Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于零件的固定装置,特别是用于车辆零件的固定,例如,用来将保险杠紧固到车辆的结构上。
背景技术
在车辆的制造期间,必须利用用来将不同的零件固定到一起的不同固定装置来组装许多零件。为此,将被固定的两个零件通常包括两个开口,固定装置插入到该开口中并且随后拧紧以将元件紧固。
通常,将固定装置定位在使用位置是手动地完成的,随后插入工具(例如,螺丝刀)以进行拧紧。
显然,这种基本上手动的组装易于出错和不精确,特别是考虑到有可能未相对于参考表面准地插入固定装置。
此外,这种类型的组装是费力的,因为其需要两种动作:手动定位和拧紧。
上述缺点在组装某些零件的情况下可能是尤其难办的,例如,将保险杠组装到车辆的结构上,因为这需要非常稳健、快速和牢固的组装。

根据本发明的用于零件的固定装置包括固定元件,该固定元件能够定位成穿过在彼此相互固定的零件的每一个中的开口,并且其特征在于,该固定装置还包括第一保持元件和第二保持元件,该第一保持元件和第二保持元件在处于固定位置时与彼此相互固定的零件接触,同时所述第一保持元件和所述第二保持元件穿过固定元件并且所述第一保持元件包括用于工具的容纳空间。
这允许固定装置的更快速和更简单的组装,还避免了不对准的问题,因为第一保持元件的容纳空间实现了对工具(例如,螺丝刀)的定位以进行组装并且随后移除该工具。
根据一优选实施例,第一保持元件的所述容纳空间通过至少一个周壁或者通过多个周壁限定,其中每个壁优选地具有弯曲的轨迹。
为了利于第一保持元件和工具之间的耦接,至少一个周壁或多个周壁中的每一个包括远端唇部。
优选地,所述第一保持元件包括圆形底座,当处于其组装位置时,该圆形底座与彼此相互固定的零件中的一个接触,并且优选地,所述至少一个壁相对于所述圆形底座大体上垂直地延伸。
根据一优选实施例,所述第二保持元件包括多个脚部。
此外,根据本发明的固定装置还可以包括定位在第一保持元件和第二保持元件之间的密封件。

具体实施方式
如图中所示,根据本发明的固定装置包括以下部件:固定元件1、第一保持元件2以及第二保持元件3。
固定元件1可以是常规的螺纹元件,例如、螺钉、螺栓或类似元件,其优选地包括头部11,该头部具有与工具5互补的开口,该开口允许拧紧所述固定元件1。
设计所述工具5的形状,使得在将工具5定位在开口6中之前先将工具5插入到第一保持元件2中。此外,一旦零件7、8已经借助于固定元件1的旋转牢固地结合,工具5允许在利用较小外部力的情况下使其从第一保持元件2释放。
该固定元件1穿过待结合到一起的零件7、8的两个开口6。例如,零件可以是结构7和保险杠8,或者任何其他类似的零件。
第一保持元件2当处于其组装位置(图2和图3)时与所述零件8接触,并且包括用于定位工具5(例如,螺丝刀)的容纳空间,以利于拧紧固定元件1。
根据所示实施例,第一保持元件包括圆形底座21,从所述圆形底座21以大体垂直的方式延伸出多个周壁22,这些周壁22优选地具有弯曲的轨迹。
为了利于保持该工具,所述周壁22中的每一个包括远端唇部23,其优选地耦接在工具5的狭槽51的内部中。
然而,应当注意的是,第一保持元件2的容纳空间可以仅通过一个周壁21来限定,虽然在这种情况下,所述周壁21的材料必须有足够弹性以实现工具5的容纳空间和移除。有时候,狭槽51可以布置在零件2中而唇部23布置在工具5中。
当处于图2和图3中所示的其组装位置时,第二保持元件3与另一零件7接触,并且根据所示实施例,第二保持元件3包括多个脚部31。
根据本发明的固定装置还可以优选地包括密封件4,当处于其组装位置时所述密封件4定位在第一保持元件2和第二保持元件3之间。
根据本发明的固定装置如下作用:
首先,随着工具5定位在第一保持元件2的容纳空间中并且通过头部11与固定元件1耦接,固定装置被布置在其使用位置,穿过零件7、8(例如,车辆的结构和保险杠)的开口6(图1)。
为了利于定位,将工具5保持在容纳空间内,这是由于第一保持元件2的周壁22上存在唇部23,其配合到所述工具5的狭槽51内。
当固定装置按照这种方式定位时,保证了其相对于零件7、8的对准。为了做到这一点,也可以使第二保持元件3的脚部31形成多边形,其形状与开口6的形状相一致,使得如果按照大体上垂直的方式进行插入,仅脚部31可以插入到所述开口6内。
一旦固定装置已经布置到适当位置(图2),则可以将固定元件1拧紧,使得第一和第二保持元件2、3以足够程度的紧密性与两个零件7、8接触,从而保证正确的固定。
拧紧通过沿适当方向转动固定元件1来完成。这样的转动将导致固定元件同时在保持元件2、3两者内移位。
一旦已经进行了拧紧,则移除工具5,这是容易实现的,因为形成第一保持元件2的容纳空间的周壁22具有弹性性质。

Claims (9)
1.一种用于零件的固定装置,包括固定元件(1),所述固定元件(1)能够定位成穿过在彼此相互固定的所述零件(7,8)中的每一个零件中的开口(6),其特征在于,所述固定装置还包括第一保持元件和第二保持元件(2,3),所述第一保持元件和所述第二保持元件(2,3)在处于固定位置时与彼此相互固定的所述零件(7,8)接触,同时所述第一保持元件和所述第二保持元件(2,3)穿过所述固定元件(1)并且所述第一保持元件(2)包括用于工具的容纳空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于零件的固定装置,其中所述第一保持元件(2)的所述容纳空间通过至少一个周壁(22)限定。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于零件的固定装置,其中所述第一保持元件(2)的所述容纳空间包括圆形底座(21)。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的用于零件的固定装置,其中所述至少一个壁(22)相对于所述圆形底座(21)大体上垂直地延伸。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于零件的固定装置,其中所述第二保持元件(3)包括多个脚部(31)。
