In the above method, the parameters of the transparent cover plate 1 during the hot bending molding, for example, the pressure applied to the transparent cover plate 1, the heating temperature, etc., can be referred to the parameters of the glass during the hot bending molding in the prior art.

The arc-shaped transparent cover plate 1 is integrally bent to form an arc surface, and meanwhile, the arc-shaped transparent cover plate 1 is also preferably rectangular in overall shape, namely, the arc-shaped glass cover plate is formed by bending a rectangular flat plate and is of a curved surface rectangular structure, when at least one edge of the arc-shaped glass cover plate is positioned in the vertical direction, the arc-shaped glass cover plate is irradiated with horizontal light, and the projection shape of the arc-shaped glass cover plate on the vertical surface is rectangular. In this embodiment, as in the case of the flat glass cover plate described above, it is preferable that both the left side edge and the right side edge of the curved glass cover plate are the first edge 101.
In this embodiment, preferably, the support member has a first side wall 301 that cooperates with the first edge 101, the surface of the first side wall 301 that cooperates with the first edge 101 is provided with a fitting groove 7, and the first edge 101 that protrudes into the fitting groove 7 mates with the fitting groove 7, as shown in fig. 6. Since the first edge 101 is a curved edge formed by bending, for better assembly with the curved edge, an assembly groove 7 is provided on the horizontal surface of the top of the first sidewall 301, so that the first edge 101 can extend into the assembly groove 7, and assembly accuracy of the transparent cover plate 1 and the supporting member is improved.
As shown in fig. 6, the fitting groove 7 has an outer side edge 8 provided near the outer surface of the housing 3, the height of the outer side edge 8 is not greater than the height of the cross section of the first edge 101, and a gap is provided between the cross section of the first edge 101 and the wall surface of the fitting groove 7. In this embodiment, when the first edge 101 extends into the assembly groove 7, if the outer edge 8 of the assembly groove 7 protrudes beyond the height of the cross section of the first edge 101, the effect that the edge of the transparent cover plate 1 is wrapped will be formed in the view angle facing the display surface, so that the display effect of the overall screen in the left-right direction of the display component is affected, so that in order to avoid this, the visual effect of the overall screen in the left-right direction of the display component is further improved, preferably, the height of the outer edge 8 is not greater than the height of the cross section of the first edge 101, and more preferably, the height of the outer edge 8 is flush with the highest point of the cross section of the first edge 101, so that the joint portion of the transparent cover plate 1 and the supporting component is smoothly connected, and the appearance of the display component is prevented from being affected due to the exposed cross section of the transparent cover plate 1. The gap is formed between the section of the first edge 101 and the wall surface of the assembly groove 7, so that a buffer space is reserved for the section and the wall surface of the assembly groove, rigid collision between the section and the wall surface when the section and the wall surface bear impact force is avoided, and the safety of the transparent cover plate 1 is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the first side wall 301 has a first protruding portion 302 located outside the coverage area of the transparent cover plate 1, the top end of the first protruding portion 302 is provided with a chamfer 9, the inclined plane forming the chamfer 9 is a tangential plane of the first edge 101, and the dimension of the chamfer 9 is 0.3mm to 0.5mm. Here, since an extension line of a straight line in the inclined plane can be tangent to an arc surface (the arc surface can be regarded as a surface where a partial arc of one circle is located) formed by the first edge 101, the inclined plane is referred to as a tangent plane of the first edge 101. The first side wall 301 is provided with a first protruding portion 302, and the first protruding portion 302 protrudes in the horizontal direction beyond the area covered by the transparent cover plate 1, that is, the first protruding portion 302 surrounds the periphery of the transparent cover plate 1, so that when the display component is subjected to a lateral impact force due to dropping and collision, the first protruding portion 302 can bear the impact force, and damage to the transparent cover plate 1 and the display screen 2 can be avoided. Simultaneously, make the inclined plane be the tangent plane of first edge 101, can make the connection that support component and transparent apron 1 are smoother, not only improved the visual effect of comprehensive screen, also improved the appearance aesthetic measure of display component moreover. Further, the horizontal dimension of the cut-out portion of the first projection 302 due to the chamfer 9 is preferably 0.3mm to 0.5mm to ensure that the chamfer 9 formed is more compatible with the first edge 101.
