Abstract
The invention discloses a bidirectional easy-to-tear film which comprises three layers, namely an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer. The outer layer comprises high-pressure low-density polyethylene, low-pressure high-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer; the middle layer comprises low density polyethylene, metallocene medium density polyethylene, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, ionomer or ethylene-norbornadiene copolymer; the inner layer comprises high-pressure low-density polyethylene, metallocene low-density polyethylene, linear low-density polyethylene, ethylene-octylene copolymer and functional master batch. The bidirectional easy-to-tear film has the characteristics of good composite fastness, high transparency, bidirectional easy-to-tear alignment, good customer experience, low cost and the like.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of packaging films, in particular to a bidirectional easy-to-tear film which is formed by adopting raw materials such as low-density polyethylene, high-density polyethylene, ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer, ionomer or ethylene-polynorbornene copolymer through co-extrusion film blowing.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on the performance of the plastic flexible package are not only limited to the aspects of shelf display, sealing protection of contents, convenience in carrying and the like. There is a trend towards how to open the package easily and quickly. The easy-tearing design of the food and medicine external package embodies the convenience of life, and does not need to be opened by tools. However, one of the existing easy-tearing films is easy-tearing by tearing a tearing opening or a sawtooth line; the other method is to control the easy-tearing effect by controlling the depth of the laser cutting line, and has the following problems:
1. the tearing opening or the sawtooth line is poor in tearing guide property, so that poor tearing or uneven tearing edge is often caused, and the content is scattered;
2. the laser cutting line is easy to tear, although the tearing opening is flat, if the tearing is too deep, the sealing performance of the package is poor, the quality guarantee period is influenced, and the tearing is too shallow and is not easy to tear;
3. the 2 methods all need to carry out subsequent processing on the packaging bag, the position of the tearing opening or the easy-to-tear line is fixed, and the packaging bag only has an easy-to-tear effect in a certain specific area and cannot completely meet the requirements of efficient life of people;
4. low efficiency and difficult process control.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provide the bidirectional easy-to-tear film, which has the effect of easy tearing into straight lines in the longitudinal and transverse directions, namely the bidirectional easy-to-tear straight lines, and also has the advantages of high composite fastness, good transparency, wide heat-sealing window, low heat-sealing temperature, suitability for high-speed packaging line production, effective improvement of production efficiency, cost reduction, good customer experience and the like.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention for solving the technical problems is as follows: a bidirectional easy-to-tear film comprises three layers, which are an outer layer, a middle layer and an inner layer in sequence,
-said outer layer consists of 20-70% by weight of high pressure low density polyethylene, 10-40% by weight of high density polyethylene, 15-65% by weight of linear low density polyethylene, 5-40% by weight of ethylene acrylic acid copolymer (EAA);
the middle layer consists of 10 to 60 weight percent of high-pressure low-density polyethylene, 10 to 50 weight percent of metallocene medium-density polyethylene, 15 to 60 weight percent of ethylene-methacrylic acid copolymer (EMAA), 15 to 65 weight percent of Ionomer (Ionomer) or ethylene-norbornane copolymer;
the inner layer consists of 25 to 64.5 weight percent of high-pressure low-density polyethylene, 15 to 50 weight percent of metallocene low-density polyethylene, 10 to 49.5 weight percent of linear low-density polyethylene, 10 to 40 weight percent of ethylene-octylene copolymer and 0.5 to 10 weight percent of functional master batch.
Furthermore, the functional master batch of the inner layer consists of a silicon dioxide opening agent, an antistatic agent and PPA.
Further, the high-pressure low-density polyethylene of the outer layer, the middle layer and the inner layer is produced by adopting a high-pressure tubular method or a kettle type method, the melt index is 0.75-10g/10min, and the density is 0.924-0.933g/cm3。

the inner layer consists of 25 to 64.5 weight percent of high-pressure low-density polyethylene, 15 to 50 weight percent of metallocene low-density polyethylene, 10 to 49.5 weight percent of linear low-density polyethylene, 10 to 27.4 weight percent of ethylene-octene copolymer and 0.5 to 10 weight percent of functional master batch.
