Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of chemical fiber spinning equipment, and particularly relates to a head lifting device of a spinning machine.
Background
As is known in the art, the fine melt extruded through the spinneret of the spinning pack of the spinning machine is cooled, oiled, plied, etc. in sequence after being formed into fibers, and finally enters the yarn holding tube and is subjected to subsequent processes such as drawing and packing. In the prior art, after short fiber spinning is carried out, a filament suction gun (the filament suction gun is connected with a negative pressure generating device through a pipeline) is usually held by an on-line operator (commonly called a spinning worker), and a filament bundle from a spinning position, namely a channel, is sequentially guided to an oiling roller, a filament guiding roller, a filament cutting guide roller and a filament bundle cutting mechanism, and then is sent into a filament containing barrel through subsequent procedures such as primary stretching. The foregoing process is called lifting. Because the number of single fibers sprayed from a spinneret plate is hundreds to thousands or more, and because the total thread density of the spinning position (commonly called as a spinning position) is high (the thread is thick), and because one spinning machine is provided with a plurality of spinning positions, at least the following two defects exist in the adoption of a manual lifting head: firstly, the labor input is high and the operation intensity of on-line operators is high; secondly, there is a safety hazard because once the filament bundle is wound or rolled by the roll and the roll are careless, accidents are possibly caused.
Technical information related to the lifting of the yarn is found in the published chinese patent literature, typically "a spinning high-speed winder one-step lifting device" as recommended in CN105603552B, which objectively satisfies the technical effects described in paragraph 0013 of the specification, but the above-mentioned drawbacks are also found due to the use of a manual lifting (paragraph 0021 of the specification). In particular, since the patent is directed to the lifting head of the winding machine, there is no technical teaching that can be used for automatic lifting of the melt-spun staple fibers, i.e. for automatic lifting of the spinning machine.
In view of the above-described prior art, there is a need for improvements that the applicant has advantageously devised and developed the solution to be described below.

When the end of the tow 20 is sucked by the suction nozzle 77, the front-rear displacement cylinder 64 of the tow closing-up hopper is operated reversely, and the tow closing-up hopper 63 is retracted from the tow closing-up box 612. In the foregoing process, the carriage 72 is moved in the direction of the automatic tow cutting mechanism 8 by the operation of the carriage automatic travel driving mechanism 73, and during the movement, the tow 20 in the suction state by the suction nozzle 77, i.e., the traction state, is sequentially passed between the oiling roller 41 and the guide roller 411, below the large guide roller 42, below the small guide roller 43, and above the shredding guide roller 44 by the operation of the suction nozzle lifting device 75 until being led to the automatic tow cutting mechanism 8, cut by the automatic tow cutting mechanism 8, and led to the pretensioning mechanism 3 by an on-line operator. It should be noted that: when there is no tow 20 between the tow guide roller 44 and the pretensioning mechanism 3, i.e. in the initial state of start-up, the first tow 20 has to be introduced into the pretensioning mechanism 3 by the on-line operator, after which, because there is already a tow 20 between the tow guide roller 44 and the pretensioning mechanism 3, there is no longer any need to manually introduce the tow 20 drawn by the tow suction nozzle 77 to the tow guide roller 44 into the pretensioning mechanism 3, since the following tow 20 can be brought into the pretensioning mechanism 3 by the preceding tow 20. The broken end generated after the cutting by the automatic thread cutting mechanism 8 enters the waste thread box 74. In fig. 1, the applicant has given a trajectory of the yarn suction nozzle 77 indicated by an arrow, for example, the upward arrow shown indicates that the yarn suction nozzle 77 is moving upward, which means that the aforesaid yarn suction nozzle guide 761 is moving upward; as also illustrated by the right arrow, the suction nozzle 77 is running to the right, which means that the trolley frame 72 is moving to the right; further downward arrow as shown indicates that the suction nozzle 77 is downwardly operated, which means that the suction nozzle guide 761 is downwardly moved. As described above, since the spinning beam 1 has a plurality of spinning positions, and since each spinning position corresponds to one shaft 2 and the tow oiling guide mechanism 4, the trolley frame 72 needs to travel repeatedly as many times as the number of spinning positions. The tow 20 includes hundreds or thousands of fine strips 201 (shown in fig. 4) according to common general knowledge.

When the tow 20 is pulled by the automatic tow suction manipulator 7 to the upper and lower guide pulleys 86, 87 and enters the position corresponding to the tow cutting slot 843, the high-pressure air pipe interface 822 of the cutter bar 82 introduces pressure air, and the pressure air sequentially enters the cutter tube cavity 842 through the cutter bar cavity 823 and the cutter bar connecting seat air inlet hole 831, so that the cutter seat 851 with piston effect is pushed to displace along with the tow cutting blade 85 towards the tow cutting slot 843 under the reaction force of overcoming the spring 8511 until the head of the tow cutting blade 85 is led into the cutter hole 844, the tow 20 is cut by the tow cutting blade 85 at the moment that the cutter seat 851 drives the tow cutting blade 85 to move towards the cutter hole 844, and the broken end of the tow 20 generated after cutting enters the waste silk box 74. When the tow 20 is cut off, the high-pressure air is stopped being supplied to the cutter bar cavity 823 by the high-pressure air inlet connector 822, and at this time, the cutter holder 851 returns under the action of the restoring force of the spring 8511, so as to drive the tow cutting cutter 85 to move forward in a direction away from the cutter hole 844. After all the tows 20 in the spinning position enter the normal pre-stretching state of the pre-stretching mechanism 3 and are led into the yarn containing cylinder 10 through the traction toothed roller 9, the cutter bar actuating cylinder 88 works, the cutter bar actuating cylinder column 881 retracts into the cylinder body, the front end of the cutter bar 82 is driven by the cutter bar actuating cylinder column 881 to incline to the rear side of the machine frame wallboard 5 at the position corresponding to the machine frame wallboard abdicating cavity 53, and the whole automatic yarn cutting mechanism 8 is in a standby state.
In summary, the technical scheme provided by the invention overcomes the defects in the prior art, successfully completes the task of the invention, and faithfully honors the technical effects carried by the applicant in the technical effect column above.
