Abstract

本发明的密闭式手柄组件能够降低劳动成本,提 高生产率。它包括:一背面板,在其中心部位开有一 孔,一枢轴螺栓的头部以不能转动的方式插入此孔 中;一基座板,具有容纳螺栓的螺纹轴的通孔,还开有 其孔边缘部分经过内缘翻边的处理的安装孔;一个手 柄,有一用于容纳螺纹轴的轴向孔;一帽形螺母,它与 螺栓的前端部通过一垫圈而接合;一螺丝,它与螺母 上的径向孔螺合,螺丝的前端紧紧压靠在螺纹轴的侧 表面上。

Description

本发明涉及一种用于把一个门密闭地锁定在电冰箱或类似物品的静止框架上的密闭式手柄组件。
在通常的密闭式手柄组件中,把手柄可转动地安装在一块基座板上的枢轴螺栓靠焊接固定在基座板上。枢轴螺栓的螺纹轴部插入到手柄的一个轴向孔中,其前端与一个帽形螺母以螺纹啮合在一起。在另一种通常的手柄组件中,比如在日本实用新型公开No.sho63-10177中所公开的,螺母靠焊接固定在基座板上。另一方面,枢轴螺栓的螺纹轴部插入手柄的轴向孔中,其螺纹轴部的前端与螺母啮合。
然而,在这种枢轴螺栓和螺母靠焊接固定在基座板上的通常型配手柄组件中,必须由技术熟练的工人进行这种焊接,从而增加了劳动成本。因为手工进行焊接的劳动生产率低,所以常规的手柄组件的生产率低。
本发明的目的是提供一种可以降低劳动成本和提高组件的生产率的密闭式手柄组件。
为实现以上目的,本发明提供:
一种可转动的手柄组件,它包括:
一块在其中心部位开有一个接收孔的背面板,一个枢轴螺栓的头部以一种不能转动的方式插入此孔中,背面板在其角部开有通孔;
一块扁平盒式基座板,其中容装着背面板并在其中心部位开有一个通孔,在通孔中放置着枢轴螺栓的螺纹轴部,而在其角部开有与背面板的通孔相对应的安装孔,安装孔的孔边缘部分经过内缘翻边的处理,靠此,孔边缘部分穿过背面板的通孔,并在背面板的后面回转或向外弯曲,把背面板固定在基座板上;
一个带有轴向孔的手柄,枢轴螺栓的螺纹轴部插入此孔中;
一个帽形螺母,它与枢轴螺栓的前端靠螺纹啮合在一起;
多个塑料垫圈,每个塑料垫圈被夹在基座板与手柄之间和手柄与帽形螺母之间;以及
一个螺丝,它与帽形螺母的一个径向螺纹孔螺合,其前端紧紧地压靠在枢轴螺栓的螺纹轴部的一个侧表面上。
图1是本发明的密闭式手柄组件的一个实施例在其被锁定位置的底视图;
图2是本发明的密闭式手柄组件的沿图1的A-A线的剖面图;
图3是本发明的密闭式手柄组件的沿图1的B-B线的剖面图;以及
图4是本发明的密闭式手柄组件的沿图1的C-C线的剖面图。
下面,将参照附图对本发明作详细的描述。
在本发明的密闭式手柄组件中,一块背面板1在其中心部位开有一个六角形的接收孔4,一个枢轴螺栓2的六角形头部3以不能转动的方式插入此孔4中。背面板1在其角部开有通孔24。背面板1放在一块扁平盒式基座板5中,基座板在其中心部位开有一个通孔7,在孔中放置着枢轴螺栓2的螺纹轴部6,而基座板在其角部开有安装孔8,与背面板1上的通孔24相对应。
安装孔8的孔边缘部分8a经过内缘翻边的处理,靠此,孔边缘部分8a穿过背面板1的通孔24,并在背面板1的后面回转或向外弯曲,把背面板1固定在基座板5上。一个手柄9带有一个轴向孔10,枢轴螺栓2的螺纹轴部6插入此孔中。一个帽形螺母11与枢轴螺栓2的前端靠螺纹啮合在一起。本发明的手柄组件中有多个塑料垫圈12,每个塑料垫圈被放在基座板5与手柄9之间以及手柄9与帽形螺母11之间。螺丝14与帽形螺母11上的一个沿径向的螺纹孔13靠螺纹啮合在一起。螺丝14的前端紧紧地压靠在枢轴栓2的螺纹轴部6的一个侧表面上。
操作时,当手柄9在枢轴螺栓2上旋转到一个预定的位置,手柄9的前端9a与一个静止框架15的一个承窝16相啮合,使门17被锁在静止框架15上。另一方面,当手柄在枢轴螺栓2上由此预定位置反方向旋转到其初始位置时,手柄9的前端与静止框架15的承窝16解脱,使门17与静止框架15开锁,从而用户可以向前拉门把门17打开。
在本发明的手柄组件中,因为背面板1不允许枢轴螺栓2转动,并且螺丝14防止帽形螺母11松开,所以即使当手柄9在枢轴螺栓2上反复地长时间顺时针和逆时针旋转,也不用担心枢轴螺栓2和帽形螺母11会松开,由组件脱落。
在图中所示的实施例中,通过四个螺丝19把基座板5固定在门17上,每个螺丝具有穿过基座板5上的安装孔8和门17上的通孔18的螺纹轴部,并与螺母20靠螺纹啮合在一起。一对螺丝21和其相应的螺母22把承窝16固定在静止框架15上。承窝16上设有一个凸出的凸轮形凸起23,用来使门17通过一个衬垫与静止框架15密封地接触。因为枢轴螺栓2的头部3呈六角形,所以背面板1的接收孔4也被作成相应的六角形。
每个垫圈12由塑料制成,例如“Duvcon”(商标名),并被制作成在所有侧面包围着手柄9的套筒形。一个弹簧垫圈25和一个平垫圈26夹在塑料垫圈12和帽形螺母11之间。塑料垫圈12使得手柄可以无噪音、平滑地旋转。背面板1不仅用来防止枢轴螺栓2转动,而且用来提高基座板5的强度。
在有以上结构的本发明的密闭式手柄组件中:基座板5在其角部开有相应于背面板1的通孔24的安装孔8。安装孔8的孔边缘部份8a经过内缘翻边的处理,靠此,孔边缘部份8a穿过背面板1的通孔24,并在背面板1的后面回转或向外弯曲,把背面板1固定在基座板5上;枢轴螺栓2的螺纹轴部6插入背面板1中心部位的通孔7中;以及枢轴螺栓2有其六角形头部3,以一种不能转动的方式插入背面板1中心部位的相应的六角形接收孔4中。结果,可以通过简单的压紧把枢轴螺栓2固定在基座板5上,这使得降低劳动成本和改进制作时的生产率成为可能。

