The descaling effect is as follows: under normal conditions (namely, the concentration and the temperature of the acid solution meet the conditions), the descaling water circulating system combined by the heat collecting pipes can completely remove water scales on the inner wall of the heat collecting pipe after the descaling water circulating system operates for two hours; whether the descaling work is finished or not is judged generally through the visual inspection effect of the last heat collecting pipe, if a small amount of scale still exists in the last heat collecting pipe, the guide cap of the middle heat collecting pipe can be continuously detached to observe the descaling effect, if the effect does not reach the effect of continuously finding forward, the effect of finding backward is reached, several heat collecting pipes which do not reach the descaling effect are reconnected, food-grade environment-friendly solvent citric acid particles are added again according to the operation of the second step to continue the descaling work, of course, the fewer heat collecting pipes needing descaling are, the faster the temperature of the acid solution in the solution barrel of the descaling system is increased, and the less time is spent;
7. and (3) completing descaling: the heat collecting pipes which finish the descaling task are cleaned one by clean water and are installed back to the heat collecting pipe component bracket, the pipeline of the water storage barrel of the water heater main machine is reconnected, the power supply is plugged into the solar water heater after the installation is finished, and the solar water heater can be normally used by supplying water again according to the newly installed use operation.
8. Health and environmental protection: because the solvent adopted by the method is food-grade environment-friendly solvent citric acid particles, after descaling is finished, the waste liquid can be directly discharged into a municipal drainage system, no pollution is caused to the environment, and the descaling heat-collecting pipe can be installed on the heat-collecting pipe assembly bracket again after being washed by clean water for one time, so that no harm to human bodies caused by residual dissolving liquid is worried.

Claims (10)

1. A method for descaling a wall-mounted double-opening solar heat collecting pipe is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation work: the power plug of the solar water heater is pulled off from the power socket, the water inlet valve and the water outlet valve below the water storage barrel of the water heater are closed, the loose joint between the heat collecting pipe assembly of the balcony or the outdoor wall and the water storage barrel is disassembled, the wall hanging assembly is connected and separated with the host, and the sewage discharge hole is opened to discharge the water stored in the pipe fitting; during the period of water drainage, placing a heat collecting pipe rack special for descaling in a hall for later use;
(2) connecting: after water is put, the heat collecting pipe assembly is detached from a fixed position and is carefully decomposed, scale fragments in a loose state in the heat collecting pipe are poured out, then the heat collecting pipe is carefully placed on a special matched foamed plastic pipe placing frame, and a flow guide cap component for descaling the heat collecting pipe of the solar water heater, which is slightly larger than the outer diameter of the heat collecting pipe, is arranged on the heat collecting pipe: the cap body, the bottom cover and the water seal are taken out from the accessory box, the silicone tube at the water outlet at the top of the cap body is firstly folded and sealed by a nylon cable tie, the screw thread opening of the bottom cover is firstly sleeved upwards into the excircle of the head part of the heat-collecting tube when the cap body is assembled, then the rubber water seal groove is sleeved upwards above the bottom cover, the cap body is sleeved on the pipe opening of the heat-collecting tube, the water seal is lightly pressed into the groove at the lower part of the cap body, finally the bottom cover is tightly screwed to the screw thread position below the cap body, after the two ends of the heat-collecting tube needing descaling are sleeved with the diversion caps one by one, the heat-collecting tube is connected with each heat-collecting tube end to end by using the matched heat-resistant silicone tube, the water inlet of any diversion cap of the first heat-collecting tube is connected with the water outlet of the descaling machine by using the heat-resistant silicone tube, the water inlet of the diversion cap at the other end is connected with the water inlet of the diversion cap, the heat collecting pipes which are completely placed on the pipe placing frame are connected by analogy, and the last flow guide cap connector is connected with the water return pipe of the descaling system to form a semi-closed water circulation system;
(3) heating circulating water: adding sufficient clear water into a solution barrel, starting a power supply main switch, starting a water pump, continuously adding the clear water into the solution barrel before filling water into each heat collecting pipe, stopping adding the clear water and starting an electric heating switch until a reflux port of the solution barrel continuously reflows water and the solution barrel keeps a stable two-thirds water level, so that the whole water circulating system is in a continuous circulating and continuous heating state, adjusting a heating temperature control knob to 85-90 ℃, and adding a descaling agent required for descaling when the water temperature is heated to about 50 ℃;
(4) estimate total water volume, add appropriate amount of citric acid solvent to remove scale: the descaling of the inner container of the heat collecting pipe is carried out, and besides the connection of the circulating water system, the other key point is the concentration ratio of the acid solvent: adding 40-60 g of scale remover into each liter of water;
(5) after heating to 70 ℃ from normal temperature, dissolving water scale, wherein the dissolving speed is fastest when the dissolving speed reaches 90 ℃, the time needs one hour, after one hour of continuous dissolving and descaling, a heating power switch can be closed firstly, water in a water circulation system is enabled to slowly reduce the water temperature in a descaling circulation, after half an hour, a citric acid solution in a solution barrel is discharged out of a part of solution through an exhaust system of a descaling system, meanwhile, cold water is added to reduce the water temperature to be below 40 ℃, a water pump is stopped to operate, guide caps of a first heat collecting pipe and a last heat collecting pipe are respectively detached to visually observe the descaling effect, if a solar water heater with the service life of more than 10 years is used, the electric heating time needs to be properly increased, and the total descaling time lasts for about 3 hours;
(6) the descaling effect is as follows: under normal conditions, the concentration and the temperature of the acid solution meet the conditions from the step (3) to the step (5), and the descaling water circulation system combined by a plurality of heat-collecting pipes can completely remove water scales on the inner wall of the heat-collecting pipe after running for two hours; judging whether the descaling work is finished or not by the visual inspection effect of the last heat collecting pipe, if the last heat collecting pipe still has a small amount of scale, continuously detaching the flow guide cap of the middle heat collecting pipe to observe the descaling effect, and if the effect does not reach the effect of continuously finding forward, finding backward, reconnecting the plurality of heat collecting pipes which do not reach the descaling effect, adding the descaling agent again according to the step (3) to continue the descaling work, of course, the fewer heat collecting pipes needing descaling are, the faster the temperature of the acid solution in the descaling machine solution barrel is raised, and the less time is spent;
(7) and (3) completing descaling: the heat collecting pipes which finish the descaling task are cleaned one by clean water and are installed back to the heat collecting pipe component bracket, the pipeline of the water storage barrel of the water heater main machine is reconnected, the power supply is plugged into the solar water heater after the installation is finished, and the solar water heater can be normally used by supplying water again according to the newly installed use operation.
