the automatic scale removal component comprises a connecting water pipe in a round table shape, one end of the connecting water pipe is connected with the water feeding pipe A, the other end of the connecting water pipe is connected with the water feeding pipe B, a scale removal control valve is arranged on the water feeding pipe B, the scale removal control valve is connected with a main control system, the impurity removal composite net is arranged inside the connecting water pipe, and the upper end and the lower end of the connecting water pipe are respectively provided with a scale removal liquid inlet pipe and a waste liquid outlet pipe with a valve.
Furthermore, the upper end of the descaling liquid inlet pipe penetrates through the upper end of the pretreatment tank, the descaling liquid inlet pipe extends to the outer side of the pretreatment tank and is connected with a descaling liquid bottle, and a liquid feeding valve is arranged on the descaling liquid inlet pipe and is also connected with the main control system.

Further, in step S200, the descaling treatment on the impurity-removing composite net further includes the following steps:
s201, opening a liquid feeding valve, and feeding descaling liquid in a descaling liquid bottle into a pretreatment box through a descaling liquid inlet pipe;
s202, after the descaling liquid added into the pretreatment tank completely submerges the impurity removal composite net, closing the liquid adding valve and stopping adding the descaling liquid;
s203, opening a valve on the waste material outlet pipe, and discharging the ineffective descaling liquid reacted with the scale on the impurity removal composite net in the step S202 through a waste liquid outlet pipe, namely finishing the descaling operation of the impurity removal composite net.
Further, in the step S201, an alkaline solution is used as the descaling solution.
Further, in the step S200, the descaling treatment for the impurity removing composite net is performed in the process of stopping water supply to the solar water heater.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) according to the invention, through the arrangement of the self-cleaning device, the function of automatically cleaning and descaling the inner wall surface of the self-cleaning water storage tank can be realized, on one hand, the long-term accumulation of scale on the inner wall surface of the self-cleaning water storage tank is avoided, the influence on the service performance of the solar water heater is avoided, and the phenomena of explosion, water leakage and the like of the self-cleaning water storage tank caused by the accumulation of scale on the inner wall surface of the self-cleaning water storage tank; on the other hand, the trouble of manual cleaning in the traditional specialty is saved, and the use cost of the solar water heater is saved;
(2) according to the invention, the water quantity automatic control device is arranged, so that the water level change in the self-cleaning water storage tank can be detected in real time, and automatic water supply or automatic water cut-off operation is carried out according to water level data, so that the normal water use of a user is ensured, meanwhile, the phenomenon of water shortage and dry burning in the self-cleaning water storage tank is effectively avoided, the problems of large waste of water resources caused by negligence of the user and humid environment of a toilet caused by overflowed water are solved, and compared with the traditional solar water heater, the installation of a backflow pipe structure is omitted, so that the overall structure of the solar water heater is simplified;
(3) by arranging the water pretreatment device, the water entering the self-cleaning water storage tank can be purified and descaled from the source, so that the accumulation of scale on the surface of the inner wall of the self-cleaning water storage tank is reduced, and the high-efficiency use value of the solar water heater is ensured; in addition, the water entering the self-cleaning water storage tank is descaled in advance, so that the scale accumulation on the surface of the inner wall of the subsequent water feeding pipe can be reduced, and the efficient use of the water can be ensured.

In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, the invention provides a water pretreatment device for a solar water heater, which can perform pre-purification and descaling treatment on water entering a self-cleaning water storage tank 2 through the arrangement of a water pretreatment device 6, so as to reduce the content of impurities in the water from the source, thereby effectively reducing the deposition of water scale on the inner wall surface of the self-cleaning water storage tank 2, and ensuring the high-efficiency use value of the solar water heater; in addition, by carrying out descaling treatment on the water entering the self-cleaning water storage tank 2, the scale accumulation on the surface of the inner wall of the subsequent water feeding pipe 501 can be reduced, so that the water can be smoothly used.

The upper end that descaling liquid goes into pipe 903 passes pretreatment tank 601 upper end to the outside that extends to pretreatment tank 601 is connected with descaling liquid bottle 905, and descaling liquid goes into to be provided with liquid feeding valve 906 on the pipe 903, liquid feeding valve 906 also is connected with main control system 1, opens liquid feeding valve 906 through main control system 1, can inject new descaling liquid into descaling liquid bottle 905, guarantees the descaling function of descaling liquid in the pretreatment tank 601.

