本发明的实施例提供了一种资源确定方法、基站及移动台。根据本发明实施例的由基站执行的资源确定方法,包括:对于与基站对应的多个移动台分组中的每个移动台分组,确定用于该移动台分组的上行传输的资源配置;确定用于多个移动台分组的资源偏移集合,其中资源偏移集合中包括多个资源候选偏移,以使得连接到基站的移动台根据该移动台所在的移动台分组的资源配置和资源偏移集合中的资源候选偏移,确定该移动台的上行传输资源。
