In the present embodiment, the material of the transparent cover plate 1 is preferably glass, and since it has high transparency and is easily subjected to hot bending, it is a preferable material, but the transparent cover plate 1 may be made of other materials, for example, a high polymer transparent material. Meanwhile, it is preferable that the glass cover plate has a flat plate-like portion so that the transparent cover plate 1 can be used in cooperation with the flat display panel 2, and since the flat display panel 2 is mostly rectangular in shape, the glass cover plate also has a rectangular portion, and it is preferable that the flat plate-like portion has a rectangular shape, so that the flat plate-like portion is a rectangular portion. More preferably, make the whole shape of transparent cover 1 be the rectangle, when transparent cover 1 is the flat board, it is plane rectangle structure, on this basis, in four edges of rectangle transparent cover 1, preferably left side edge and right side edge are first edge 101, these two edges correspond the setting with the left side edge and the right side edge of display screen 2 respectively, thereby make the display area of the left side edge of display screen 2 and right side edge all obtain the extension, display length of display screen 2 on the horizontal direction has been increased, make the screen account for than higher.
Further, the transparent cover plate 1 may be a curved arc-shaped glass cover plate having a portion whose projection in the vertical plane is rectangular in shape. The arc-shaped transparent cover plate 1 is integrally bent into an arc surface, and meanwhile, the overall shape of the arc-shaped transparent cover plate 1 is preferably rectangular, namely, the arc-shaped glass cover plate is formed by bending a rectangular flat plate and is of a curved surface rectangular structure. In the present embodiment, as in the flat glass cover described above, it is preferable that both the left and right side edges of the arc-shaped glass cover are the first edge 101.
In the preferred embodiment, the supporting member has a first side wall 301 matching with the first edge 101, the surface of the first side wall 301 matching with the first edge 101 is provided with an assembly groove 7, and the first edge 101 extending into the assembly groove 7 matches with the assembly groove 7, as shown in fig. 6. Since the first edge 101 is a curved edge formed by bending, for better assembly with the curved edge, an assembly groove 7 is formed on the horizontal surface of the top of the first sidewall 301, so that the first edge 101 can extend into the assembly groove 7, thereby improving the assembly accuracy of the transparent cover plate 1 and the support member.
As shown in fig. 6, the fitting groove 7 has an outer edge 8 disposed near the outer surface of the housing 3, the height of the outer edge 8 is not greater than the height of the section of the first edge 101, and a gap is provided between the section of the first edge 101 and the wall surface of the fitting groove 7. In this embodiment, when the first edge 101 extends into the assembly recess 7, if the outer edge 8 of the assembly recess 7 protrudes beyond the height of the cross section of the first edge 101, the edge of the transparent cover plate 1 is wrapped in the view angle facing the display surface, so as to affect the display effect of the full screen in the left-right direction of the display component, so as to avoid this situation, the visual effect of the full screen in the left-right direction of the display component is further improved, preferably, the height of the outer edge 8 is not greater than the height of the cross section of the first edge 101, and more preferably, the height of the outer edge 8 is flush with the highest point of the cross section of the first edge 101, so as to smoothly connect the joint between the transparent cover plate 1 and the support component, and avoid the influence on the appearance of the display component due to the exposure of the cross section of the transparent cover plate 1. A gap is formed between the section of the first edge 101 and the wall surface of the assembly groove 7, so that a buffer space is reserved for the first edge and the wall surface, the first edge and the second edge are prevented from generating rigid collision when bearing impact force, and the safety of the transparent cover plate 1 is ensured.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, the first sidewall 301 has a first protrusion 302 located outside the coverage area of the transparent cover plate 1, the top end of the first protrusion 302 is provided with a chamfer 9, the inclined plane forming the chamfer 9 is a tangent plane of the first edge 101, and the size of the chamfer 9 is 0.3mm to 0.5 mm. Since the extension line of the straight line in the inclined plane can be tangent to the arc surface formed by the first edge 101 (the arc surface can be regarded as the surface where the partial arc of a circle is located), the inclined plane is called the tangent plane of the first edge 101. The first side wall 301 is provided with a first protruding portion 302, and the first protruding portion 302 protrudes out of the area covered by the transparent cover plate 1 in the horizontal direction, that is, the first protruding portion 302 surrounds the transparent cover plate 1, so that when the display component is subjected to lateral impact force due to dropping and collision, the first protruding portion 302 can bear the impact force, and the transparent cover plate 1 and the display screen 2 are prevented from being damaged. Meanwhile, the inclined plane is a tangent plane of the first edge 101, so that the supporting component and the transparent cover plate 1 can be connected more smoothly, the visual effect of the whole screen is improved, and the appearance attractiveness of the display component is also improved. In addition, the horizontal dimension of the cut-out portion of the first protruding portion 302 due to the formation of the chamfer 9 is preferably 0.3mm to 0.5mm, so as to ensure that the formed chamfer 9 can be more matched with the first edge 101.