Based on the display component, the embodiment also provides an electronic device, which includes the display component and an electronic circuit, wherein the display component is the display component, the supporting component forms a housing 3 of the electronic device, and the electronic circuit is disposed in the housing 3. The electronic device with the structure is provided with only one body, namely a body formed by the display component and the electronic circuit, and particularly the electronic device can be a tablet personal computer, a tablet mobile phone and the like.
Based on the display part described above, the present embodiment also provides an electronic apparatus of another structure, which includes the first body 11 and the second body 12 that are capable of relative movement, the first body 11 includes the display part described above, the supporting part forms the housing 3 of the first body 11, the housing 3 has the second side wall 303 connected to the top edge of the display screen 2, the second side wall 303 has the second protruding portion 304 protruding from the top surface of the transparent cover plate 1 (this second side wall 303 and the second protruding portion 304 are the same as the side wall covering the top edges of the display screen 2 and the transparent cover plate 1 and the protruding portion thereof in embodiment 1), and the second protruding portion 304 enables a gap between the transparent cover plate 1 and the second body 12 in a state where the first body 11 is attached to the second body 12. Specifically, in the state that the first body 11 is attached to the second body 12, the second protrusion 304 on the second side wall 303 abuts against the second body 12, so that a gap is formed between the transparent cover 1 and the second body 12, that is, the transparent cover 1 is suspended relative to the second body 12, and is not in direct contact with the second body 12, when the first body 11 bears pressure, the pressure is transmitted to the second body 12 through the side wall, so that the display screen 2 and the transparent cover 1 are prevented from being crushed due to extrusion. In this embodiment, the second protrusions 304 are preferably distributed over the top of the second side wall 303 to provide sufficient protection for the transparent cover plate 1 and the display screen 2. Of course, the second projection 304 may be provided only on a partial region of the second side wall 303, provided that it can play a protective role. In addition, the electronic device with two bodies can be a notebook computer, a flip phone and the like.
In this embodiment, whether the electronic device is the first structure or the second structure, the electronic device has the following structure:
the left and right edges of the transparent cover plate 1 are both the first edge 101; the upper and lower edges of the transparent cover plate 1 are both second edges 102, the second edges 102 being coplanar with the body of the transparent cover plate 1. Wherein, the main body refers to other parts of the transparent cover plate 1 except the first edge 101, for example, when the transparent cover plate 1 is a flat plate, the main body refers to other flat plate parts except the first edge 101, and when the transparent cover plate 1 is an arc plate, the main body refers to a part positioned on an arc surface formed by the whole transparent cover plate 1. In addition, the main body of the transparent cover plate 1 is also a portion of the transparent cover plate 1 for covering the display area. Of the four edges of the rectangular transparent cover plate 1, the left edge and the right edge are preferably the first edge 101, and the two edges are respectively and correspondingly arranged with the left edge and the right edge of the display screen 2, so that the display areas of the left edge and the right edge of the display screen 2 are expanded, the display length of the display screen 2 in the horizontal direction is increased, and the screen occupation ratio is higher. While the upper and lower side edges are provided as planar edges coplanar with the main body portion of the transparent cover plate 1, enabling a better fit with the support members.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 8 to 14, the present embodiment provides a display part mainly including a display screen 2 and a transparent cover plate 1, the transparent cover plate 1 is covered on the display screen 2, the transparent cover plate 1 includes a first portion 105 and a second portion 106, the first portion 105 covers a display area of the display screen 2, a projection shape of the first portion 105 in a reference plane is substantially rectangular, more preferably rectangular, and the second portion 106 extends outward from the first portion 105 to form a protruding portion.
The display part with the structure is characterized in that the transparent cover plate 1 is provided with the first part 105 which is specially matched with the display area of the display screen 2, namely, the area of the display screen 2 covered by the first part 105 is the display area of the display screen 2, and the projection shape of the first part 105 in the reference plane is approximately rectangular, so that the display area matched with the first part 105 in the shape is also rectangular, the display area is larger and more complete, no display blind area exists, and the use experience and the appearance aesthetic degree of the display part are improved.
