一种数据发送方法、基站和通信节点,所述发送方法包括第一通信节点向基站发送第一请求信息,所述第一请求信息用于向所述基站请求第一信息,所述第一信息用于指示第一资源的授权;所述第一通信节点确定第二信息,所述第二信息用于指示第二资源的授权,所述第二资源为所述第一通信节点从预设的资源中选择的;所述第一通信节点确定第三信息,所述第三信息包括所述第一信息和所述第二信息中的至少一个信息;所述第一通信节点利用所述第三信息所指示的资源向第二通信节点发送数据。第一信息是由基站分配的,而第二信息是通信节点自身确定的,通信节点会灵活选择信息用于通信节点间通信,由此,通信节点间通信的可靠性和灵活性均得到了提升。
