背景技术
面料就是用来制作服装的材料,作为服装三要素之一,面料不仅可以诠释服装的风格和特性,而且直接左右着服装的色彩、造型的表现效果。
随着纺织品行业技术的不断发展以及人们生活水平的不断提高,特别是,近年来,人们更崇尚健康的生活方式,对运动的参与和投入也越来越多,对运动服装的要求不再仅仅限于款式、颜色等,而是对舒适性提出了更高的要求,特别是服装的吸湿速干和防粘身性能。
发明内容

一种高效速干面料,包括从内之外依次设置的速干里层面料、防回汗面料和膨胀外层面料,所述防回汗面料包括非弹性层和缝制在非弹性层一侧的吸汗层,所述吸汗层采用超细旦锦纶制备,所述速干里层面料与皮肤接触缝制在非弹性层的另一侧,且所述速干里层面料与所述非弹性层的每道缝线之间呈波浪状突出,所述速干里层采用为亲水无纺布,所述膨胀外层面料包括吸水膨胀条和防水透气外层,所述吸水膨胀条采用棉纤维、麻纤维和胶织物制备,所述吸水膨胀条沿吸汗层的宽度方向等间距缝制在吸汗层远离非弹性层的一侧,所述防水透气外层设置在吸汗层远离麻布的一侧并将吸水膨胀条进行包覆,所述防水透气外层呈波浪状。所述防水透气外层包括氨纶纤维制成的外表层和设置在外表层一侧的聚四氟乙烯薄膜。所述非弹性层采用麻布。所述速干里层面料规格中D与F的数值大于吸汗层规格中D与F 的数值。
优选的,所述吸水膨胀条是由棉纤维、麻纤维和胶织物相互交捻形成,且棉纤维、麻纤维和胶织物的份数比为2:5:3。
3.有益效果
1、本发明速干里层面料与皮肤接触缝制在非弹性层的一侧,且速干里层面料与非弹性层的每道缝线之间呈波浪状突出,速干里层面料波浪状突出部分与皮肤表面接触,避免了速干里层面料覆盖在皮肤上堵塞住汗水湿气的排出通道,提高导湿速干效率,而且在皮肤与速干里层之间形成了具有空气流通的空间,使汗液能够得到蒸发,提高导湿速干效率,能够在速干里层内创造一个舒适的穿着环境。
2、本发明防回汗面料包括非弹性层和缝制在非弹性层另一侧的吸汗层,由于速干里层面料采用亲水无纺布,亲水无纺布的亲水作用,能使汗液快速传导到非弹性层上,并且亲水无纺布本身的吸收性能并不好,回潮率较低,能保证与身体接触的一面是干爽的,由于非弹性层为麻布,麻布的具有强度极高、吸湿、导热、透气性强和不易被拉伸的优点,能够快速将速干里层面料的汗液进行吸收,并且由于非弹性层不易被拉伸的特点,因而会在膨胀条产生吸水膨胀形变挤压周围材料发生膨胀时挤压非弹性层,进而挤压吸汗层,使得吸汗层孔径变大的现象发生,从而避免产生因膨胀条产生吸水膨胀形变而使吸汗层的汗液的回渗至速干里层面料内的现象发生,由于吸汗层采用超细旦锦纶制备,而超细旦锦纶具有较佳的通透性、吸水性、柔软性,能够将麻布上的汗液快速传导至膨胀外层面料内,防止了汗液回渗,同时由于速干里层面料规格中D与F的数值都大于吸汗层规格中D与F的数值,所以速干里层面料中纱线横截面的半径大于吸汗层纱线横截面的半径,速干里层面料中纱线的柔软性大于吸汗层纱线的柔软性,提高面料的舒适度,从而进一步防止了汗液的回渗。
3、本发明膨胀外层面料包括吸水膨胀条和防水透气外层,防水透气外层设置在吸汗层远离麻布的一侧并将吸水膨胀条进行包覆,防水透气外层呈波浪状,防水透气外层包括氨纶纤维制成的外表层和设置在外表层一侧的聚四氟乙烯薄膜,由于水蒸气分子的直径为 0.0004微米,雨水中直径最小的轻雾的直径为20微米,而聚四氟乙烯薄膜的直径则介于水蒸气与雨水直径,使得面料内部的湿气能够排出,而外部水分不能进入面料内层,从而使面料即具有防水又具有透气的功能,由于吸水膨胀条采用棉纤维、麻纤维和胶织物制备,且棉纤维、麻纤维和胶织物的份数比为2:5:3,其中棉纤维在遇水会发生膨胀,麻纤维在遇水会发生膨胀,伸长率达到22%,胶织物在遇水后能迅速发生膨胀,伸长率达到20%,所以在吸水膨胀条吸收汗液后能够快速的发生膨胀,并且在吸水膨胀条膨胀时能对聚四氟乙烯薄膜和吸汗层产生挤压力,对聚四氟乙烯薄膜和吸汗层进行拉伸,而聚四氟乙烯薄膜承载能力比较差,容易产生形变,故吸水膨胀条在膨胀能使聚四氟乙烯薄膜产生了一定形变,而非弹性层能够阻止吸汗层的形变,吸汗层的不会被拉伸,从而使得吸水膨胀条膨胀时产生的挤压作用于聚四氟乙烯薄膜上增大了聚四氟乙烯薄膜发生形变量,使其孔径增大,便于吸水膨胀条中汗液能从聚四氟乙烯薄膜排出,同时聚四氟乙烯薄膜孔径增大提高空气的流通量,提高了汗液的蒸发率,使面料中的汗液能快速蒸发,当吸水膨胀条内部汗液消失后,吸水膨胀条又能恢复原状,而吸水膨胀条恢复原状了对聚四氟乙烯薄膜的挤压力消失,故聚四氟乙烯薄膜又恢复原状,使得外部水分不能进入面料内层。
