背景技术
纱窗是安装在窗户上面的一种产品,可以起到防盗、防尘、防昆虫,阻挡阳光等作用,在居家装饰领域得到广泛的应用。金刚网纱窗是防盗纱窗中的一种,指的是纱窗采用金刚网作为纱网的防盗纱窗,是目前市场上流行的纱窗产品。金刚网采用高强度不锈钢丝编织而成,具有强度高、抗撞击等优质性能,采用金刚网加工而成的防盗纱窗,其不仅能起到优良的安全防护效果,而且无阻隔感、遮挡感和压抑感,室内随时保持明亮自然,是高档家居的首选,受到消费者的喜爱,具有非常广阔的市场前景。
金刚网虽然是由不锈钢丝编织而出名,但是不锈钢丝长时间暴露在空气中,有可能因为外界因素导致生锈,从而影响金刚网的使用寿命。为了防止这种情况发生,需要对不锈钢的表面进行喷涂处理,阻止不锈钢丝与外界接触,这样就能起到非常好的防锈作用,使其能够长期抵御各种严峻天气或环境腐蚀因素如酸雨的损害。喷涂处理通常采用聚酯树脂,其与金属基体的化学键合力非常低,在金刚纱网表面的长效附着力很差,长期使用后局部或整体涂层容易出现起鼓、脱落等现象。目前的金刚纱网制作方法主要是先对不锈钢丝网表面进行钝化处理,使金属表面生成一层几微米的钝化膜,其表面粗糙具有多孔性,使涂料等可以渗透到这些孔隙之中,与钝化膜紧密结合,能起到增强防锈以及增强涂层和底材附着力的作用。但是,由于钝化膜本身较薄,所起到的改善附着力效果有限,所得金刚网的长期防腐性能、耐候性较差。因此,有必要对现有的金刚纱网的制作方法作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,该方法能有效改善纱网表面涂膜的防腐性能以及附着性,使得到的金刚纱网具有优良的防腐效果以及长效防腐性能,使用寿命长。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用钢丝织造机对不锈钢丝进行织造,得到不锈钢丝网;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的不锈钢丝网经过除油、清洗,然后浸泡在刻蚀液中于30-60℃刻蚀15-30min,取出后用水清洗干净,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在钝化液中于常温钝化10-15min,取出后用水洗净、烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中于常温改性处理5-10min,取出后于110-120℃保温处理10-15min;
(5)将防锈底漆分4-5次均匀喷涂在步骤(4)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于140-160℃烘烤20-30min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为10-20μm的漆膜;
(6)将涂胶涂料分2-3次均匀喷涂在步骤(5)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于130-140℃烘烤15-25min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为30-50μm的涂膜,得到不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网。
所述刻蚀液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:三氯化铁10-15,盐酸5-10,水1000-1500。
所述钝化液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:柠檬酸10-15,双氧水5-10,氟化钠5-10,硫脲1-2,硝酸铈1-2,水1000-1500。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的浓度为5-10g/L。
所述防锈底漆由下述重量份的原料配制而成:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20-30,甲基丙烯酸酯10-15,异氰酸酯类固化剂0.5-1,纳米二氧化钛0.1-0.2。
所述涂胶涂料由下述重量份的原料配制而成:环氧树脂40-50,聚酯树脂30-40,环氧大豆油2-4,T105固化剂1-2,炭黑1-2,氢氧化镁0.3-0.5,纳米碳酸钙0.2-0.4,降粘剂0.2-0.4,亚甲基二萘硫磺钠0.1-0.2。

(2)本发明采用双层涂层的加工方式,能更好地起到防腐的防护性能,保护金刚纱网不易发生腐蚀,同时具有很好的耐候性,使得到的金刚纱网具有更优良的防腐耐候效果。

实施例1
一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用钢丝织造机对不锈钢丝进行织造,得到不锈钢丝网;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的不锈钢丝网经过除油、清洗,然后浸泡在刻蚀液中于30℃刻蚀15min,取出后用水清洗干净,烘干;

(5)将防锈底漆分4次均匀喷涂在步骤(4)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于140℃烘烤20min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为10μm的漆膜;
(6)将涂胶涂料分2次均匀喷涂在步骤(5)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于130℃烘烤15min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为30μm的涂膜,得到不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网。
所述刻蚀液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:三氯化铁10,盐酸5,水1000。
所述钝化液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:柠檬酸10,双氧水5,氟化钠5,硫脲1,硝酸铈1,水1000。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的浓度为5g/L。
所述防锈底漆由下述重量份的原料配制而成:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20,甲基丙烯酸酯10,异氰酸酯类固化剂0.5,纳米二氧化钛0.1。
所述涂胶涂料由下述重量份的原料配制而成:环氧树脂40,聚酯树脂30,环氧大豆油2,T105固化剂1,炭黑1,氢氧化镁0.3,纳米碳酸钙0.2,降粘剂0.3,亚甲基二萘硫磺钠0.1。
所述的不锈钢丝为304不锈钢丝。
实施例2
一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用钢丝织造机对不锈钢丝进行织造,得到不锈钢丝网;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的不锈钢丝网经过除油、清洗,然后浸泡在刻蚀液中于30℃刻蚀30min,取出后用水清洗干净,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在钝化液中于常温钝化15min,取出后用水洗净、烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中于常温改性处理10min,取出后于120℃保温处理10min;
(5)将防锈底漆分5次均匀喷涂在步骤(4)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于160℃烘烤20-30min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为20μm的漆膜;
(6)将涂胶涂料分3次均匀喷涂在步骤(5)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于140℃烘烤5min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为30μm的涂膜,得到不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网。
所述刻蚀液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:三氯化铁10,盐酸5,水1000。

