2. In an embodiment of the present invention, after parsing out the semantic representation corresponding to the target voice instruction, the smart set-top box needs to determine whether identification information corresponding to the semantic representation is included in locally pre-stored information (e.g., information such as a song, a photo, and a video stored this time), and if the identification information is included, the corresponding 3D holographic image may be displayed by using the locally stored identification information, so as to reduce the number of interactions with an external cloud server and reduce occupation of network resources of the external cloud server.
3. In an embodiment of the present invention, a user may set information such as a size, a color, an imaging position, and the like of a 3D hologram displayed by an intelligent set-top box according to a requirement of the user, for example, the user may input image setting information for setting the length of the 3D hologram to be 60cm, the width of the 3D hologram to be 50cm, the color of the 3D hologram to be blue, and the imaging position of the 3D hologram to be right above the intelligent set-top box. Therefore, the intelligent set top box can display the corresponding 3D holographic image according to the image setting information of the size, the color and the imaging position corresponding to the 3D holographic image set by the user, so that a fantastic and dynamic interactive experience is created for the user, and the use experience of the user is improved.
4. In an embodiment of the present invention, a user may also input a to-be-recognized voice instruction during interaction to an external remote control device (e.g., a remote controller, a smart phone, a tablet computer), so that the remote control device may send the to-be-recognized voice instruction to the smart set-top box, and the smart set-top box may process the to-be-recognized voice instruction, so as to display a corresponding 3D hologram, so as to increase a user interaction feeling and improve a user experience of the user.
5. In an embodiment of the present invention, when the corresponding 3D hologram is displayed, the operating state of the external smart tv needs to be determined, and when the external smart tv is in the off state, it may be determined that the user does not watch the smart tv, so that the corresponding voice information may be displayed by the smart tv, and when the smart tv is in the on state, the corresponding voice information may be output by the self-audio module, so as to provide visual and auditory feedback for the user, and at the same time, avoid affecting the experience of the user in normally watching the smart tv.

Claims (3)

1. A method for processing interactive information is applied to an intelligent set top box and comprises the following steps:
collecting a target voice instruction input by a user;
analyzing the target voice command to obtain corresponding semantic representation;
sending an acquisition request carrying the semantic representation to an external cloud server;
when receipt information returned by the cloud server according to the acquisition request is received, displaying a 3D holographic image corresponding to the receipt information;
outputting voice information corresponding to the receipt information;
after analyzing the target voice instruction and acquiring the corresponding semantic representation, before sending an acquisition request carrying the semantic representation to an external cloud server, the method further includes:
determining whether identification information corresponding to the semantic representation exists in prestored information;
if so, taking the identification information as receipt information, and executing the 3D holographic image corresponding to the receipt information;
otherwise, executing the acquisition request carrying the semantic representation sent by the external cloud server;
before the collecting the target voice instruction input by the user, further comprising:
receiving and storing image setting information input by a user, wherein the image setting information comprises: any one or more of a size, color, and imaging position corresponding to the 3D hologram;
the displaying a 3D hologram corresponding to the receipt information includes:
displaying a 3D holographic image corresponding to the receipt information according to the image setting information;
before the parsing the target voice instruction and acquiring the corresponding semantic representation, the method further includes:
when a voice instruction to be recognized sent by any external remote control equipment is received, taking the voice instruction to be recognized as a target voice instruction, executing the analysis of the target voice instruction, and acquiring a corresponding semantic representation;
after the presenting the 3D hologram corresponding to the receipt information, before the outputting the voice information corresponding to the receipt information, further comprising:
determining whether an external smart television is in a power-on state;
if yes, executing the voice information corresponding to the receipt information;
otherwise, starting the intelligent television, and sending the voice information corresponding to the receipt information to response equipment so that the response equipment outputs the voice information.
2. An intelligent set-top box, comprising:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring a target voice instruction input by a user;
the analysis module is used for analyzing the target voice instruction acquired by the acquisition module to acquire corresponding semantic representation;
the processing module is used for sending an acquisition request carrying the semantic representation acquired by the analysis module to an external cloud server;
the control module is used for displaying the 3D holographic image corresponding to the receipt information when the processing module receives the receipt information returned by the cloud server according to the acquisition request; outputting voice information corresponding to the receipt information;
the processing module is further used for determining whether identification information corresponding to the semantic representation exists in pre-stored information or not; if so, taking the identification information as receipt information, and executing the 3D holographic image corresponding to the receipt information; otherwise, executing the acquisition request carrying the semantic representation sent by the external cloud server;
the processing module is further configured to receive and store image setting information input by a user, where the image setting information includes: any one or more of a size, color, and imaging position corresponding to the 3D hologram;
the control module is used for displaying the 3D holographic image corresponding to the receipt information according to the image setting information stored by the processing module;
the analysis module is further configured to, when the processing module receives a to-be-recognized voice instruction sent by any external remote control device, use the to-be-recognized voice instruction as a target voice instruction, execute the analysis of the target voice instruction, and acquire a corresponding semantic representation;
the control module is further used for determining whether an external smart television is in a power-on state; if yes, executing the voice information corresponding to the receipt information; otherwise, starting the intelligent television, and sending the voice information corresponding to the receipt information to response equipment so that the response equipment outputs the voice information.
3. A system for processing interactive information, comprising: the smart set-top box and cloud server of claim 2;
the cloud server is used for acquiring receipt information corresponding to the acquisition request when receiving the acquisition request sent by the intelligent set top box and returning the receipt information to the intelligent set top box;
further comprising: at least one remote control device;
the remote control equipment is used for sending the voice instruction to be recognized to the intelligent set top box when the voice instruction to be recognized input by a user is collected;
further comprising: a smart television;
and the intelligent television is used for outputting the voice information when receiving the voice information sent by the intelligent set top box.