综上所述本发明速干里层面料的突出部分与皮肤表面接触,避免速干里层面料覆盖在皮肤上堵塞住汗水湿气的排出通道,同时速干里层与皮肤之间形成了具有空气流通的空间,提高导湿速干效率,使汗液能够得到蒸发,能够在速干里层内创造一个舒适的穿着环境,并且速干里层面料采用亲水无纺布,利用亲水无纺布的亲水作用,能使汗液快速传导到非弹性层上,而亲水无纺布本身的吸收性能并不好,回潮率较低,而非弹性层为麻布,麻布的具有强度极高、吸湿、导热、透气性强和不易被拉伸的优点,能够快速将速干里层面料的汗液进行吸收,并且防止膨胀条在吸水膨胀时挤压吸汗层,使吸汗层孔径变大,产生使吸汗层的汗液的回渗至速干里层面料内,而吸汗层采用超细旦锦纶制备,超细旦锦纶具有较佳的通透性、吸水性、柔软性,能够将麻布上的汗液快速传导至膨胀外层面料内,防止了汗液回渗,由于速干里层面料规格中D与F的数值都大于吸汗层规格中D与F的数值,所以速干里层面料中纱线横截面的半径大于吸汗层纱线横截面的半径,速干里层面料中纱线的柔软性大于吸汗层纱线的柔软性,提高面料的舒适度,且防止了汗液的回渗,而聚四氟乙烯薄膜的直径则介于水蒸气与雨水直径,使得面料内部的湿气能够排出,而外部水分不能进入面料内层,从而使面料即具有防水又具有透气的功能,由于吸水膨胀条采用棉纤维、麻纤维和胶织物制备,且棉纤维、麻纤维和胶织物的份数比为2:5:3,其中棉纤维在遇水会发生膨胀,麻纤维在遇水会发生膨胀,伸长率达到22%,胶织物在遇水后能迅速发生膨胀,伸长率达到20%,所以在吸水膨胀条吸收汗液后能够快速的发生膨胀,并且在吸水膨胀条膨胀时能对聚四氟乙烯薄膜和吸汗层产生挤压力,对聚四氟乙烯薄膜和吸汗层进行拉伸,而聚四氟乙烯薄膜承载能力比较差,容易产生形变,故吸水膨胀条在膨胀能使聚四氟乙烯薄膜产生了一定形变,而非弹性层能够阻止吸汗层的形变,吸汗层的不会被拉伸,从而使得吸水膨胀条膨胀时产生的挤压作用于聚四氟乙烯薄膜上增大了聚四氟乙烯薄膜发生形变量,使其孔径增大,便于吸水膨胀条中汗液能从聚四氟乙烯薄膜排出,同时聚四氟乙烯薄膜孔径增大提高空气的流通量,提高了汗液的蒸发率,使面料中的汗液能快速蒸发,当吸水膨胀条内部汗液消失后,吸水膨胀条又能恢复原状,而吸水膨胀条恢复原状了对聚四氟乙烯薄膜的挤压力消失,故聚四氟乙烯薄膜又恢复原状,使得外部水分不能进入面料内层。

下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例
如图1-3所示的一种高效速干面料,包括从内之外依次设置的速干里层面料1、防回汗面料2和膨胀外层面料3,防回汗面料2包括非弹性层4和缝制在非弹性层4一侧的吸汗层5,非弹性层4采用麻布,吸汗层5采用超细旦锦纶制备,速干里层面料1与皮肤接触缝制在非弹性层4的另一侧,且速干里层面料1与非弹性层4的每道缝线之间呈波浪状突出,速干里层面料1规格中D与F的数值大于吸汗层 4规格中D与F的数值,使得速干里层面料1中纱线横截面的半径大于吸汗层4纱线横截面的半径,速干里层面料1中纱线的柔软性大于吸汗层4纱线的柔软性,速干里层面料 1采用为亲水无纺布,膨胀外层面料3包括吸水膨胀条7和防水透气外层6,吸水膨胀条7采用棉纤维 703、麻纤维702和胶织物701制备,吸水膨胀条7是由棉纤维703、麻纤维702和胶织物701相互交捻形成,且棉纤维703、麻纤维702 和胶织物701的份数比为2:5:3,吸水膨胀条7沿吸汗层5的宽度方向等间距缝制在吸汗层5远离非弹性层4的一侧,防水透气外层6 设置在吸汗层5远离非弹性层4的一侧并将吸水膨胀条7进行包覆,防水透气外层6呈波浪状,防水透气外层6包括氨纶纤维制成的外表层601和设置在外表层一侧的聚四氟乙烯薄膜602。
