Technical Field
The invention relates to an elevator, in particular to a cargo lift.
Background
In modern equipment factories, the final equipment to be produced is often divided into different procedures, distributed to be produced in different workshops, and finally assembled into finished products. Due to the limitation of plant areas, more and more plants are developed to the high altitude at present, namely, different production procedures are configured according to different floors. Products between different floors are transported by means of a freight elevator. Due to the limitation of the floor height, the height of the elevator in which goods can be carried is limited. Such an elevator would not be adequate when it is necessary to carry an entire machine with a high height. Generally, the frequency of using the elevator is not high in the height exceeding that of the conventional product, and if a crane or carrying equipment is additionally arranged to meet the requirement of the product, the cost is extremely high, and the waste is caused.

As shown in fig. 1 to 7, the present invention provides a cargo lift comprising a landing door 1, a car 2, and a traction mechanism 3; the elevator car is characterized in that a left car door 21 and a right car door 22 are arranged on the elevator car 2, the elevator car 2 is pulled to lift by a traction mechanism 3 through a steel wire rope, the elevator car 1 comprises a left elevator door 5 and a right elevator door 6 which are arranged in a matched mode, the left elevator door 5 and the right elevator door 6 are composed of an upper door plate 7 and a lower door plate 8, a pulley 71 and a limiting plate 72 are arranged at the bottom of the upper door plate 7, a supporting T-shaped piece 81 is arranged on the lower door plate 8, the pulley 71 is abutted to the supporting T-shaped piece 81, and the limiting plate 72 extends downwards and horizontally extends into a gap between the supporting T-shaped piece 81 and the top surface of the lower door plate 8; a sliding limiting lock 9 for limiting the upper door plate 7 and the lower door plate 8 to slide relatively is arranged between the upper door plate 7 and the lower door plate 8; a lock catch 83 is arranged on one lower door plate 8, a lock tongue 84 is arranged on the other lower door plate 8, and the lock tongue 84 can extend into the lock catch 83 to connect and fix the lower door plates 8 on the left side and the right side; the bottom surface of the outer side of the landing door 1 is provided with a lifting table 10. Preferably, the sliding limiting lock 9 comprises a lifting rod 91, a first rack 92 is arranged on one side of the lifting rod 91, the first rack 92 is meshed with a first driving gear 93, elastic pieces 94 are horizontally and symmetrically arranged at the top end of the lifting rod 91, and pulley limiting blocks 95 are arranged at the tail ends of the elastic pieces 94. The lower door plate 8 is provided with a containing cavity 82, when the motor 96 rotates, the lifting rod 91 descends to drive the elastic piece 94 and the pulley limiting block 95 to descend, and the lifting rod 91, the elastic piece 94 and the pulley limiting block 95 can completely enter the containing cavity 82. Preferably, a ball passage 831 is provided in the lock 83, the ball passage 831 is gradually raised along the car 2 direction, and a ball 832 is provided in the ball passage 831; the predetermined position of the car 2 is provided with a permanent magnet 833, and the permanent magnet 833 moves along with the car 2, and when the permanent magnet 833 is positioned at the predetermined position of the ball 832 passage 831, the ball 832 is attracted to the high position of the ball 831 passage. When the balls 832 are positioned at the lower position of the ball passage 831, the clamping head 842 can be clamped, and the separation of the left and right lower door panels 8 can be prevented.
Preferably, a guard plate 834 is arranged at the lower top of the ball passage 831, and two ends of the guard plate 834 are connected with a spring 835 to be capable of moving up and down.
The working principle of the invention is as follows:
in the normal operation mode, the surface of the lifting platform 10 is level with the top of the lower door panel 8. The first driving gear 93 rotates to drive the first rack 92 to descend, and the elastic member 94 on the lifting rod 91 descends synchronously with the lifting rod 91 until the elastic member falls into the accommodating cavity 82 of the lower door panel 8 completely. At this time, the upper door panel 7 and the lower door panel 8 can move independently. When the elevator runs and the elevator car 2 stays at the corresponding floor, the bottom plate of the elevator car 2 is horizontal with the top of the lower door plate 8, the upper door plate 7 is opened, cargoes enter the elevator car 2, and the maximum height of transportation is the height of the upper door plate 7.
In this mode, the lower door panel 8 is absolutely unopened, otherwise accidents will easily occur. Thus, the two lower door panels 8 are provided with locking means. The chuck 842 on one lower door plate 8 extends into the lock catch 83 on the other lower door plate 8, and the balls 832 in the lock catch 83 clamp the chuck 842. It should be noted that the balls 832 play a secondary safety role herein, that is, the locking of the two lower door panels 8 is driven and locked by a conventional motor or hydraulic rod, and the balls 832 do not generate resistance to the chuck 842 when the motor or hydraulic rod driving the two lower door panels 8 to close is operated normally. When the motor or hydraulic rod driving the two lower door panels 8 to close fails and the two lower door panels 8 are opened without any accident, the balls 832 clamp the clamping heads 842, so that accidents are prevented.
When the ultrahigh goods need to be carried by the elevator, an operator operates the elevator through a control button in a control room, so that the hydraulic cylinder 13 drives the lifting platform 10 to descend, and a downward slope is formed in front of the elevator. At this time, the stop position of the car 2 is lower than in the normal operation mode, and the bottom plate thereof is horizontal to the bottom of the lower door panel 8. The balls 832 move to the high position of the ball passage 831 by the attractive force of the permanent magnet 833, unlocking the chuck 842. The first driving gear 93 rotates to drive the first rack 92 to rise, and the elastic piece 94 on the lifting rod 91 synchronously rises along with the lifting rod 91 to synchronously lock the lower door panel 8 and the upper door panel 7, so that the lower door panel 8 is synchronously opened under the drive of the upper door panel 7. The goods enter the elevator car 2 through the elevator car 10 and when the predetermined floor is reached, the goods are taken out by a similar operation.
