Abstract
本发明公开了一种以耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料,浇注料组合物包括以下原料组分:耐火漂珠、水溶胶液;上述原料重量比(耐火漂珠:水溶胶液)=1:0.01‑1:0.5。该浇注料的注入提高了门窗的耐火能力、隔热能力,确保了门窗的隔热性能,同时可以达到无烟无毒、无酸碱产物、无腐蚀效果,对改善和保护环境起到重要作用,制备使用时施工方便,劳动强度低,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,涉及一种轻质耐火材料,尤其是一种适用于门窗的耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料。
背景技术
轻质耐火浇注料是一种耐高温、低体积密度、低导热率的不定形耐火材料。传统方法如可燃物加入法、泡沫法、化学法等生产的耐火材料比重较大、结构不均匀、机械强度低、外形变化大及隔热性能差等缺点。
耐火漂珠是轻质耐火材料的重要组成部分之一,耐火漂珠粒径小、质轻、中空、壁薄坚硬、抗酸抗碱性好、耐高温、导热系数小等显著特点,在耐火材料利于具有独特的发展空间。因而耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料能降低轻质浇注料的体积密度,又由于有一定的活性,故对强度有一定的贡献。同时,能改善轻质浇注料的和易性,满足浇注料的施工性能。因此轻质耐火浇住料中耐火漂珠性能的优劣和其他组分的配比优化对于轻质耐火浇注料整体性能影响较大,最终决定了轻质材料的各项使用性能。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决上述问题,提供了一种耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料,它的注入提高了门窗的耐火能力、隔热能力,确保了门窗的隔热性能,同时可以达到无烟无毒、无酸碱产物、无腐蚀效果,对改善和保护环境起到重要作用。
其采用的技术方案如下:

优选的,耐火漂珠中SiO2的含量为50%~65%,Al2O3的含量为25%~35%,耐火漂珠粒度为60目~80目。
优选的,所述的水溶胶液选自硅酸钠或丙烯酸任意一种或两种任意比例组合。
本发明对于耐火漂珠的种类和来源不进行限定,优选为市售。上述轻质耐火浇注料由上述原料混合而成。

本发明提供了一种以耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料,由于耐火漂珠具有粒径小、质轻、中空、壁薄坚硬、抗酸抗碱性好、耐高温、导热系数小等显著特点,使得该轻质隔热耐火浇注料干燥成型后质量较轻,遇热或遇火烧结后不变形,支撑性良好,可塑性强,隔热性能优越,导热率低,热容量低,体积稳定性好;材料施工中及干燥固化后均保持中性,无明显酸碱变化,应用范围广泛,可以达到无烟无毒、无酸碱产物、无腐蚀效果。
该轻质耐火浇注料主要应用于防火门框、门芯板、窗型材和其他防火领域的填充或浇注,它的注入提高了门窗的耐火能力、隔热能力,制备使用施工时方便,劳动强度低,提高了生产效率。同时,本发明所使用的各种原料均可从市场上购买,降低了生产成本。
该轻质耐火浇注料使用耐火漂珠为原料,原料均无毒,无腐蚀,具有节能环保的特点,对改善和保护环境起到重要作用,对绿色环保轻质耐火材料的技术进步具有推动作用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料,其特征在于,包括以下原料组分:耐火漂珠、水溶胶液。
优选的,包括以下重量配比的原料组分:耐火漂珠:水溶胶液=1:0.01;所述耐火漂珠中SiO2的含量为50%~65%,Al2O3的含量为25%~35%,耐火漂珠粒度为60目~80目;所述水溶胶液优选(硅酸钠:丙烯酸)=(1:1)。

实施例3
一种耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料,其特征在于,包括以下原料组分:耐火漂珠、水溶胶液。
优选的,包括以下重量配比的原料组分:耐火漂珠:水溶胶液=1:0.5;所述耐火漂珠中SiO2的含量为50%~65%,Al2O3的含量为25%~35%,耐火漂珠粒度为60目~80目;所述水溶胶液优选(硅酸钠:丙烯酸)=(1:1)。
上述1~3实施例中所述耐火漂珠由郑州圣莱特空心微珠新材料有限公司供应,上述轻质耐火浇注料由上述原料混合而成。按照1~3实施例分别制备了轻质耐火浇注料,并进行了40mm×40mm×160mm试样的制备,经各温度(110℃×24h、1100℃×3h、1300℃×3h)热处理后,各项理化性能参数测定分别按照下列标准进行:
加热永久线变化按照GB/T5988-2007耐火材料加热永久线变化试验方法测定;体积密度按照YB/T5200-1993致密耐火浇注料显气孔率和体积密度试验方法测定;常温抗折强度按照GB/T3001-2007耐火材料常温抗折强度试验方法测定;常温耐压强度按照GB/T5072-2008耐火材料常温耐压强度试验方法测定;导热系数按照YB/T4130-2005耐火材料导热系数试验方法(水流量平板法)测定;耐火度按照GB/T7322-2007耐火度试验方法测定。
本发明1~3实施例制备的轻质耐火浇注料检测结果表明:线变化率±0.3,线变化率小;各试样的体积密度≤1.25g/cm3,有很好的体积稳定性,随着温度的升高,力学性能稳定,没有发生大的波动;1300℃×3h烧后抗折强度≥5.26MPa;1300℃×3h烧后抗压强度≥26.7MPa;导热系数(500℃)≤0.47W/(m·K);耐火度达1610℃~1690℃。由此可见,该轻质耐火浇注料可满足防火门框、门芯板、窗型材结构使用的性能要求,通过耐火漂珠、水溶胶液创造性的配方设计,大幅度提高了轻质耐火浇注料的抗折、耐压强度,具备优良的隔热、耐火性能。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

4.根据权利要求1或2所述的耐火漂珠为原料的轻质耐火浇注料,其特征在于,所述的水溶胶液选自硅酸钠或丙烯酸任意一种或两种任意比例组合。