It should be noted that the self-cleaning device 3 works as follows:

In the self-cleaning process, the water supply is stopped, the control valve 306 is opened, and the cleaned dirty water is discharged into the sewage along the sewage discharge pipe 302.
Furthermore, the elastic dirt removing head 304 used in the invention is made of rubber material, and the end surface close to the inner wall of the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is also provided with a plurality of dirt removing bulges, so that the friction force between the elastic dirt removing head 304 and the surface of the inner wall of the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is increased, and a better dirt removing effect is achieved; the dirt removing head is made of rubber materials with certain elasticity, on one hand, the dirt removing head plays a role of buffering, the thickness of scale deposited on the inner wall surface of the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is not necessary, if the dirt removing head does not have elasticity, the dirt removing head needs to be in contact with the inner wall of the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 to well remove the scale, but if the scale is too thick, the dirt removing head is easy to break due to large blocking force during the rotation process of the dirt removing auxiliary shaft 303; on the other hand, the rubber material has the advantages of corrosion resistance and durability, and can well remove the scale layer on the surface of the inner wall of the self-cleaning water storage tank 2.
As a preferred embodiment, the main control system 1 is further connected with a water quantity automatic control device 5 for adjusting the water quantity in the self-cleaning water storage tank 2, the automatic water supply and automatic water cut-off functions of the solar water heater can be realized through the arrangement of the water quantity automatic control device 5, the troubles of manual water supply and water cut-off are omitted, and therefore excessive water supply and water overflow waste caused by user negligence are effectively avoided; moreover, the phenomenon of dry burning caused by water in the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 of the solar water heater being used up can be avoided, and meanwhile, the normal water use of a user can be effectively ensured.
The water quantity automatic control device 5 comprises a water feeding pipe 501, a water delivery pump 502, an automatic control drive circuit 503 and a red and green display unit 504, one end of the water feeding pipe 501 is connected with the self-cleaning water storage tank 2, the other end of the water feeding pipe 501 is connected with a water tap, the water delivery pump 502 is also connected with the water tap, water is fed into the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 through the water feeding pipe 501, and the water delivery pump 502 is arranged to play a role in increasing water pressure, so that water smoothly enters the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 along the water feeding pipe 501; the water quantity of the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is alarmed and displayed through the combined action of the self-control driving circuit 503 and the red-green display unit 504, and meanwhile, the automatic driving circuit 503 is controlled to carry out water feeding operation or water cut-off operation on the solar water heater under the action of the main control system 1 according to the display of the red-green display unit 504.
The automatic control driving circuit 503 comprises a control relay K1 and an electromagnetic valve YV for controlling the opening and closing of the water faucet, the red-green display unit 504 comprises an alarm red light 5041 for indicating a water shortage state and a display green light 5042 for indicating a water sufficiency state, one end of a coil of the control relay K1 is electrically connected with the output end of the main control system 1, the other end of the coil is electrically connected with the display green light 5042, the alarm red light 5041 is also electrically connected with the main control system 1, one end of a normally closed contact of the control relay K1 is electrically connected with the main control system 1, the other end of the normally closed contact of the control relay K1 is electrically connected with the electromagnetic valve YV, if the alarm red light 5041 is bright, the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is in the water shortage state, and; if the display green light 5042 is on, it indicates that the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is in a water-sufficient state (the water-sufficient state here does not necessarily mean that the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is full of water, but only indicates that the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 has a water volume capable of meeting a certain use requirement, and does not need to be supplied immediately).
It is further explained that the operation principle of the self-control driving circuit 503 is as follows:
according to the data of the water level monitoring module 4 for monitoring the water level in the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 in real time, the main control system 1 compares with a preset initial water level value to judge the water level state (water shortage state or water sufficiency state), and then determines whether to electrify an alarm red light 5041 or display a green light 5042, if the data detected by the water level monitoring module 4 indicate that the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is in the water shortage state, at the moment, the alarm red light 5041 is lightened, and meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve YV is opened to start water feeding; and if the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is in a sufficient water state according to the data detected by the water level monitoring module 4, at the moment, the main control system 1 supplies power to the display green lamp 5042 to light the display green lamp, and meanwhile, the electromagnetic valve YV is disconnected to stop water feeding.
It should be noted that the initial value of the water amount in the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 may be input by the user on the manual operation screen.
It is supplementary to explain that, this self-cleaning storage water tank 2's inside still is provided with water level monitoring module 4, and water level monitoring module 4 includes level sensor 8, level sensor 8 adopts the switch control method, utilizes the switch to put through and break off the different resistance values that produce of the series connection of resistance that causes and transmit the water level signal, and the output of level sensor 8 and main control system 1 electric connection judge the water level through main control system 1.
