Abstract

Detailed Description

The refrigerator compressor cylinder fastening assembly of the embodiment comprises a cylinder seat 1, a valve plate 2, a cylinder cover 3, a suction muffler 4, a gland 5, a screw 6 and other components. The cylinder cover 3 is integrally formed by a stamping process, the gland 5 is also integrally formed by the stamping process, and the cylinder cover is easy to process, simple in structure, low in cost and lower in cost than the existing aluminum die casting, and can better meet the low-cost requirement of the compressor.
The end face of the cylinder seat 1 is provided with an assembly groove 11, and the end face of the cylinder seat 1 is provided with a clamping groove 12 communicated with the assembly groove 11. The lug plate 21 is arranged on the valve plate 2, and after the valve plate 2 is assembled in the assembly groove 11, the lug plate 21 is clamped in the clamping groove 12 so as to position the valve plate 2 in the assembly groove 11.
The valve plate 2, the cylinder head 3, and the suction muffler 4 are assembled in this order on the assembly groove 11.
Three screw holes 13 are formed in the periphery of the assembly groove 11 on the end face of the cylinder block 1. The screw hole 13 is used for screwing the screw 6, and the screw 6 is screwed in the screw hole 13, so that the gland 5 is pressed against the cylinder cover 3, the valve plate 2 and the suction muffler 4 through the pressing plate 53.
The assembly groove 11 and the valve plate 2 are of circular structures, the mounting positioning precision between the assembly groove 11 and the valve plate 2 is high, the valve plate 2 is conveniently assembled in the assembly groove 11, meanwhile, compared with the prior cylinder fastening structure, the volume is smaller, the cylinder head space of the compressor is saved, and the miniaturization and light-weight design of the compressor are facilitated.
The valve plate 2 is provided with an exhaust port 22 and an intake port 23.
An air groove 32 is formed in the inner end face of the cylinder cover 3, and the air groove 32 is clamped on the valve plate 2 to form a single-cavity structure. The single cavity structure has no structure, simple cavity shape and large effective volume, and is beneficial to noise elimination.
The boundary of the air groove 32 of the cylinder cover 3 is matched with the air outlet 22 and the air inlet 23 of the valve plate 2, so that the separation of the high-pressure cavity and the low-pressure cavity is realized. The cylinder head 3 is provided with an exhaust hole 33 communicating with the air groove 32. A muffler positioning groove 31 is formed by recessing a side wall of the cylinder head 3 so as to lock the protrusion 41 of the suction muffler 4 in the muffler positioning groove 31. The exhaust port 22 is located in the area covered by the air groove 32, and the intake port 23 is located in the area covered by the muffler positioning groove 31.
An annular step is arranged at the edge position of the outer end face of the cylinder cover 3.
One side of the suction muffler 4 is provided with a bulge 41, the bulge 41 is clamped in the muffler positioning groove 31, a gas path communicated with the suction muffler cavity is arranged in the bulge 41, the inner end surface of the bulge 41 is provided with a muffler gas port communicated with the gas path, and the muffler gas port is connected with the suction port 23.
Three assembly pins 51 are arranged at equal intervals on the periphery of the gland 5, so that the compression force of the gland 5 is more uniform. The fitting leg 51 is provided with a fitting hole 511. The screw 6 may be coupled to the screw hole 13 through the assembly hole 511.
The pressing plate 53 is connected to the pressing cover 5 through the supporting rod 52, the supporting rod 52 is bent towards the direction of the protrusion 41, and the bent supporting rod 52 can tightly press the pressing plate 53 on the protrusion 41.
The gland 5 is buckled on the outer end face of the cylinder cover 3, the gland 5 in the embodiment is annular, and the annular gland 5 is buckled on the annular step surface 34. The pressing plate 53 is used for pressing the outer end surface of the bulge 41, wherein the contact surface of the pressing plate 53 and the bulge 41 is horseshoe-shaped, and the horseshoe-shaped contact surface can enable the bulge 41 to be uniformly stressed, so that the excessive pressing force on the suction muffler 4 is avoided.
One side of the gland 5 is provided with a muffler mounting groove 54, the bulge 41 is clamped in the muffler mounting groove 54, and the muffler mounting groove 54 and the muffler positioning groove 31 are jointly wrapped and clamped with the bulge 41, so that the clamping is firm.
The gland 5 can realize three purposes of a part, can simultaneously compress the cylinder cover 3, fasten the cylinder and compress the suction muffler 4, and compared with the prior cylinder fastening structure, the gland has the advantages of saving parts, saving installation procedures and improving assembly efficiency.
The refrigerator compressor cylinder fastening assembly of the embodiment is assembled as follows: the valve plate 2 is assembled on the assembling groove 11 on the end surface of the cylinder seat 1, and the lug plate 21 is clamped and positioned in the clamping groove 12; the cylinder head 3 is assembled on the outer end surface of the valve plate 2, the exhaust port 22 is positioned in the area covered by the air groove 32, and the air suction port 23 is positioned in the area covered by the muffler positioning groove 31; the bulge 41 of the suction muffler 4 is clamped in the muffler positioning groove 31, so that the muffler air port is connected with the suction port 23; the annular gland 5 is buckled on the annular step surface 34 of the cylinder cover 3, meanwhile, a muffler mounting groove 54 on the gland 5 is clamped with the bulge 41, and the pressure plate 53 is buckled on the outer end surface of the bulge 41; the screw 6 is screwed into the screw hole 13 of the end surface of the cylinder block 1 through the fitting hole 511.