Claims (1)

  1. 一种密闭式手柄组件,包括:
    一块在其中心部位开有接收孔(4)的背面板(1),一个枢轴螺栓(2)的头部(3)以一种不能转动的方式插入此孔(4)中,所述背面板(1)在其角部开有通孔(24);
    一块扁平盒式基座板(5),所述背面板(1)放在其中,并且在其中心部位开有一个通孔(7),在孔中放置着所述枢轴螺栓(2)的螺纹轴部(6),而在其角部开有安装孔(8),与所述背面板(1)的所述通孔(24)相对应,所述安装孔(8)的孔边缘部分(8a)经过内缘翻边的处理,靠此,所述孔边缘部分(8a)穿也所述背面板(1)的所述通孔(24),并在所述背面板(1)的后面回转或向外弯曲,把背面板(1)固定在所述基座板(5)上;
    一个带轴孔(10)的手柄(9),所述枢轴螺栓(2)的所述螺纹轴部(6)插入该孔中;
    一个帽形螺母(11),它与所述枢轴螺栓(2)的前端靠螺纹啮合在一起;
    多个塑料垫圈(12),每个塑料垫圈被放在所述基座板(5)与所述手柄(9)之间以及所述手柄(9)与所述帽形螺母(11)之间;以及
    一个螺丝(14),它与所述帽形螺母(11)上的一个沿径向的螺纹孔(13)靠螺纹啮合在一起,所述螺丝(14)的前端紧紧地压靠在所述枢轴螺栓(2)的所述螺纹轴部(6)的一个侧表面上。