In particular, the second portion 106 may be located at least at a plurality of different locations of the first portion 105, such as at the first portion 105: upper, left, right, upper left or upper right corner. In this embodiment, the second portion 106 is preferably located at the upper middle portion of the first portion 105, as shown in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, the transparent cover plate 1 is a flat glass cover plate, and the reference plane at this time refers to the plane where the transparent cover plate 1 is located; or the transparent cover plate 1 is a curved arc-shaped glass cover plate, and the reference surface at the moment is a plane where four corners of the arc-shaped glass cover plate are located, namely a plane which can form a substantially rectangular projection; alternatively, the transparent cover plate 1 may be a spherical glass cover plate, and the reference surface in this case may be a tangential surface formed by cutting a sphere, and the tangential surface may be a circular plane or a polygonal plane such as a rectangle. In this embodiment, the reference surface is preferably a vertical surface. The projection of the display area of the display screen 2 on the reference plane is rectangular, namely the display area is a regular polygonal area, the projection edges are all straight edges, and no notch-shaped blind area exists in the display area.
Based on the above display part, the present embodiment further provides an electronic device, including: a display section; a housing 3, the housing 3 being for mounting a display component; a sensor 10; wherein the display part includes: a display screen 2; the transparent cover plate 1 covers the display screen 2, and the transparent cover plate 1 includes a first portion 105 and a second portion 106, the first portion 105 covers a display area of the display screen 2, a projection shape of the first portion 105 in a reference plane is substantially rectangular, the second portion 106 extends outward from the first portion 105 to form a protruding portion, and the second portion 106 covers the sensor 10. Since the second portion 106 is preferably disposed at the upper middle of the first portion 105 in this embodiment, the sensor 10 is preferably disposed at the upper middle of the display screen 2, and the sensor 10 is preferably a camera.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the top edge of the display area of the display screen 2 is set to a height smaller than that of the sensor 10, the housing 3 has a top wall 305, the top wall 305 covers the top edge of the transparent cover plate 1, while the top wall 305 also covers the top edge of the display screen 2 and the top edge of the sensor 10, and the top wall 305 forms a stepped structure, as shown in fig. 9 to 14, including: a first mesa 3051; a second mesa 3052; a connection surface 3053 connecting the first mesa 3051 and the second mesa 3052; wherein the first mesa 3051 is a surface of the top wall 305 covering the second portion 106 (i.e., a first coverage area mentioned in the following), the second mesa 3052 is a surface of the top wall 305 covering the first portion 105 (i.e., a second coverage area mentioned in the following), and the second mesa 3052 is disposed obliquely with respect to the first mesa 3051 and intersects the first mesa 3051 such that the connection surface 3053 is a triangular surface, as shown in fig. 9, 10, 13 and 14. In this embodiment, since the second portion 106 of the transparent cover 1 is disposed on the upper side of the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1 in a protruding manner, and the sensor 10 is disposed on the upper side of the display screen 2, the top wall 305 of the housing 3 covering the transparent cover 1, the display screen 2 and the sensor 10 also has a stepped structure corresponding to the structure of the transparent cover 1 and the relative positions of the display screen 2 and the sensor 10, and the stepped structure may be a stepped structure in a general sense, that is, the first table top 3051 and the second table top 3052 are disposed in parallel but different in height, while the connection surface 3053 is vertically connected to the first table top 3051 and the second table top 3052, and when the display surface of the display unit is disposed vertically (for example, when the screen portion of the notebook computer is unfolded to 90 degrees), the first table top 3051 and the second table top 3052 are disposed horizontally, and the connection surface 3053 is disposed vertically. However, in order to improve the external appearance of the display component and the electronic device, in this embodiment, the first mesa 3051 and the second mesa 3052 are preferably disposed in non-parallel, that is, the surface of the top wall 305 covering the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1 is non-parallel to the surface of the top wall 305 covering the second portion 106 of the transparent cover 1, that is, the second mesa 3052 is disposed obliquely with respect to the first mesa 3051 and intersects the first mesa 3051, so that the connection surface 3053 connecting the first mesa 3051 and the second mesa 3052 is a triangular surface surrounded by the first mesa 3051, the second mesa 3052 and the vertical surface.
