技术领域
本发明涉及一种高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置。
背景技术
现有的高层建筑供水系统,通常为箱式常压供水系统,该系统包括水箱、水管、蝶阀、水泵、电机和电气控制装置。水管与蝶阀之间的连接通常采用法兰螺栓的连接方式来实现,即蝶阀上的法兰与设置在水管端口上设有的法兰之间装有密封圈,蝶阀上的法兰与设置在水管端口上设有的法兰之间通过螺栓相连。现有设置在水管端口上的法兰的内径与水管的外径相同,水管的端口穿装在法兰内孔、且通过焊接的方式使水管的端口固定在法兰的内孔中。由于水管的端口直接穿装在法兰的内孔,水管的端口没有定位,不仅水管端口与法兰的端面之间很难处在一个平面上,因此法兰的端面与蝶阀上的法兰之间的接触面积小,影响了水管与蝶阀之间的密封效果。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置,该高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置能够保证水管与蝶阀之间的密封效果。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置,含有水管、法兰和蝶阀,所述法兰的内径与水管的内径相同,法兰的内孔上设有定位台阶,该定位台阶包括定位环形面,该定位台阶的直径与水管的外径相同,水管的一端装在法兰的定位台阶中,水管的端面定位在法兰定位台阶的定位环形面上,水管外表面与法兰定位台阶的接触处通过焊接相连,法兰的内径与水管端面接触处通过焊接相连,法兰与蝶阀之间设有密封圈,法兰与蝶阀上设有的法兰之间通过螺栓相连。
上述高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置中,由于法兰的内径与水管的内径相同,法兰的内孔上设有定位台阶,定位台阶的直径与水管的外径相同,水管的端面定位在法兰定位台阶的定位环形面上,与现有技术相比,克服了水管的端口没有定位,水管端口与法兰的端面之间很难处在一个平面上,而导致法兰的端面与蝶阀上的法兰之间的接触面积小,影响水管与蝶阀之间的密封效果的不足,因此上述高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置能够保证水管与蝶阀之间的密封效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置,含有水管1、法兰3和蝶阀。蝶阀包括阀体7、蝶板8和阀杆6。所述法兰3的内径与水管1的内径相同,法兰3的内孔上设有定位台阶,该定位台阶包括定位环形面2,该定位台阶的直径与水管1的外径相同。水管1的一端装在法兰3的定位台阶中,水管1的端面定位在法兰定位台阶的定位环形面2上。水管1外表面与法兰定位台阶的接触处通过焊接相连,法兰的内径与水管1端面接触处通过焊接相连。法兰3与蝶阀之间设有密封圈9,法兰3与蝶阀上设有的法兰5之间通过螺栓4相连。
上述高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置中,由于法兰3的内径与水管1的内径相同,法兰3的内孔上设有定位台阶,定位台阶的直径与水管1的外径相同。水管1的端面定位在法兰定位台阶的定位环形面2上。与现有技术相比,克服了水管1的端口没有定位,水管1端口与法兰3的端面之间很难处在一个平面上,而导致法兰3的端面与蝶阀上的法兰5之间的接触面积小,影响水管1与蝶阀之间的密封效果的不足,因此上述高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置能够保证水管1与蝶阀之间的密封效果。

1.一种高层建筑供水蝶阀与管道组合装置,其特征在于:含有水管、法兰和蝶阀,所述法兰的内径与水管的内径相同,法兰的内孔上设有定位台阶,该定位台阶包括定位环形面,该定位台阶的直径与水管的外径相同,水管的一端装在法兰的定位台阶中,水管的端面定位在法兰定位台阶的定位环形面上,水管外表面与法兰定位台阶的接触处通过焊接相连,法兰的内径与水管端面接触处通过焊接相连,法兰与蝶阀之间设有密封圈,法兰与蝶阀上设有的法兰之间通过螺栓相连。
