本发明公开了一种设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，包括支架、灰斗、箱体、箱盖和滤筒，所述支架包括四个支腿，所述灰斗固定在支架内部，所述支架上方设有箱体，所述箱体顶端设有箱盖，所述滤筒垂直安装在箱体内，所述箱体的正面上还设有下拉式检修门；所述检修门正面上端设有把手；所述把手左右对称设有两个；所述检修门宽度等于正面两支腿间的距离；本发明的设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，手握把手，将检修门下拉，就能对滤筒进行检修，且检修时占用空间小，避免了车间人员在走动时碰触到检修门而影响正常的检修。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滤筒除尘器，尤其涉及一种设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，属于作业运输中用于过滤气体的装置技术领域。
背景技术
滤筒除尘器是以滤筒作为过滤元件所组成或采用脉冲喷吹的除尘器，具有结构合理，除尘效率高，节能效果显著等优点，被广泛用于建材、轻工、冶金、化工等行业的粉尘、扬尘处理。一般的滤筒除尘器包括支架、灰斗、箱体、箱盖和滤筒，灰斗固定在支架内部，支架上方设有箱体，箱体顶端设有箱盖，滤筒垂直安装在箱体内，其滤筒的安装方式为上装式，即打开箱体顶端的箱盖，将滤筒垂直安装在箱体内。这样的滤筒除尘器不便于滤筒日常检查和修护，增加了滤筒发生损坏的几率；当滤筒发生损坏后，维修时，需要将滤筒拆下，从箱体顶端拿出，维修完毕后还需要从箱体顶端安装入箱体内，费时费力，维修极其不便。为了解决上述问题，于是就有人设计出一种设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，检修门与箱体正面铰链，这样的滤筒除尘器在检修滤筒时，占用空间较大，由于车间大小的限制，车间人员在走动易碰触到检修门，影响正常的检修。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题，本发明的目的是：提出了一种检修时占用空间小的设有检修门的滤筒除尘器。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的：一种设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，包括支架、灰斗、箱体、箱盖和滤筒，所述支架包括四个支腿，所述灰斗固定在支架内部，所述支架上方设有箱体，所述箱体顶端设有箱盖，所述滤筒垂直安装在箱体内，所述箱体的正面上还设有下拉式检修门；所述检修门正面上端设有把手。
优选的，所述把手左右对称设有两个。
优选的，所述检修门宽度与正面两支腿间的距离相同。
由于上述技术方案的运用，本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点：
本发明的设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，由于箱体的正面上还设有下拉式检修门，检修门正面上端设有把手，手握把手，将检修门下拉，就能对滤筒进行检修，且检修时占用空间小，避免了车间人员在走动时碰触到检修门而影响正常的检修。

如附图1所示的本发明所述的一种设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，包括支架1、灰斗2、箱体3、箱盖4和滤筒5，所述支架包括四个支腿6，所述灰斗2固定在支架1内部，所述支架1上方设有箱体3，所述箱体3顶端设有箱盖4，所述滤筒5垂直安装在箱体3内，所述箱体3的正面上还设有下拉式检修门7；所述检修门7正面上端设有把手8；所述检修门7宽度与正面两支腿6间的距离相同。
如附图2所示的本发明所述的一种设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，手握把手8，将检修门7下拉，就能对滤筒5进行检修，且检修时占用空间小，避免了车间人员在走动时碰触到检修门而影响正常的检修。
上述的设有检修门的滤筒除尘器，所述检修门7正面上端设有对称设有两个把手8，方便检修门7的下拉。