Further, the top wall 305 of the housing 3 has a first top edge 3054 adjacent to the transparent cover plate 1 and a second top edge 3055 remote from the transparent cover plate 1, wherein: the first top edge 3054 has a first sub-edge 3056 adjacent the first portion 105 and a second sub-edge 3057 adjacent the second portion 106, the second sub-edge 3057 having a height that is approximately the same as the height of the second top edge 3055, the height of the second top edge 3055 being higher than the height of the first sub-edge 3056, as shown in fig. 9-14. That is, when the display surface of the display member is on a vertical plane, the surface of the top wall 305 covering the second portion 106 is a horizontal plane, i.e., the first mesa 3051 is a horizontal plane, and the surface of the top wall 305 covering the first portion 105 is an inclined plane, i.e., the second mesa 3052 is an inclined plane. By the arrangement, the connection surface 3053 of the step structure is a triangular surface, so that the appearance aesthetic degree of the display part and the electronic equipment is improved, and the step structure is more protruded, so that acting force (specific contents are described below) is applied to the electronic equipment when the electronic equipment is turned over more conveniently.
The preferred electronic device of this embodiment includes: a first body 11, the display part, the housing 3, and the sensor 10 are provided at the first body 11; the second body 12 is movably connected with the first body 11 to realize relative movement with respect to each other, and the electronic device with such a structure can be a notebook computer, a flip phone, or the like. And, the second portion 106 and/or the step structure protruding from the top edge of the first body 11 (the top edge of the first body 11 is the top wall 305 covering the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1) forms a force receiving portion for receiving a force to rotate the first body 11 relative to the second body 12. Because the second portion 106 and/or the step structure is located at the middle of the top edge of the first body 11, when the electronic device is in the fitting state, the second portion 106 and/or the step structure not only protrudes the edge of the first body 11, but also protrudes the edge of the second body 12, so that when the electronic device is turned over, that is, when the first body 11 and the second body 12 move relatively, the protruding second portion 106 and/or the step structure is more easily grasped by a user to conveniently apply a force to the electronic device, so that the second portion 106 and/or the step structure becomes a stress part for turning over the first body 11 relative to the second body 12, and the user can conveniently turn over and spread the electronic device.
In addition, the electronic device may further include only one body, and the display component, the housing 3, and the sensor 10 are all disposed on the body, and the electronic device with this structure may be a tablet computer, a tablet phone, or the like. When the electronic device has only one body, the electronic circuit is disposed in the body, and when the electronic device has the first body 11 and the second body 12, the electronic circuits are disposed in the first body 11 and the second body 12, and the electronic circuits disposed in the two bodies cooperate.
In this embodiment, the top wall 305 includes a first coverage area for covering the second portion 106 and a second coverage area for covering the first portion 105, the second coverage area being on the same side as the top wall 305 of the second body 12, as shown in fig. 9-14. That is, in a preferred structure, the first body 11 is made to cover the top wall 305 (i.e. the second coverage area) of the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1, and is coplanar with the top wall 305 of the second body 12, so as to enhance the external appearance of the electronic device. Specifically, the surface where the top wall 305 of the first body 11 and the top wall 305 of the second body 12 are located may be a plane or a curved surface.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the top wall 305 includes a first coverage area for covering the second portion 106 and a second coverage area for covering the first portion 105, the second coverage area being located on two different sides with an included angle between the two sides with respect to the top wall 305 of the second body 12. That is, in another preferred structure, the second coverage area of the first body 11 is not coplanar with the top wall 305 of the second body 12, and as such, the surface on which the second coverage area and the top wall 305 of the second body 12 are located may be a plane or a curved surface. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the surface of the first body 11 where the top wall 305 of the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1 is covered and the surface of the top wall 305 of the second body 12 are both planes, and the two planes intersect at the joint portion of the first body 11 and the second body 12, as shown in fig. 10.