Based on the display component, the present embodiment further provides an electronic device, which includes a display component and an electronic circuit, where the display component is the display component, the supporting component forms a housing 3 of the electronic device, and the electronic circuit is disposed in the housing 3. The electronic device with such a structure has only one body, namely, a body composed of the display part and the electronic circuit, and specifically, the electronic device can be a tablet personal computer, a tablet mobile phone and the like.
Based on the display component, the present embodiment further provides an electronic device with another structure, the electronic device includes a first body 11 and a second body 12 capable of moving relatively, the first body 11 includes the display component, the supporting component constitutes a housing 3 of the first body 11, the housing 3 has a second sidewall 303 connected to the top edge of the display screen 2, the second sidewall 303 has a second protrusion 304 protruding the top surface of the transparent cover 1 (the second sidewall 303 and the second protrusion 304 are the same as the sidewall and the protrusion of the top edge of the display screen 2 and the transparent cover 1 in embodiment 1), and in a state where the first body 11 is attached to the second body 12, the second protrusion 304 can enable a gap to be formed between the transparent cover 1 and the second body 12. Specifically, in a state where the first body 11 is attached to the second body 12, the second protrusion 304 on the second sidewall 303 abuts against the second body 12, so that a gap exists between the transparent cover 1 and the second body 12, that is, the transparent cover 1 is suspended relative to the second body 12 and is not in direct contact with the second body 12, when the first body 11 bears a pressure, the pressure is transmitted to the second body 12 through the sidewall, and the display screen 2 and the transparent cover 1 are prevented from being crushed due to the extrusion. In this embodiment, the second protrusions 304 are preferably distributed on the top end of the entire second sidewall 303 to provide sufficient protection for the transparent cover plate 1 and the display screen 2. Of course, the second protrusion 304 may be only disposed on a partial area of the second sidewall 303, provided that the protection function is achieved. In addition, the electronic device with two bodies can be a notebook computer, a flip phone and the like.
In this embodiment, regardless of whether the electronic device has the first structure or the second structure, the electronic device has the following structure:
the left side edge and the right side edge of the transparent cover plate 1 are both first edges 101; both the upper and lower edges of the transparent cover plate 1 are second edges 102, the second edges 102 being coplanar with the main body of the transparent cover plate 1. The main body refers to the other part of the transparent cover 1 except the first edge 101, for example, when the transparent cover 1 is a flat plate, the main body refers to the other flat plate part except the first edge 101, and when the transparent cover 1 is an arc plate, the main body refers to the part located on the arc surface formed by the whole transparent cover 1. Further, the main body of the transparent cover 1 is also a portion of the transparent cover 1 for covering the display area. Of the four edges of the rectangular transparent cover plate 1, preferably, the left edge and the right edge are the first edges 101, and the two edges are respectively arranged corresponding to the left edge and the right edge of the display screen 2, so that the display areas of the left edge and the right edge of the display screen 2 are both expanded, the display length of the display screen 2 in the horizontal direction is increased, and the display area is higher. Whereas the upper and lower edges are provided as planar edges coplanar with the main part of the transparent cover plate 1, enabling a better fit with the support member.
Example 3:
as shown in fig. 8 to 14, the present embodiment provides a display component, which mainly includes a display screen 2 and a transparent cover plate 1, the transparent cover plate 1 covers the display screen 2, the transparent cover plate 1 includes a first portion 105 and a second portion 106, the first portion 105 covers a display area of the display screen 2, a projection shape of the first portion 105 in a reference plane is a substantially rectangular shape, more preferably a rectangular shape, and the second portion 106 extends outward from the first portion 105 to form a protruding portion.
