After a user inputs 'heat-mapped movie' in 'level secret' of the mobile phone, the mobile phone can send the control instruction to the television box, an internal receiver in the television box receives the control instruction and sends the control instruction to the 'level secret', the 'level secret' analyzes the control instruction through a request level secret server, corresponding data is obtained and sent to the internal receiver, the traditional television can display the data corresponding to the 'heat-mapped movie' in a form shown in fig. 3a, after the internal receiver returns the data to the mobile phone, the mobile phone can receive a message which is sent by the television box and executes the control instruction and display the data corresponding to the 'heat-mapped movie' on a display screen in a form shown in fig. 3B, as shown in a in fig. 3B. It should be noted that the data corresponding to the "movie hotlining" shown in fig. 3b is partial data.
After the user inputs the control command of "how much weather today" in the "secret" of the mobile phone, similarly, the mobile phone may send the command to the television box, after the television box acquires the corresponding data, the data corresponding to "how much weather today" may be displayed in the form shown in fig. 3a, and after the television box returns the corresponding data to the mobile phone, the data corresponding to "how much weather today" may be displayed in the mobile phone in the form shown in C in fig. 3C.
According to the network television control method based on artificial intelligence, after connection with the terminal equipment is established, the control instruction sent by the terminal equipment is received, then data are obtained according to the control instruction, and finally the data are sent to the terminal equipment so that the terminal equipment can display the data. Therefore, data corresponding to the control instruction input by the user are synchronized in the terminal equipment and the network television, the operation of the user in the terminal equipment is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 4 is a signaling interaction diagram of an artificial intelligence-based network television control method according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 4, the terminal device is connected to the network television, and the network television control method based on artificial intelligence includes:
step 401, the terminal device sends a control instruction input by a user to the network television.
And step 402, the network television acquires data according to the control instruction.
And step 403, the network television sends the data to the terminal equipment.
And step 404, the terminal device displays the data on a display screen of the terminal device according to a preset rule.
The specific implementation process and principle of steps 401 to 404 may refer to the detailed descriptions of steps 101 to 103 and steps 201 to 203 in the foregoing embodiments, and are not described herein again.
It can be understood that, after the terminal device establishes a connection with the network television, when a user inputs a control instruction in a voice form or a text form in the terminal device, the terminal device may send the control instruction to the network television. After the network television analyzes the control instruction, if the control instruction is a search type instruction, the network television can display data on a display screen of the network television and send the data to the terminal equipment, and after the terminal equipment receives the data, the data can be displayed on the display screen according to a preset rule, so that the synchronous display of the terminal equipment and the data in the network television is realized; if the control instruction is of an instruction type, the network television can execute corresponding operation according to the control instruction, so that the network television can be controlled by the terminal equipment in the forms of voice, characters and the like; and so on.
Through the process, when the terminal equipment is connected with the network television, the data are synchronized, the operation of a user is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of an artificial intelligence-based network television control device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 5, the network television control device 50 based on artificial intelligence includes:
the first sending module 51 is configured to send a control instruction input by a user to the network television after establishing a connection with the network television;
the first receiving module 52 is configured to receive data returned by the network television according to the control instruction;
and the display module 53 is configured to display the data on a display screen of the terminal device according to a preset rule.
The network television control device based on artificial intelligence provided by the embodiment can be configured in any terminal equipment with an input function, such as a mobile phone, a remote controller, an audio equipment, and the like, and is used for executing the network television control method based on artificial intelligence shown in fig. 1.
Wherein, the control instruction input by the user is a character instruction or a voice instruction.
In a possible implementation form of this embodiment, the control instruction input by the user is a voice instruction;
the first sending module 51 is specifically configured to:
carrying out voice recognition on the voice command, and determining a character command corresponding to the voice command;
and sending the character instruction corresponding to the voice instruction to the network television.
In another possible implementation form of this embodiment, the display module 53 includes:
the first display unit is used for displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the attribute information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs; or,
the second display unit is used for displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the type of the data; or,
and the second display unit is used for displaying the data on the display screen of the terminal equipment according to the size of the display screen of the terminal equipment.
Further, the first display unit is specifically configured to:
determining a display sequence and a display mode of data according to attribute information of a user to which the terminal equipment belongs;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment in a display sequence and a display mode.
