The refrigerator compressor cylinder fastening assembly of the embodiment comprises a cylinder seat 1, a valve plate 2, a cylinder cover 3, a suction muffler 4, a gland 5, a screw 6 and the like. The cylinder cover 3 is integrally formed by adopting a stamping process, the gland 5 is also integrally formed by adopting the stamping process, the processing is easy, the structure is simple, the cost is far lower than that of the existing aluminum die casting, the cost is lower, and the requirement of the compressor on low cost can be better met.
The end surface of the cylinder seat 1 is provided with an assembly groove 11, and the end surface of the cylinder seat 1 is provided with a clamping groove 12 communicated with the assembly groove 11. The valve plate 2 is provided with an ear plate 21, and after the valve plate 2 is assembled in the assembling groove 11, the ear plate 21 is clamped in the clamping groove 12 to position the valve plate 2 in the assembling groove 11.
The valve plate 2, the cylinder head 3 and the suction muffler 4 are mounted in this order on the mounting groove 11.
Three screw holes 13 are formed in the end surface of the cylinder block 1 and around the fitting groove 11. The screw holes 13 are provided therein for screwing screws 6, and the gland 5 is pressed against the cylinder head 3, the valve plate 2 and the suction muffler 4 by the pressure plate 53 by tightening the screws 6 into the screw holes 13.
The assembly groove 11 and the valve plate 2 are both of a circular structure, the mounting and positioning accuracy between the two is high, the valve plate 2 is convenient to assemble in the assembly groove 11, and meanwhile, compared with the current cylinder fastening structure, the volume is smaller, the space of a cylinder head of the compressor is saved, and the miniaturization and light design of the compressor are facilitated.
The valve plate 2 is provided with an exhaust port 22 and an intake port 23.
An air groove 32 is formed in the inner end face of the cylinder cover 3, and the air groove 32 is clamped on the valve plate 2 to form a single-cavity structure. The single-cavity structure has no structure, simple cavity shape, large effective volume and is beneficial to noise elimination.
The boundary of the air groove 32 of the cylinder head 3 is matched with the exhaust port 22 and the suction port 23 of the valve plate 2, so that the high-pressure cavity and the low-pressure cavity are separated. The cylinder head 3 is provided with an exhaust hole 33 communicating with the air groove 32. A muffler positioning groove 31 is formed by recessing a side wall of the cylinder head 3 to snap the projection 41 of the suction muffler 4 into the muffler positioning groove 31. The exhaust port 22 is located in the area covered by the air groove 32, and the suction port 23 is located in the area covered by the muffler positioning groove 31.
An annular step is arranged at the edge position of the outer end face of the cylinder cover 3.
One side of the air suction muffler 4 is provided with a bulge 41, the bulge 41 is clamped in the muffler positioning groove 31, an air passage communicated with the air suction muffler cavity is arranged in the bulge 41, a muffler air port communicated with the air passage is formed in the inner end surface of the bulge 41, and the muffler air port is connected with the air suction port 23.
Three assembling feet 51 are arranged around the gland 5 at equal intervals, so that the pressing force of the gland 5 is more uniform. The mounting leg 51 is provided with a mounting hole 511. The screw 6 can be connected to the screw hole 13 through the fitting hole 511.
The pressing plate 53 is connected to the pressing cover 5 through a support rod 52, the support rod 52 is bent towards the direction of the protrusion 41, and the bent support rod 52 can enable the pressing plate 53 to be tightly pressed on the protrusion 41.
The gland 5 is buckled on the outer end face of the cylinder cover 3, the gland 5 in the embodiment is annular, and the annular gland 5 is buckled on the annular step face 34. The pressing plate 53 presses the outer end surface of the protrusion 41, wherein the contact surface between the pressing plate 53 and the protrusion 41 is horseshoe-shaped, and the horseshoe-shaped contact surface can make the protrusion 41 uniformly stressed, so that the pressing force on the suction muffler 4 is not too large.
Silencer mounting groove 54 is seted up to one side of gland 5, and protruding 41 joint is in silencer mounting groove 54, and silencer mounting groove 54 wraps up and joint protruding 41 jointly with silencer constant head tank 31, makes the joint firm.
The gland 5 can realize three purposes of one part, can simultaneously compress the cylinder cover 3, fasten the cylinder and compress the air suction silencer 4, and compared with the existing cylinder fastening structure, the gland not only saves parts, but also saves installation procedures and improves assembly efficiency.
The refrigerator compressor cylinder fastening assembly of the embodiment is assembled as follows: assembling the valve plate 2 on the assembling groove 11 on the end surface of the cylinder seat 1, and clamping and positioning the lug plate 21 in the clamping groove 12; the outer end face of the valve plate 2 is provided with a cylinder cover 3, so that the exhaust port 22 is positioned in the area covered by the air groove 32, and the suction port 23 is positioned in the area covered by the silencer positioning groove 31; the bulge 41 of the suction muffler 4 is clamped in the muffler positioning groove 31, so that the air port of the muffler is connected with the air suction port 23; buckling the annular gland 5 on the annular step surface 34 of the cylinder cover 3, simultaneously clamping the silencer installation groove 54 on the gland 5 with the bulge 41, and buckling the pressure plate 53 on the outer end surface of the bulge 41; the screw 6 is screwed into the screw hole 13 of the end face of the cylinder block 1 through the fitting hole 511.
