本发明实施例公开了一种小区切换的测量参数的管理方法和装置,属于无人机技术领域。所述方法包括:获取目标参数,所述目标参数是随高度而变化的能够用于表征飞行器所在高度的参数;根据所述目标参数,确定小区切换的目标测量参数;根据所述目标测量参数进行小区切换处理。采用本公开,使数据传输的失败率降低。