The second display unit is specifically configured to:
determining a display position and a display size corresponding to the data according to the type of the data;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the display position and the display size.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the network television control method based on artificial intelligence shown in fig. 1 is also applicable to the network television control device based on artificial intelligence of this embodiment, and is not repeated here.
The network television control device based on artificial intelligence of the embodiment of the invention firstly sends the control instruction input by the user to the network television after establishing connection with the network television, then receives the data returned by the network television according to the control instruction, and finally displays the data on the display screen of the terminal equipment according to the preset rule. Therefore, data corresponding to the control instruction input by the user are synchronized in the terminal equipment and the network television, the operation of the user in the terminal equipment is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of an artificial intelligence-based network television control apparatus according to another embodiment of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 6, the network television control device 60 based on artificial intelligence includes:
the second receiving module 61 is configured to receive a control instruction sent by the terminal device after establishing a connection with the terminal device;
an obtaining module 62, configured to obtain data according to the control instruction;
and a second sending module 63, configured to send the data to the terminal device, so that the terminal device displays the data.
The network television control device based on artificial intelligence provided by the embodiment can be configured in a network television, and is used for executing the network television control method based on artificial intelligence shown in fig. 2. The network television may be an intelligent television with an internet access function, or a television box connected to a conventional television, which is not limited herein.
In a possible implementation form of this embodiment, the second receiving module 61 is specifically configured to:
and receiving a text instruction or a voice instruction sent by the terminal equipment.
Further, the control instruction sent by the receiving terminal device is a voice instruction;
then, the network television control device based on artificial intelligence further includes:
and the determining module 64 is configured to perform voice recognition on the voice instruction and determine a text instruction corresponding to the voice instruction.
It should be noted that the foregoing explanation of the embodiment of the network television control method based on artificial intelligence shown in fig. 2 is also applicable to the network television control device based on artificial intelligence of this embodiment, and is not repeated here.
The network television control device based on artificial intelligence of the embodiment of the invention firstly establishes connection with the terminal equipment, receives the control instruction sent by the terminal equipment, then obtains data according to the control instruction, and finally sends the data to the terminal equipment so as to display the terminal equipment. Therefore, data corresponding to the control instruction input by the user are synchronized in the terminal equipment and the network television, the operation of the user in the terminal equipment is facilitated, and the user experience is improved.
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a terminal device, including:
the network television control system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the network television control method based on artificial intelligence in the embodiment.
The method comprises the following steps:
after establishing connection with a network television, sending a control instruction input by a user to the network television;
receiving data returned by the network television according to the control instruction;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to a preset rule.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a network television, including:
the network television control system comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the program to realize the network television control method based on artificial intelligence in the embodiment.
The method comprises the following steps:
after establishing connection with terminal equipment, receiving a control instruction sent by the terminal equipment;
acquiring data according to the control instruction;
and sending the data to the terminal equipment so as to display the data on the terminal equipment.
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the artificial intelligence based network television control method of the foregoing embodiment.
The method comprises the following steps:
after establishing connection with a network television, sending a control instruction input by a user to the network television;
receiving data returned by the network television according to the control instruction;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to a preset rule.
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides another computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, implements the artificial intelligence based network television control method of the foregoing embodiment.
The method comprises the following steps:
after establishing connection with terminal equipment, receiving a control instruction sent by the terminal equipment;
acquiring data according to the control instruction;
and sending the data to the terminal equipment so as to display the data on the terminal equipment.
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides a computer program product, which when executed by an instruction processor executes an artificial intelligence-based network television control method, the method comprising: after establishing connection with a network television, sending a control instruction input by a user to the network television; receiving data returned by the network television according to the control instruction; and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to a preset rule.
To achieve the above object, the present invention further provides another computer program product, which when executed by an instruction processor performs an artificial intelligence-based network television control method, the method comprising: after establishing connection with terminal equipment, receiving a control instruction sent by the terminal equipment; acquiring data according to the control instruction; and sending the data to the terminal equipment so as to display the data on the terminal equipment.

