the angle modulation driving motor 30 is fixedly arranged on the lifting frame 5.
The first and second connection arms 202 and 203 are connected to one sides of the front roll-over stand 2 and the lifting frame 5, respectively.
Guard plates 42 are arranged outside the left side and the right side of the main bed frame 4, and the electric angle adjuster 20 is positioned beside the inner sides of the guard plates 42. The top end of the guard plate 42 is higher than the top surface of the main bed plate 51, and the part of the guard plate 42 higher than the top surface of the main bed plate 51 forms a guard rail. The part of the guard plate 42 higher than the top surface of the main bed plate 51 is transversely provided with an opening 421.
As a more preferable scheme, the control circuit is provided with a network communication module.
The control method of the control circuit comprises the following steps: when the folding bed body 10 is in the storage state, the horizontal pushing driving motor 73 is started, the horizontal moving frame 6 moves out of the main bed frame 4 and drives the main bed frame 4 to move out of the folding bed storage cavity 11 of the cabinet body 1; starting the electric telescopic device 9, controlling the lifting frame 5 to descend, and stopping the lifting frame 5 to descend until the main bed plate 51 is leveled with the rear bed plate 62; the electric recliner 20 is activated to adjust the angle of the front roll-over stand 2. When the folding bed body 10 needs to be stored, the electric angle adjuster 20 is started, the front roll-over stand 2 is turned over to the upper part of the main bed board 51, the electric telescopic device 9 is started, and the lifting frame 5 is controlled to ascend; the flat pushing driving motor 73 is started, the translation frame 6 is pushed into the main frame 4, and the main frame 4 is driven to enter the folding bed accommodating cavity 11 of the cabinet body 1.
The control circuit is provided with a network communication module, and the folding bed body 10 enters a standby state through a network command; the folding bed is provided with an identification code, after a user scans the identification code by adopting a smart phone, the user pays a fee to a folding bed manager, and the manager orders the control circuit to enter a standby state through a network to the network communication module.
The folding bed is provided with a control panel which is electrically connected with the control circuit, and when the control circuit enters a standby state, the folding bed can be controlled to work through the control panel; and/or the intelligent mobile phone scans the identification code and then enters the small program of the management party to control the folding bed body 10.