工作原理:速干里层面料1的突出部分与皮肤表面接触,避免速干里层面料1覆盖在皮肤上堵塞住汗水湿气的排出通道,同时速干里层与皮肤之间形成了具有空气流通的空间,提高导湿速干效率,使汗液能够得到蒸发,能够在速干里层内创造一个舒适的穿着环境,并且速干里层面料1采用亲水无纺布,利用亲水无纺布的亲水作用,能使汗液快速传导到非弹性层4上,而亲水无纺布本身的吸收性能并不好,回潮率较低,而非弹性层4为麻布,麻布的具有强度极高、吸湿、导热、透气性强和不易被拉伸的优点,能够快速将速干里层面料1的汗液进行吸收,并且防止膨胀条在吸水膨胀时挤压吸汗层5,使吸汗层5孔径变大,产生使吸汗层5的汗液的回渗至速干里层面料1内,而吸汗层5采用超细旦锦纶制备,超细旦锦纶具有较佳的通透性、吸水性、柔软性,能够将麻布上的汗液快速传导至膨胀外层面料3内,防止了汗液回渗,由于速干里层面料1规格中D与F的数值都大于吸汗层5规格中D与F的数值,所以速干里层面料1中纱线横截面的半径大于吸汗层5纱线横截面的半径,速干里层面料1中纱线的柔软性大于吸汗层5纱线的柔软性,提高面料的舒适度,且防止了汗液的回渗,而聚四氟乙烯薄膜602的直径则介于水蒸气与雨水直径,使得面料内部的湿气能够排出,而外部水分不能进入面料内层,从而使面料即具有防水又具有透气的功能,由于吸水膨胀条7采用棉纤维703、麻纤维702和胶织物701制备,且棉纤维703、麻纤维702和胶织物 701的份数比为2:5:3,其中棉纤维703在遇水会发生膨胀,麻纤维702在遇水会发生膨胀,伸长率达到22%,胶织物701在遇水后能迅速发生膨胀,伸长率达到20%,所以在吸水膨胀条7吸收汗液后能够快速的发生膨胀,并且在吸水膨胀条7膨胀时能对聚四氟乙烯薄膜 602和吸汗层5产生挤压力,对聚四氟乙烯薄膜602和吸汗层5进行拉伸,而聚四氟乙烯薄膜602承载能力比较差,容易产生形变,故吸水膨胀条7在膨胀能使聚四氟乙烯薄膜602产生了一定形变,而非弹性层4能够阻止吸汗层5的形变,吸汗层5的不会被拉伸,从而使得吸水膨胀条7膨胀时产生的挤压作用于聚四氟乙烯薄膜602上增大了聚四氟乙烯薄膜602发生形变量,使其孔径增大,便于吸水膨胀条7 中汗液能从聚四氟乙烯薄膜602排出,同时聚四氟乙烯薄膜602孔径增大提高空气的流通量,提高了汗液的蒸发率,使面料中的汗液能快速蒸发,当吸水膨胀条7内部汗液消失后,吸水膨胀条7又能恢复原状,而吸水膨胀条7恢复原状了对聚四氟乙烯薄膜602的挤压力消失,故聚四氟乙烯薄膜602又恢复原状,使得外部水分不能进入面料内层。

Claims (2)
1.一种高效速干面料,其特征在于,包括从内之外依次设置的速干里层面料(1)、防回汗面料(2)和膨胀外层面料(3),所述防回汗面料(2)包括非弹性层(4)和缝制在非弹性层(4)一侧的吸汗层(5),所述吸汗层(5)采用超细旦锦纶制备,所述速干里层面料(1)与皮肤接触缝制在非弹性层(4)的另一侧,且所述速干里层面料(1)与所述非弹性层(4)的每道缝线之间呈波浪状突出,所述速干里层面料 (1)采用为亲水无纺布,所述膨胀外层面料(3)包括吸水膨胀条(7)和防水透气外层(6),所述吸水膨胀条(7)采用棉纤维(703)、麻纤维(702)和胶织物(701)制备,所述吸水膨胀条(7)沿吸汗层(5)的宽度方向等间距缝制在吸汗层(5)远离非弹性层(4)的一侧,所述防水透气外层(6)设置在吸汗层(5)远离非弹性层(4)的一侧并将吸水膨胀条(7)进行包覆,所述防水透气外层(6)呈波浪状;所述防水透气外层(6)包括氨纶纤维制成的外表层(601)和设置在外表层一侧的聚四氟乙烯薄膜(602);所述非弹性层采用麻布,所述速干里层面料(1)规格中D与F数值大于吸汗层(5)规格中D与F的数值。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效速干面料,其特征在于,所述吸水膨胀条(7)是由棉纤维(703)、麻纤维(702)和胶织物(701)相互交捻形成,且棉纤维(703)、麻纤维(702)和胶织物(701)的份数比为2:5:3。
