Abstract
The invention discloses a manufacturing method of a mould for smearing expanded polystyrene board line mortar, which comprises the following steps: s1, cutting the polystyrene board line A needing to be coated with mortar by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine; s2, cutting a polystyrene board line B with the same size and contour as the mortar-coated polystyrene board line by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine; s3, respectively cutting the two cutting lines into the cut polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B in a clamping manner; s4, spraying mortar on the polystyrene board lines A and B; s5, drying and hardening the mortar; s6, cutting the mortar-coated polystyrene board lines A and B into strips by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine; s7, taking out the polystyrene board lines A and B which are cut into long strips to obtain tubular mortar cured products A and mortar cured products B. The invention can rapidly and cheaply manufacture the mould meeting the requirement of coating mortar.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of building materials, in particular to a manufacturing method of a mold for smearing expanded polystyrene board line mortar.
Background
Modern buildings are provided with various shapes on the surface for aesthetic purposes, the various shapes are realized by using various materials, and modern expanded polystyrene boards are widely used as a material with low density and low price.
The polyphenyl board lines need to be sprayed with decorative materials on the outer surface when in use, so that the colors of the polyphenyl boards after decoration accord with the design of a building, mortar needs to be smeared on the outer surfaces of the polyphenyl boards as an intermediate layer in order to better fix the sprayed decorations on the polyphenyl board lines, but the polyphenyl boards are mostly sprayed with the mortar after being installed on the surfaces of the building due to the complex and various shapes and different sizes of the polyphenyl boards, the sprayed mortar needs to reach uniform thickness, secondary treatment can be carried out after the mortar is dried, and long time is needed. If the polystyrene board lines are coated during production, the construction period can be obviously shortened, and the construction quality can be controlled; but is limited by the shape and size, a mold is required to be made in a different shape and size, and the conventional way of making the mold consumes a large amount of money.

s3, fixing the cut polystyrene board line A and the cut polystyrene board line B, and respectively cutting the two cutting lines into the cut polystyrene board line A and the cut polystyrene board line B by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine; ensuring that two ends of the cutting line extend out of two ends of the polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B;
s4, uniformly spraying mortar on the surfaces of the polystyrene board lines A and the polystyrene board lines B except the end surfaces;
s5, after the mortar is dried and hardened, installing the expanded polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B on two polystyrene board line cutters respectively;
s6, starting a polyphenyl board line cutting machine, and cutting the polyphenyl board line A and the polyphenyl board line B wrapped by the mortar into strips;
s7, taking out the polystyrene board lines A and B which are cut into long strips to obtain tubular mortar cured products A and mortar cured products B.
Further, in step S2, a layer of ring-shaped polystyrene board waste block is attached to the outer surface of the polystyrene board line B.
Further, in step S4, after spraying mortar on the surface of the polystyrene board line B, an opening is opened in the mortar on the area of the polystyrene board line B where the annular waste polystyrene board block is attached.

s2, cutting a polystyrene board line B with the same size and contour as the mortar-coated polystyrene board line by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine; a layer of annular waste polystyrene board blocks is attached to the outer surface of the polystyrene board line B, and the surfaces of the waste polystyrene board blocks are smooth;
s3, fixing the cut polystyrene board line A and the cut polystyrene board line B, and respectively cutting the two cutting lines into the cut polystyrene board line A and the cut polystyrene board line B by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine; ensuring that two ends of the cutting line extend out of two ends of the polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B;
s4, uniformly spraying mortar on the surfaces of the polystyrene board lines A and the polystyrene board lines B except the end surfaces; opening an opening in the mortar in the area where the annular polystyrene board waste blocks are attached to the polystyrene board line B;
the annular area is designed, so that the mortar injected from the opening can rapidly flow to the inner wall of the mortar curing material B through the annular cavity, and the coated mortar can be prevented from generating a groove part, namely, enough mortar is not coated to cause thinner mortar.

cutting the polystyrene board in such a way that the cut polystyrene board is not blocked by other uncut polystyrene boards when taken out downwards;
cutting a plurality of cutting lines along the closed ring outwards in a diverging manner until the mortar is cut, and closing the ring;
SQ4, taking out the residual polyphenyl plate in the mortar.
S7, taking out the polystyrene board lines A and B which are cut into strips to obtain tubular mortar cured substances A and mortar cured substances B;
and S8, sleeving the mortar cured product A in the mortar cured product B.
The invention manufactures the polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B into two mortar cavities, thus forming a mortar coating area between the two cavities, simultaneously controlling the coating thickness, and fixing the position of the polystyrene board to be coated with mortar in the mortar cavity in the process of coating the polystyrene board line, thereby ensuring that the coated mortar has uniform thickness and meets the requirement. The mould can be conveniently manufactured by manufacturing the mortar, and the material is very cheap.

SQ4, taking out the residual polyphenyl plate in the mortar.
S7, taking out the polystyrene board lines A and B which are cut into strips to obtain tubular mortar cured substances A and mortar cured substances B;

s3, fixing the cut polystyrene board line A and the cut polystyrene board line B, and respectively cutting the two cutting lines into the cut polystyrene board line A and the cut polystyrene board line B by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine; ensuring that two ends of the cutting line extend out of two ends of the polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B;
s4, uniformly spraying mortar on the surfaces of the polystyrene board lines A and the polystyrene board lines B except the end surfaces;
s5, after the mortar is dried and hardened, installing the expanded polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B on two polystyrene board line cutters respectively;
s6, starting a polyphenyl board line cutting machine, and cutting the polyphenyl board line A and the polyphenyl board line B wrapped by the mortar into strips;
s7, taking out the polystyrene board lines A and B which are cut into strips to obtain tubular mortar cured substances A and mortar cured substances B;
in step S6, cutting the polystyrene board line a and the polystyrene board line B by using a polystyrene board line cutting machine according to the following steps:
SQ1, cutting a closed ring between the polystyrene board line A and the polystyrene board line B by using a cutting line;
SQ2, taking out the polyphenyl plate in the ring;

3. The method of claim 2, wherein in step S4, after spraying the mortar on the surface of the polystyrene board strip B, an opening is opened in the mortar in the area where the ring-shaped polystyrene board waste block is attached to the polystyrene board strip B.
4. The method of claim 2, wherein in step S7, an opening is formed on the raised ring-shaped portion of the polystyrene board strip B.
5. The method for manufacturing the mold for smearing the expanded polystyrene board line mortar as claimed in claim 2, wherein the surface of the polystyrene board line B is attached with a layer of annular polystyrene board waste blocks with smooth surface.
6. The method as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cutting lines are divergently cut along the closed ring at a position which is inwardly protruded from the closed ring toward the inside of the mortar in SQ 3.