In addition, functional units in the embodiments of the present invention may be integrated into one processing module, or each unit may exist alone physically, or two or more units are integrated into one module. The integrated module can be realized in a hardware mode, and can also be realized in a software functional module mode. The integrated module, if implemented in the form of a software functional module and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may also be stored in a computer readable storage medium.
The storage medium mentioned above may be a read-only memory, a magnetic or optical disk, etc. Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described above, it is understood that the above embodiments are exemplary and should not be construed as limiting the present invention, and that variations, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made to the above embodiments by those of ordinary skill in the art within the scope of the present invention.

Claims (22)

1. An Internet protocol television control method based on artificial intelligence is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after establishing connection with a network television, sending a control instruction input by a user to the network television;
receiving data returned by the network television according to the control instruction;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to a preset rule.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the user-entered control command is a text command or a voice command.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the user-entered control command is a voice command;
the sending of the control instruction input by the user to the network television comprises:
carrying out voice recognition on the voice instruction, and determining a character instruction corresponding to the voice instruction;
and sending the character instruction corresponding to the voice instruction to the network television.
4. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, wherein the displaying the data on the display screen of the terminal device according to the preset rule comprises:
displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the attribute information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs; or,
displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the type of the data; or,
and displaying the data on the display screen of the terminal equipment according to the size of the display screen of the terminal equipment.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the displaying the data on the display screen of the terminal device according to the attribute information of the user to which the terminal device belongs comprises:
determining the display sequence and the display mode of the data according to the attribute information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment in the display sequence and display mode.
6. The method of claim 4, wherein the displaying the data on the display screen of the terminal device according to the type of the data comprises:
determining a display position and a display size corresponding to the data according to the type of the data;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the display position and the display size.
7. An Internet protocol television control method based on artificial intelligence is characterized by comprising the following steps:
after establishing connection with terminal equipment, receiving a control instruction sent by the terminal equipment;
acquiring data according to the control instruction;
and sending the data to the terminal equipment so as to display the data on the terminal equipment.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein the receiving the control command sent by the terminal device comprises:
and receiving a text instruction or a voice instruction sent by the terminal equipment.
9. The method of claim 8, wherein the control command sent by the receiving terminal device is a voice command;
before acquiring data according to the control instruction, the method further comprises:
and carrying out voice recognition on the voice command, and determining a character command corresponding to the voice command.
10. An internet protocol television control device based on artificial intelligence is characterized by comprising:
the first sending module is used for sending a control instruction input by a user to the network television after the connection with the network television is established;
the first receiving module is used for receiving data returned by the network television according to the control instruction;
and the display module is used for displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to a preset rule.
11. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the user-entered control command is a text command or a voice command.
12. The apparatus of claim 10, wherein the user-entered control command is a voice command;
the first sending module is specifically configured to:
carrying out voice recognition on the voice instruction, and determining a character instruction corresponding to the voice instruction;
and sending the character instruction corresponding to the voice instruction to the network television.
13. The apparatus of any of claims 10-12, wherein the display module comprises:
the first display unit is used for displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the attribute information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs; or,
the second display unit is used for displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the type of the data; or,
and the second display unit is used for displaying the data on the display screen of the terminal equipment according to the size of the display screen of the terminal equipment.
14. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the first display unit is specifically configured to:
determining the display sequence and the display mode of the data according to the attribute information of the user to which the terminal equipment belongs;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment in the display sequence and display mode.
15. The apparatus of claim 13, wherein the second display unit is specifically configured to:
determining a display position and a display size corresponding to the data according to the type of the data;
and displaying the data on a display screen of the terminal equipment according to the display position and the display size.
16. An internet protocol television control device based on artificial intelligence is characterized by comprising:
the second receiving module is used for receiving the control instruction sent by the terminal equipment after the connection with the terminal equipment is established;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring data according to the control instruction;
and the second sending module is used for sending the data to the terminal equipment so as to display the data on the terminal equipment.
17. The apparatus of claim 16, wherein the second receiving module is specifically configured to:
and receiving a text instruction or a voice instruction sent by the terminal equipment.
18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the control command sent by the receiving terminal device is a voice command;

21. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing the artificial intelligence based network television control method according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
22. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when being executed by a processor, implementing the artificial intelligence based network television control method according to any one of claims 7 to 9.