一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)用钢丝织造机对不锈钢丝进行织造,得到不锈钢丝网;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的不锈钢丝网经过除油、清洗,然后浸泡在刻蚀液中于60℃刻蚀30min,取出后用水清洗干净,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在钝化液中于常温钝化15min,取出后用水洗净、烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中于常温改性处理10min,取出后于120℃保温处理15min;
(5)将防锈底漆分5次均匀喷涂在步骤(4)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于160℃烘烤30min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为20μm的漆膜;
(6)将涂胶涂料分3次均匀喷涂在步骤(5)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于140℃烘烤25min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为50μm的涂膜,得到不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网。
所述刻蚀液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:三氯化铁15,盐酸10,水1500。
所述钝化液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:柠檬酸15,双氧水10,氟化钠10,硫脲2,硝酸铈2,水1500。
所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的浓度为10g/L。
所述防锈底漆由下述重量份的原料配制而成:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20,甲基丙烯酸酯10,异氰酸酯类固化剂0.5,纳米二氧化钛0.1。

对比例1
一种304不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,先用钢丝织造机对不锈钢丝进行织造,得到不锈钢丝网,然后经过常规除油、清洗、钝化,先喷涂防锈底漆,烘烤、冷却,形成厚度为10μm的漆膜,然后喷涂涂胶涂料,烘烤、冷却,形成厚度为30μm的涂膜,得到不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网。
所述防锈底漆由下述重量份的原料配制而成:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20,甲基丙烯酸酯10,异氰酸酯类固化剂0.5,纳米二氧化钛0.1。
所述涂胶涂料由下述重量份的原料配制而成:环氧树脂40,聚酯树脂30,环氧大豆油2,T105固化剂1,炭黑1,氢氧化镁0.3,纳米碳酸钙0.2,降粘剂0.3,亚甲基二萘硫磺钠0.1。
上述制作的样品的耐腐蚀性能测试方法:
将上述制得的样品置于质量浓度为20%的FeCl3溶液中,浸泡温度为30℃,浸泡时间为3h,测试腐蚀率,腐蚀率(%)=(腐蚀前重量-腐蚀后重量)/腐蚀前重量×100%,同时按照GB/T1865-2009测试方法对上述制得的样品进行人工加速耐候性(II)检测。
测试结果如下:
通过上述实施例1-3与对比例的耐盐雾测试、人工加速耐候性(II)检测结果可知,在涂层成分相同的情况下,经过本发明工艺进行处理的不锈钢网,其耐腐蚀性、人工加速耐候性(II)能远高于常规处理的不锈钢网,由此可见本发明的工艺制作的不锈钢丝金刚纱网具有很好耐腐蚀性和耐候性。

Claims (8)

1.一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)用钢丝织造机对不锈钢丝进行织造,得到不锈钢丝网;
(2)将步骤(1)得到的不锈钢丝网经过除油、清洗,然后浸泡在刻蚀液中于30-60℃刻蚀15-30min,取出后用水清洗干净,烘干;
(3)将步骤(2)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在钝化液中于常温钝化10-15min,取出后用水洗净、烘干;
(4)将步骤(3)处理后的不锈钢丝网浸泡在硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液中于常温改性处理5-10min,取出后于110-120℃保温处理10-15min;
(5)将防锈底漆分4-6次均匀喷涂在步骤(4)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于140-160℃烘烤20-30min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为10-20μm的漆膜;
(6)将涂胶涂料分2-3次均匀喷涂在步骤(5)处理后的不锈钢丝网上,然后送入烘烤室中于130-140℃烘烤15-25min,取出后冷却,在不锈钢丝网表面形成厚度为30-50μm的涂膜,得到不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,所述刻蚀液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:三氯化铁10-15,盐酸5-10,水1000-1500。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,所述钝化液由下述重量份的原料配制而成:柠檬酸10-15,双氧水5-10,氟化钠5-10,硫脲1-2,硝酸铈1-2,水1000-1500。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂的乙醇溶液的浓度为5-10g/L。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,所述防锈底漆由下述重量份的原料配制而成:脂肪族聚氨酯丙烯酸酯20-30,甲基丙烯酸酯10-15,异氰酸酯类固化剂0.5-1,纳米二氧化钛0.1-0.2。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于,所述涂胶涂料由下述重量份的原料配制而成:环氧树脂40-50,聚酯树脂30-40,环氧大豆油2-4,T105固化剂1-2,炭黑1-2,氢氧化镁0.3-0.5,纳米碳酸钙0.2-0.4,降粘剂0.2-0.4,亚甲基二萘硫磺钠0.1-0.2。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法,其特征在于:所述的不锈钢丝为304不锈钢丝。
8.权利要求1-7任一项所述的不锈钢丝双涂层金刚纱网的制作方法制作的双涂层金刚纱网。