In the display component with the above structure, the transparent cover plate 1 has the first part 105 specially matched with the display area of the display screen 2, that is, the area of the display screen 2 covered by the first part 105 is the display area of the display screen 2, and the projection shape of the first part 105 in the reference plane is approximately rectangular, so that the display area matched with the first part 105 in the shape is also rectangular, the display area can be larger and more complete, no display blind area exists, and the use experience and the appearance aesthetic degree of the display component are improved.
In particular, the second portion 106 may be located at least at a plurality of different locations of the first portion 105, such as at the first portion 105: upper side, left side, right side, upper left corner or upper right corner. In this embodiment, the second portion 106 is preferably located at the upper middle portion of the first portion 105, as shown in fig. 1.
In this embodiment, the transparent cover plate 1 is a flat glass cover plate, and the reference surface at this time refers to a plane where the transparent cover plate 1 is located; or the transparent cover plate 1 is a curved arc-shaped glass cover plate, and the reference surface is a plane where four corners of the arc-shaped glass cover plate are located, namely a plane capable of forming a substantially rectangular projection; or the transparent cover plate 1 is a spherical glass cover plate, the reference surface at this time is a tangent plane formed by cutting a sphere, and the tangent plane may be a circular plane or a polygonal plane such as a rectangle. In this embodiment, the reference surface is preferably a vertical surface. And the projection of the display area of the display screen 2 on the reference surface is rectangular, that is, the display area is a regular polygonal area, the projection edges are all straight line edges, and no notch-shaped blind area exists in the display area.
Based on the display component, the embodiment further provides an electronic device, including: a display section; a housing 3, the housing 3 being used for mounting a display member; a sensor 10; wherein, the display part includes: a display screen 2; the transparent cover plate 1 covers the display screen 2, the transparent cover plate 1 comprises a first portion 105 and a second portion 106, the first portion 105 covers the display area of the display screen 2, the projection shape of the first portion 105 in the reference plane is approximately rectangular, the second portion 106 extends outwards from the first portion 105 to form a convex portion, and the second portion 106 covers the sensor 10. Since it is preferable in this embodiment that the second portion 106 is provided at the upper middle portion of the first portion 105, the sensor 10 is preferably provided at the upper middle portion of the display screen 2, and the sensor 10 is preferably a camera.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the top edge of the display area of the display screen 2 is set to a height smaller than that of the sensor 10, the housing 3 has a top wall 305, the top wall 305 covers the top edge of the transparent cover plate 1, and the top wall 305 also covers the top edge of the display screen 2 and the top edge of the sensor 10, and the top wall 305 forms a step structure, as shown in fig. 9-14, the step structure includes: a first mesa 3051; a second mesa 3052; a coupling face 3053 coupling the first table-top 3051 and the second table-top 3052; among them, the first mesa 3051 is a top wall 305 covering the surface of the second portion 106 (i.e., the first covering region mentioned in the subsequent description), the second mesa 3052 is a top wall 305 covering the surface of the first portion 105 (i.e., the second covering region mentioned in the subsequent description), and the second mesa 3052 is obliquely disposed with respect to the first mesa 3051 and intersects the first mesa 3051 so that the connecting surface 3053 is a triangular surface, as shown in fig. 9, 10, 13 and 14. In this embodiment, since the second portion 106 of the transparent cover 1 is protrudingly disposed on the upper side of the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1 and the sensor 10 is disposed on the upper side of the display screen 2, the top wall 305 of the housing 3 covering the transparent cover 1, the display screen 2 and the sensor 10 also has a step structure corresponding to the structure of the transparent cover 1 and the relative positions of the display screen 2 and the sensor 10, and the step structure may be a step structure in a general sense, that is, the first mesa 3051 and the second mesa 3052 are disposed in parallel but at different heights, while the connecting surface 3053 vertically connects the first mesa 3051 and the second mesa 3052, and when the display surface of the display part is vertically disposed (for example, when the screen portion of the notebook computer is unfolded to 30590 degrees), the first mesa 1 and the second mesa 3052 are horizontally disposed and the connecting surface 3 is vertically disposed. However, in order to improve the appearance of the display member and the electronic device, it is preferable that the first table top 3051 and the second table top 3052 are not arranged in parallel, that is, the surface of the top wall 305 covering the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1 is not parallel to the surface of the top wall 305 covering the second portion 106 of the transparent cover 1, that is, the second table top 3052 is arranged obliquely to the first table top 3051 and intersects the first table top 3051, so that the coupling surface 3053 coupling the first table top 3051 and the second table top 3052 is a surface of a triangle surrounded by the first table top 3051, the second table top 3052 and the vertical surface.
