本发明属于农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种农药泡腾片剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前,业内常用的现有技术是这样的:
农药,目前世界上统一的英文名为pesticide--即为"杀害药剂",但实际上所谓的农药系指用于防治危害农林牧业生产的有害生物(害虫、害螨、线虫、病原菌、杂草及鼠。以后,通过较长期的发展的生产和生活过程,逐渐认识到一些天然具有防治农牧业中有害生物的性能和调节植物生长的化学药品和生物药品。现有技术中农药泡腾片,药效不佳,不能同时有效起到杀虫、杀螨、杀菌、杀线虫、除草、杀鼠和调节植物生长的作用。现有的农药在喷撒时,需要采用专门的农用施药器,器皿比较笨重,使用时很不方便,浪费时间,降低劳动效率。此外现有的中药渣,以焚烧处理为主,造成环境污染。
综上所述,现有技术存在的问题是:
(1)现有技术中农药泡腾片,药效不佳,不能同时有效起到杀虫、杀螨、杀菌、杀线虫、除草、杀鼠和调节植物生长的作用。
(2)现有的农药在喷撒时,需要采用专门的农用施药器,器皿比较笨重,使用时很不方便,浪费时间,降低劳动效率。此外现有的中药渣,以焚烧处理为主,造成环境污染。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供了一种农药泡腾片剂及其制备方法。
本发明是这样实现的,一种农药泡腾片剂按照质量份数由硅藻土10~12份、活性炭3~5份、农药原药40~60份、粘结剂3~7份、润滑剂1~3份、扩散剂1~3份、碳源5~7份、草木灰3~5份、消泡剂1~3份和中药渣9~13份组成。
进一步,农药原药为杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀菌剂、杀线虫剂、除草剂、杀鼠剂和植物生长调节剂一种或以上。
进一步,润滑剂为水溶性甲壳素粉末,优选水溶性壳聚糖。
进一步,粘结剂为水溶性淀粉。
进一步,消泡剂为皂盐、吐温系列中的一种或以上组成。
进一步,碳源为酒石酸、醋酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、乙酸、甲醇、乙醇的任意一种。
进一步,扩散剂为水基扩散剂,二氧化硅分散剂。
进一步,中药渣包括有薄荷、板蓝根、蒲公英、芦荟、陈皮、雷公藤、凤尾花、石菖蒲、连翘、金银花的残渣及其他中药可用残渣均可。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种农药泡腾片剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:硅藻土和活性炭,干燥粉碎过200目筛,混合均匀制得,农药载体,备用;
步骤二:中药渣经过清洗,消毒,过滤,烘干,粉碎过200目筛,制得中药渣细粉,备用;
步骤三:将农药原药与农药载体混合均匀投放到搅拌器中,依次加入中药渣细粉、碳源、草木灰、消泡剂,过筛;
步骤四:将上步中加入粘结剂、润滑剂搅拌均匀,调节PH为6~8;最后加入扩散剂混合均匀经过压片机进行压片,烘干、杀菌,包装即得。
进一步,步骤三中,消泡剂的添加为搅拌前、中分两次加入消泡剂。
进一步,步骤四中,包装为2~3g/片。

本发明实施例提供的中药渣包括有薄荷、板蓝根、蒲公英、芦荟、陈皮、雷公藤、凤尾花、石菖蒲、连翘、金银花的残渣及其他中药可用残渣均可。
下面结合附图对本发明的应用原理进行进一步详细说明;
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的农药泡腾片剂的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S101:硅藻土和活性炭,干燥粉碎过200目筛,混合均匀制得,农药载体,备用;
S102:中药渣经过清洗,消毒,过滤,烘干,粉碎过200目筛,制得中药渣细粉,备用;
S103:将农药原药与农药载体混合均匀投放到搅拌器中,依次加入中药渣细粉、碳源、草木灰、消泡剂,过筛;
S104:将上步中加入粘结剂、润滑剂搅拌均匀,调节PH为6~8;最后加入扩散剂混合均匀经过压片机进行压片,烘干、杀菌,包装即得。
步骤S103中,本发明实施例提供的消泡剂的添加为搅拌前、中分两次加入消泡剂。
步骤S104中,本发明实施例提供的包装为2~3g/片。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的应用原理进行进一步详细说明;
实施例1;
本发明实施例提供的农药泡腾片剂按照质量份数由硅藻土10份、活性炭3份、农药原药40份、粘结剂3份、润滑剂1份、扩散剂1份、碳源5份、草木灰3份、消泡剂1份和中药渣9份组成。
实施例2;
本发明实施例提供的农药泡腾片剂按照质量份数由硅藻土12份、活性炭5份、农药原药60份、粘结剂7份、润滑剂3份、扩散剂3份、碳源7份、草木灰5份、消泡剂3份和中药渣13份组成。
实施例3;
本发明实施例提供的农药泡腾片剂按照质量份数由硅藻土11份、活性炭4份、农药原药50份、粘结剂5份、润滑剂2份、扩散剂2份、碳源6份、草木灰4份、消泡剂2份和中药渣11份组成。
实施例4;
选取两块相同土质的田地作为试验用地,两块地种植相同的植物水稻,采用相同的管理方式,A地使用普通的农药,B地使用本发明实施例提供的农药泡腾片,下面结合两地除草、杀虫、细菌性疾病发生率、费用及作物产量上进行如下对比分析;

Claims (10)
1.一种农药泡腾片剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的农药泡腾片剂按照质量份数由硅藻土10~12份、活性炭3~5份、农药原药40~60份、粘结剂3~7份、润滑剂1~3份、扩散剂1~3份、碳源5~7份、草木灰3~5份、消泡剂1~3份和中药渣9~13份组成。
2.如权利要求1所述的农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,所述农药原药为杀虫剂、杀螨剂、杀菌剂、杀线虫剂、除草剂、杀鼠剂和植物生长调节剂一种或以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为水溶性甲壳素粉末,优选水溶性壳聚糖。
4.如权利要求1所述的农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,所述粘结剂为水溶性淀粉。
5.如权利要求1所述的农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为皂盐、吐温系列中的一种或以上组成。
6.如权利要求1所述的农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,所述碳源为酒石酸、醋酸、柠檬酸、乳酸、乙酸、甲醇、乙醇的任意一种。
7.如权利要求1所述的农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,所述扩散剂为水基扩散剂,二氧化硅分散剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的农药泡腾片剂,其特征在于,所述中药渣包括有薄荷、板蓝根、蒲公英、芦荟、陈皮、雷公藤、凤尾花、石菖蒲、连翘、金银花的残渣及其他中药可用残渣均可。
9.一种农药泡腾片剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述的农药泡腾片剂及其制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤一:硅藻土和活性炭,干燥粉碎过200目筛,混合均匀制得,农药载体,备用;
步骤二:中药渣经过清洗,消毒,过滤,烘干,粉碎过200目筛,制得中药渣细粉,备用;
步骤三:将农药原药与农药载体混合均匀投放到搅拌器中,依次加入中药渣细粉、碳源、草木灰、消泡剂,过筛;
步骤四:将上步中加入粘结剂、润滑剂搅拌均匀,调节PH为6~8;最后加入扩散剂混合均匀经过压片机进行压片,烘干、杀菌,包装即得。
10.如权利要求9所述的农药泡腾片剂及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中,消泡剂的添加为搅拌前、中分两次加入消泡剂;
所述步骤四中,包装为2~3g/片。
