Claims (10)

1. A cleaning type solar water heater with a pressurizing function comprises a water tank (1), a water pipe (8) and at least two heat collecting pipes (4), wherein one end of the water pipe (8) is communicated with one end of the water tank (1), the water tank (1) is cylindrical, the axes of the heat collecting pipes (4) are perpendicular to and intersected with the axis of the water tank (1), one end of each heat collecting pipe (4) is communicated with the water tank (1), the cleaning type solar water heater is characterized by further comprising a pressurizing mechanism and a cleaning mechanism, the pressurizing mechanism is arranged on the water tank (1), and the cleaning mechanism is arranged inside the water pipe (8);
the pressurizing mechanism comprises a driving assembly and at least two pressure-controlled assemblies, the driving assembly is arranged at the top of the water tank (1), the number of the pressure-controlled assemblies is equal to that of the heat collecting pipes (4), the pressure-controlled assemblies correspond to the heat collecting pipes (4) one by one, and the pressure-controlled assemblies are arranged inside the heat collecting pipes (4);
the pressure-controlled assembly comprises a sliding rod (3), a piston block (5), a sealing sleeve (18), a connecting wire (17) and a spring (16), the sliding rod (3) and a heat collecting pipe (4) are coaxially arranged, one end of the sliding rod (3) is fixedly connected with the bottom end of the heat collecting pipe (4), the other end of the sliding rod (3) is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the top end of a water tank (1), the piston block (5) is matched with the heat collecting pipe (4), the piston block (5) is arranged in the heat collecting pipe (4), a through hole is formed in the piston block (5), the sliding rod (3) penetrates through the piston block (5), the piston block (5) and the sliding rod (3) and the heat collecting pipe (4) are all slidably and hermetically connected, the spring (16) is sleeved on the sliding rod (3), the bottom end of the heat collecting pipe (4) is fixedly connected with the piston block (5) through the spring (16, the spring (16) is in a stretching state, the sealing sleeve (18) is arranged at the top of the water tank (1), the sealing sleeve (18) is communicated with the outside of the water tank (1), one end of the connecting line (17) is fixedly connected with the piston block (5), the other end of the connecting line (17) penetrates through the sealing sleeve (18), the connecting line (17) is in sliding and sealing connection with the sealing sleeve (18), and the other end of the connecting line (17) is connected with the driving assembly;
the cleaning mechanism comprises a filter screen (6), a cleaning component, a slag discharge pipe (15), a cone hopper (13) and a collecting barrel (14), the filter screen (6) is arranged in the water pipe (8), the filter screen (6) is connected with the water pipe (8) in a sealing manner, the cleaning component is arranged on one side, close to the water tank (1), of the filter screen (6), the cleaning component is connected with the filter screen (6), the slag discharge pipe (15) is perpendicular to the water pipe (8), the slag discharge pipe (15) is arranged on one side, close to the water tank (1), of the filter screen (6), the slag discharge pipe (15) is arranged at the bottom of the water pipe (8), the top end of the slag discharge pipe (15) is communicated with the inside of the water pipe (8), the collecting barrel (14) is coaxially arranged with the slag discharge pipe (15), the bottom end of the slag discharge pipe (15) is arranged in the collecting barrel (14), and the slag discharge pipe (15) is in threaded connection, the bottom of collection cylinder (14) is in encapsulated situation, awl fill (13) and slag pipe (15) coaxial setting, awl fill (13) set up the inside at slag pipe (15), the top of awl fill (13) and the top sealing connection of slag pipe (15), the opening of the bottom of awl fill (13) is less than the opening on the top of awl fill (13).
2. Cleaning type solar water heater with pressurization function according to claim 1 characterized by that, on the water tank (1) is a control box, inside of which is a PLC.

The cleaning type solar water heater with pressurization function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that the driving assembly comprises a motor (22), a first gear (20), a second gear (21), a driving shaft (2) and two mounting bearings (19), the driving shaft (2) is parallel to the axis of the water tank (1), both ends of the driving shaft are respectively connected with both ends of the top of the water tank (1) through the mounting bearings (19), the other end of the connecting wire (17) is wound on the outer circumference of the driving shaft (2), one end of the driving shaft (2) is fixedly connected with the first gear (20), the motor (22) is fixedly connected with the water tank (1), the motor (22) is in transmission connection with the second gear (21), and the first gear (20) is meshed with the second gear (21).

The cleaning type solar water heater with the pressurizing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning assembly comprises a support rod (10), a support bearing (12), a paddle (11), a connecting shaft (9) and a cleaning brush (7), the connecting shaft (9) is coaxially arranged with the water pipe (8), the connecting shaft (9) is fixedly connected with an inner ring of the support bearing (12), an outer ring of the support bearing (12) is fixedly connected with the water pipe (8) through the support rod (10), the paddle (11) is fixedly connected with one end, close to the water tank (1), of the connecting shaft (9), the cleaning brush (7) is fixedly connected with one end, far away from the water tank (1), of the connecting shaft (9), and the cleaning brush (7) abuts against the filter screen (6).
5. Cleaning solar water heater with pressurization function, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the tank (1) is coated with a thermal insulation coating.
6. Cleaning type solar water heater with pressurization function according to claim 1 characterized by that the color of the heat collecting tube (4) is black.
7. Cleaning type solar water heater with pressurization function, according to claim 1, characterized by the fact that the inner wall of the tank (1) is coated with an anti-corrosion coating.
8. Cleaning solar water heater with pressurization function according to claim 3, characterized by the fact that said motor (22) is a servomotor.
9. A cleaning type solar water heater with pressurizing function as claimed in claim 1, characterized in that a pressure stabilizing hole is arranged on one end of the heat collecting pipe (4) far away from the water tank (1).
10. The cleaning type solar water heater with pressurizing function as claimed in claim 1, wherein a limiting block is fixedly connected to the inner wall of one end of the heat collecting pipe (4) close to the water tank (1).