Further, the top wall 305 of the housing 3 has a first top edge 3054 abutting the transparent cover plate 1 and a second top edge 3055 distant from the transparent cover plate 1, wherein: the first top edge 3054 has a first sub-edge 3056 adjoining the first portion 105 and a second sub-edge 3057 adjoining the second portion 106, the height of the second sub-edge 3057 being approximately the same as the height of the second top edge 3055, the height of the second top edge 3055 being higher than the height of the first sub-edge 3056, as shown in fig. 9-14. That is, when the display surface of the display part is on a vertical plane, the surface covering the top wall 305 of the second part 106 is a horizontal plane, i.e., the first table-top 3051 is a horizontal plane, and the surface covering the top wall 305 of the first part 105 is an inclined plane, i.e., the second table-top 3052 is an inclined plane. The preferred electronic equipment of this embodiment includes: a first body 11, the display part, the housing 3 and the sensor 10 are arranged on the first body 11; the second body 12 is movably connected with the first body 11 to realize relative movement with respect to each other, and the electronic device with such a structure can be a notebook computer, a flip phone, and the like. And, the second portion 106 and/or the step structure protruding from the top edge of the first body 11 (the top edge of the first body 11 is the top wall 305 covering the first portion 105 of the transparent cover plate 1) constitute a force-receiving portion for receiving a force to rotate the first body 11 relative to the second body 12. Since the second portion 106 and/or the step structure are located in the middle of the top edge of the first body 11, when the electronic device is in the fitted state, the second portion 106 and/or the step structure not only protrudes from the edge of the first body 11, but also protrudes from the edge of the second body 12, when the electronic device is turned over, that is, when the first body 11 and the second body 12 move relatively, the protruding second portion 106 and/or the step structure is easier for a user to grasp and apply a force to the electronic device, so that the second portion 106 and/or the step structure becomes a stressed part for turning over the first body 11 relative to the second body 12, so that the user can easily turn over and unfold the electronic device.
In addition, the electronic device may include only one body, and the display component, the housing 3 and the sensor 10 are all disposed on the body, and the electronic device with this structure may be a tablet computer, a tablet phone, or the like. When the electronic device has only one body, the electronic circuit is disposed in the body, and when the electronic device has the first body 11 and the second body 12, the electronic circuit is disposed in both the first body 11 and the second body 12, and the electronic circuits disposed in the two bodies cooperate with each other.
In this embodiment, the top wall 305 includes a first coverage area for covering the second portion 106 and a second coverage area for covering the first portion 105, the second coverage area being located on the same plane as the top wall 305 of the second body 12, as shown in fig. 9-14. That is, in a preferred structure, the first body 11 covers the top wall 305 (i.e. the second covering region) of the first portion 105 of the transparent cover 1, and is coplanar with the top wall 305 of the second body 12, so as to improve the appearance of the electronic device. Specifically, the surface of the partial top wall 305 of the first body 11 and the top wall 305 of the second body 12 may be a plane or a curved surface.
As shown in fig. 9 and 10, the top wall 305 comprises a first covering area for covering the second portion 106 and a second covering area for covering the first portion 105, the second covering area being located on two different faces with an angle therebetween with the top wall 305 of the second body 12. That is, in another preferred structure, the second covering region of the first body 11 is not coplanar with the top wall 305 of the second body 12, and similarly, the plane where the second covering region and the top wall 305 of the second body 12 are located may be a plane or a curved surface. In this embodiment, it is preferable that the surface of the first body 11 covering the top wall 305 of the first portion 105 of the transparent cover plate 1 and the surface of the top wall 305 of the second body 12 are both planes, and the two planes intersect at the joint of the first body 11 and the second body 12, as shown in fig. 10.