On the premise that the second coverage area is coplanar with the top wall 305 of the second body 12, the matching manner of the second coverage area and the first coverage area may also be selected in various manners, for example, the first coverage area, the top wall 305 of the second body 12, and the second coverage area are all perpendicular to the reference plane (i.e. the vertical plane) when the first body 11 is unfolded to 90 degrees relative to the second body 12, and when the first body 11 and the second body 12 are in the fitting state of 0 degrees, the first coverage area, the top wall 305 of the second body 12, and the second coverage area are in the vertical state, as shown in fig. 11 and 12; alternatively, when the first body 11 is unfolded to 90 degrees relative to the second body 12, the second coverage area is perpendicular to the reference plane, the first coverage area and the top wall 305 of the second body 12 are located on the same plane, and an included angle is formed between the plane and the reference plane, as shown in fig. 13 and 14 (the structure of the first coverage area, the top wall 305 of the second body 12, and the second coverage area is shown when the first body 11 and the second body 12 are in the attached state of 0 degrees). Both of these two arrangements can meet the operation requirements and the aesthetic requirements of the display part and the electronic device, so they are also preferred arrangements of the present embodiment.
In the present description, the structures of the parts are described in a progressive manner, and the structure of each part is mainly described as a difference from the existing structure, and the whole and part structures of the transparent cover plate, the display part, and the electronic device can be obtained by combining the structures of the parts.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present application. Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Thus, the present application is not intended to be limited to the embodiments shown herein but is to be accorded the widest scope consistent with the principles and novel features disclosed herein.

Claims (10)

1. A display component for an electronic device, the electronic device comprising a first body and a second body that are relatively movable, the display component comprising:
a display screen;
a support member for mounting the display screen;
the transparent cover plate covers the display screen, part of the edges of the transparent cover plate are first edges, the first edges are cambered surfaces formed by bending the edges of the transparent cover plate to one side of the transparent cover plate, the transparent cover plate is a bent cambered glass cover plate, the left side edges and the right side edges of the cambered glass cover plate are the first edges, and the two first edges are respectively and correspondingly arranged with the left side edges and the right side edges of the display screen;
The supporting component forms a shell of the first body, the shell is provided with a top wall, the top wall forms a step structure, and when the first body is attached to the second body, the step structure protrudes out of the edge of the first body and the edge of the second body.
2. The display component of claim 1, the transparent cover plate being a partially flat glass cover plate having a rectangular portion, the glass cover plate having left and right edges that are both the first edge.
3. The display component of claim 1, the arcuate glass cover plate having a portion with a rectangular projected shape in a vertical plane.
4. The display member according to claim 1, the support member having a first side wall fitted with the first edge, a surface of the first side wall fitted with the first edge being provided with a fitting groove, the first edge projecting into the fitting groove being fitted with the fitting groove.
5. The display member according to claim 4, the fitting groove has an outer side edge provided near the outer surface of the housing, the outer side edge having a height not greater than a height of a cross section of the first edge, and a gap is provided between the cross section of the first edge and a wall surface of the fitting groove.
6. The display component of claim 4, wherein:
the first side wall is provided with a first protruding part positioned outside the coverage area of the transparent cover plate, the top end of the first protruding part is provided with a chamfer, the inclined plane forming the chamfer is a tangent plane of the first edge, and the dimension of the chamfer is 0.3-0.5 mm;
the transparent cover plate is provided with a second edge, the supporting part is provided with a second side wall covering the second edge, and the second side wall protrudes out of the surface of the transparent cover plate, which is far away from the display screen.
7. An electronic device comprising a display part as claimed in any one of claims 1-6 and an electronic circuit, the support part constituting a housing of the electronic device, the electronic circuit being arranged in the housing.
8. The electronic device of claim 7, the left and right edges of the transparent cover plate being both the first edge; the upper side edge and the lower side edge of the transparent cover plate are both second edges, and the second edges are coplanar with the main body of the transparent cover plate.
9. An electronic device comprising a first body and a second body capable of relative movement, the first body comprising the display member of any one of claims 1-6, the support member comprising a housing of the first body, the housing having a second side wall connected to a top edge of the display screen, the second side wall having a second projection protruding from a top surface of the transparent cover plate, the second projection being capable of causing a gap between the transparent cover plate and the second body in a state in which the first body is attached to the second body.
10. The electronic device of claim 9, the left and right edges of the transparent cover plate being both the first edge; the upper side edge and the lower side edge of the transparent cover plate are both second edges, and the second edges are coplanar with the main body of the transparent cover plate.
