一种底盘车(10)，包括：底盘主体(1)、以及用以支撑底盘主体(1)的轮腿(2)；轮腿(2)包括框架(21)、以及设于框架(21)上的行进机构、升降机构(4)和滚轮组件；其中，滚轮组件包括滚轮(323)，行进机构与滚轮(323)组件连接而使滚轮(323)滚动，底盘主体(1)上设有辅轮(11)，框架(21)能够被升降机构调节而相对于底盘主体(1)做上下移动，以使辅轮(11)与滚轮(323)之间具有可调的高度差。底盘车(10)通过每个轮腿(2)作为独立的升降模块，在机构运动上互不干扰，在运动控制上相互配合，轮腿(2)通过变形以适应不同状况的地形。