Further, the water level sensor 8 includes four resistors R1, R2, R3, R4 connected in series and four switches K2, K3, K4, K5, as shown in fig. 5, wherein the switch K2 is connected in parallel to two ends of the resistor R1, the switch K3 is connected in parallel to two ends of the resistors R1, R2 connected in series, the switch K4 is connected in parallel to two ends of the resistors R1, R2, R3 connected in series, and the switch K5 is connected in parallel to two ends of the resistors R1, R2, R3, R4 connected in series.
The principle of the main control system 1 measuring the water level by the water level sensor 8 is as follows:
setting a range of water quantity in the self-cleaning water storage tank [ V1, V2] according to the volume V of the self-cleaning water storage tank of the solar water heater, wherein V1 and V2 are both smaller than V, and V1 is smaller than V2, so that the control of automatic water supply or automatic water cut-off of the self-cleaning water storage tank is realized;
dividing the water level into 4 levels, when the water level is below 1 grid (the water level is less than V1), all switches are in an on state, the resistance value output by the two ends of the water level sensor 8 is R1+ R2+ R3+ R4, the resistance value is very large, the main control system 1 displays that the water level is below 1 grid, at the moment, the alarm red light 5041 is on, the main control system 1 drives the electromagnetic valve YV to be opened, and the water feeding operation is controlled;
when the water level reaches 1 lattice (V1), the switch K1 is turned on due to the conductive action of water, the resistor R1 is short-circuited, the resistance values at the two ends of the water level sensor 8 are R2+ R3+ R4, and the main control system 1 displays that the water level is 1 lattice; when the water level reaches 2 grids (intervals [ V1, V2]), the switch K2 is conducted, the resistor R2 is in short circuit, the resistance values of the two ends of the water level sensor 8 are R3+ R4, and the main control system 1 displays that the water level is between the intervals [ V1, V2 ]; when the water level reaches 3 grids (V2), the switch K3 is conducted, the resistor R3 is in short circuit, the resistance value of the two ends of the water level sensor 8 is R4, the main control displays that the water level is 3 grids, at the moment, the display green light 5042 is on, and the main control system 1 controls the water cut-off operation;
it should be noted that, the water level interval is set in [ V1, V2], and V1 and V2 are both smaller than V, which is to avoid that the temperature of water in the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is too high, and the water level is full, so that the water can not be supplied and cooled, and then when the temperature of water in the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 is too high, the water temperature is reduced by continuously adding water into the self-cleaning water storage tank 2, at this time, when the water level reaches 4 grids (V), the switch K4 is turned on, the resistor R4 is short-circuited, the resistance value at the two ends of the water level sensor 8 is close to 0, the main control system 1 displays that the water level is full, and controls to close the electromagnetic valve y.
Further, main control system 1 is connected with electric heat accuse temperature subassembly 7 of installing in automatically cleaning storage water tank 2, electric heat accuse temperature subassembly 7 includes that temperature sensor 701 and spiral wind the electric heating pipe 702 of establishing, through temperature sensor 701's setting, can detect out the temperature of the inside water of automatically cleaning storage water tank 2 in real time, is convenient for according to its temperature data, judges whether need start electric heating pipe 702 work to provide comfortable water condition for the user.
It is explained that the electric heating pipe 702 is spirally wound on the outer side of the decontamination main shaft 301 and is located between two adjacent decontamination auxiliary shafts 303, which effectively avoids the damage to the electric heating pipe 702 caused by the rotation of the decontamination auxiliary shafts 303 and ensures the uniformity of the electric heating pipe 702 when electrically heating the water in the self-cleaning water storage tank 2.
The invention also provides a pretreatment method of the water of the solar water heater, which comprises the following steps:
s100, purifying and decontaminating water entering a self-cleaning water storage tank by using a decontaminating composite net;
and S200, descaling the impurity removal composite net.
Further, in step S200, the descaling treatment of the impurity removal composite net further includes the following steps:
s201, opening a liquid feeding valve, and feeding descaling liquid in a descaling liquid bottle into a pretreatment box through a descaling liquid inlet pipe;
s202, after the descaling liquid added into the pretreatment tank completely submerges the impurity removal composite net, closing the liquid adding valve and stopping adding the descaling liquid;
s203, opening a valve on the waste material outlet pipe, and discharging the ineffective descaling liquid reacted with the scale on the impurity removal composite net in the step S202 through a waste liquid outlet pipe, namely finishing the descaling operation of the impurity removal composite net.
It should be added that, in the descaling solution of the present invention, the main components of the scale are calcium sulfate and magnesium sulfate, which are acidic, and the scale can contact with the scale through the alkali solution, so as to react with the scale, clean the scale on the cleaning composite net 602, ensure the efficient purification and scale removal effects of the cleaning composite net 602, and discharge the waste liquid generated after cleaning through the waste liquid outlet pipe 904.
It is further explained that, in step S200, the descaling treatment of the impurity removal composite net is performed during the process of stopping water supply of the solar water heater, so as to prevent the descaling liquid from entering the self-cleaning water storage tank 2 along with the water supply pipe B11 during the water supply process, and causing corrosion damage to the skin when the water is used by the subsequent user.
In addition, after the composite impurity-removing net is subjected to descaling treatment, the composite impurity-removing net needs to be subjected to water cleaning operation for multiple times, so that residual descaling liquid in the connecting water pipe 901 is cleaned, and the damage to a user caused by the residual descaling liquid in water in the subsequent water using process is avoided.
