背景技术
面膜是美容保养品的一种载体，目前粉末调和、高岭土、无纺布、蚕丝面膜、天丝面膜、生物纤维面膜、不织布面膜材质的面膜使用十分广泛。超导膜面膜为最新一代创新的技术。
面膜，是护肤品中的一个类别。其最基本也是最重要的目的是弥补卸妆与洗脸仍然不足的清洁工作，在此基础上配合其它精华成分实现其它的保养功能，例如补水保湿、美白、抗衰老、平衡油脂等等。
面膜的原理，就是利用覆盖在脸部的短暂时间，暂时隔离外界的空气与污染，提高肌肤温度，皮肤的毛孔扩张，促进汗腺分泌与新陈代谢，使肌肤的含氧量上升，有利于肌肤排除表皮细胞新陈代谢的产物和累积的油脂类物质，面膜中的水分渗入表皮的角质层，皮肤变得柔软，肌肤自然光亮有弹性。
面膜的形式主要有泥膏型、撕拉型、冻胶型、湿纸巾型四种。泥膏型面膜常见的有海藻面膜、矿泥面膜等，撕拉型面膜最常见的就是黑头粉刺专用鼻贴，冻胶型以睡眠面膜最为出名，湿纸巾式一般就是单片包装的浸润着美容液的面膜纸。伴随着美容科技的发展，出现了一种以蚕丝制成的面膜，严格来说，应当归入湿纸巾型面膜中。
现有湿纸巾型的面膜(敷料)在有水情况下必须添加防腐剂才能防腐，我们采用恒温抽湿干燥技术，让面膜(敷料)的有效成分保留，去除水分，解决了防腐问题，从而不需要添加防腐剂。

本发明的目的在于提供一种无防腐剂的面膜及其使用方法，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

本发明中的水为去离子水；如果采用自来水，因含有Ca2+、Mg2+离子，在碱性条件下，生成钙、镁的氢氧化合物，是一种絮状的凝聚悬浮物，当放入乳化搅拌锅时，往往堵住管道过滤器的网布，致使稀淡碱水不能畅流；本发明中的考虑到离子水加热时和搅拌过程中的蒸发，总计损失约2％-3％，为做到原液收得率100％，需额外多加的2％水分，用于补充水的损失。
本发明中的PEG-75羊毛脂是羊毛脂的乙氧基化衍生物，可溶于水，是非离子表面活性剂，有乳化、溶解、润湿和清洁特性，可以应用于肥皂、清洁剂、香波、泡泡浴和剃须皂中，是脂肪的溶解剂，也可以在皮肤产品中作散布焦油用，在本发明中作为润肤剂使用。
本发明中的卡波姆，中文别名：聚丙烯酸；羧基乙烯共聚物，短流变性、高粘度、高清澈度，低耐离子性及耐剪切性，有增稠悬浮等重要用途，工艺简单，稳定性好，广泛应用于乳液、膏霜、凝胶中，在本发明中作为增稠剂。
本发明不含防腐剂，更好地保障人体皮肤不受伤害，使用效果更好，干面膜中水分的检测在真空干燥箱中进行，采用干燥失重法(为现有常规检测方法，可进行百度了解)；
无防腐剂的面膜在使用的时候，只需要加水(或者其他液体)25mL(20-30ML均可)，浸湿后与现有湿面膜的效果是一样，甚至效果更好；