On the premise that the second covering region is coplanar with the top wall 305 of the second body 12, there may be various options for the matching manner between the first covering region and the first covering region, for example, when the first body 11 is unfolded to 90 degrees relative to the second body 12, the top wall 305 of the second body 12 and the second covering region are all perpendicular to the reference plane (i.e. vertical plane), and when the first body 11 and the second body 12 are in the fit state of 0 degree, the first covering region, the top wall 305 of the second body 12 and the second covering region are in the vertical state, as shown in fig. 11 and 12; alternatively, when the first body 11 is unfolded to 90 degrees with respect to the second body 12, the second covering region is perpendicular to the reference plane, the first covering region and the top wall 305 of the second body 12 are located on the same plane, and an included angle is formed between the plane and the reference plane, as shown in fig. 13 and 14 (the first covering region, the top wall 305 of the second body 12, and the second covering region are configured when the first body 11 and the second body 12 are in a 0-degree fit state). Both of these two arrangements can satisfy the operation requirements and the aesthetic requirements of the display unit and the electronic device, and therefore, they are also preferred arrangements in this embodiment.
In this specification, the structures of the respective portions are described in a progressive manner, and the structure of each portion is mainly described as a difference from the existing structure, and the whole and partial structures of the transparent cover plate, the display part, and the electronic device can be obtained by combining the structures of the plurality of portions.

Various modifications to these embodiments will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art, and the generic principles defined herein may be applied to other embodiments without departing from the spirit or scope of the application. Claims (6)

1. An electronic device comprising a display screen, a transparent cover and a housing for mounting the display screen, the transparent cover comprising:
the first edge is formed by bending the edge of the transparent cover plate to a first direction, and the first direction is perpendicular to the surface of the transparent cover plate;
the second edge is arranged adjacent to the first edge, and at least the part adjacent to the first edge is provided with a second line segment which is positioned on the surface of the transparent cover plate;
a third edge located between the first edge and the second edge and having an at least partially curved surface curving in the first direction, the third edge smoothly connecting the first edge and the second edge; and the third edge is capable of positioning the transparent cover plate in a mold;
wherein,
the display screen is mounted on a housing, the transparent cover plate covers the display screen, the transparent cover plate comprises a first part and a second part, the second part extends outwards from the first part to form a convex part, the second part covers the sensor, the housing is provided with a top wall, the top wall covers the top edge of the transparent cover plate, meanwhile, the top wall also covers the top edge of the display screen, and the top wall forms a step structure, and the position of the step structure corresponds to the second part; the shell is provided with a first side wall matched with the first edge, the surface of the first side wall matched with the first edge is provided with an assembling groove, and the first edge extending into the assembling groove is matched with the assembling groove; the assembling groove is provided with an outer edge, the height of the outer edge is not larger than that of the section of the first edge, and a gap is formed between the section of the first edge and the wall surface of the assembling groove.
2. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein:
the two edges of the transparent cover plate covering the left side edge and the right side edge of the display screen are both the first edges, and the upper side edge of the transparent cover plate covering the top edge of the display screen is the second edge;
the shell is provided with a side wall covering the top edge, and the side wall protrudes out of the surface of the transparent cover plate far away from the display screen;
the electronic equipment comprises a first body and a second body which can move relatively, the shell, the display screen and the transparent cover plate are arranged on the first body, and a gap can be formed between the transparent cover plate and the second body due to the protruding parts of the side walls when the first body is attached to the second body.
3. The electronic device of claim 1, comprising a body on which the housing, the display screen, and the transparent cover are disposed.
4. The electronic device of claim 1, wherein the transparent cover plate is a flat plate or a curved arc-shaped plate, and when the transparent cover plate is a flat plate, the surface on which the transparent cover plate is located is a plane on which the transparent cover plate is located; when the transparent cover plate is an arc-shaped plate, the surface of the transparent cover plate is the arc surface where the transparent cover plate main body is located.
5. The electronic device according to claim 1, wherein the transparent cover plate is a glass cover plate partially in a flat plate shape, the glass cover plate has a rectangular portion, both left and right edges of the glass cover plate are the first edges, and both ends of the same second edge are respectively connected to the two first edges through the third edge; or,
the transparent cover plate is a bent arc-shaped glass cover plate, the arc-shaped glass cover plate is provided with a rectangular part in the shape of a projection in a vertical plane, the left side edge and the right side edge of the arc-shaped glass cover plate are both the first edges, and the two ends of the second edge are connected with the two first edges respectively through the third edges.
6. The electronic device according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein only an upper end of the upper and lower ends of the first edge is connected to the second edge through the third edge, and the second edge is an upper side edge of the transparent cover plate; the corner formed by connecting the first edge, the second edge and the third edge is a round corner.
