Abstract

本发明提供一种新型分装瓶,包括瓶体、与所述瓶体上部相连接的瓶颈以及与所述瓶颈相连接的瓶盖;所述瓶颈底部朝外侧延伸形成一台阶面,瓶体顶端部位搭设于该所述台阶面上;还包括套设于所述瓶颈外侧、用于对搭设于瓶颈底部台阶面上的瓶体顶端部位进行挤压限定的环套,由于在瓶颈外侧还设置有对搭设于瓶颈底部台阶面上的瓶体顶端部位进行挤压限定的环套,可以进一步保证瓶体连接的稳定性和密封性能,提升产品整体密封度和可靠度,本设计结构设计合理,使用效果突出。

一种新型分装瓶
技术领域
本发明涉及分装瓶产品技术领域,尤其涉及一种结构设计合理,使用效果突出,密封性能优良的新型分装瓶。
背景技术
近些年,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对日常用品的使用要求也逐渐增强,尤其是一些外出经常携带的常用物品,如分装瓶等等。
分装瓶产品由于特殊的结构造型,非常便于旅行外出随身携带,给实际的使用提供了很大的便利,但是目前的分装瓶产品依然存在较多的不足之处,如结构简单,功能单一,使用体验度不够好等等,为了更好的迎合市场需求,本领域的技术人员从分装瓶的整体构造与使用方式等方面进行了大量的研发和实验,并取得了较好的成绩。
发明内容
为克服现有技术所存在的问题,本发明提供一种结构设计合理,使用效果突出,密封性能优良的新型分装瓶。
本发明解决技术问题的方案是提供一种新型分装瓶,包括瓶体、与所述瓶体上部相连接的瓶颈以及与所述瓶颈相连接的瓶盖;所述瓶颈底部朝外侧延伸形成一台阶面,瓶体顶端部位搭设于该所述台阶面上;还包括套设于所述瓶颈外侧、用于对搭设于瓶颈底部台阶面上的瓶体顶端部位进行挤压限定的环套。
优选地,所述瓶盖内部朝下侧延伸形成一限位环;在所述限位环与瓶盖外壁之间设置有用于提升密封性能的密封环;瓶盖与瓶颈相连接之后,瓶颈顶端与密封环相接触,并对密封环进行挤压。
优选地,所述环套内壁一体成型设置有至少一个限位块;且在所述瓶颈底部外侧形成有用于卡合限定所述限位块、对环套进行固定连接的限位体;环套利用限位块与限位体的卡合连接对瓶体顶端部位进行挤压。
优选地,所述环套与瓶颈外侧通过卡扣连接。
优选地,所述环套底部朝下侧延伸形成有一圈定位环;且在所述瓶体顶端开设有用于嵌入所述定位环的环形凹槽;环套的定位环嵌入环形凹槽中,对瓶体顶端进行进一步挤压限位。
优选地,所述环套内壁形成的限位块数量至少为三个;且各限位块环状等间距设置于环套内侧;所述瓶颈外侧的限位体为至少一圈朝外侧凸出的凸出部;环套的各限位块与凸出部相卡合进行连接。
优选地,所述瓶体为硅胶材质瓶体;瓶颈、环套为硬质材质;且密封环为软质材质环形件。
优选地,所述环套内壁形成的限位块数量至少为三个;且各限位块环状等间距设置于环套内侧;所述瓶颈外侧的限位体为开设于瓶颈外周的卡合槽;环套的各限位块卡入所述卡合槽中进行连接。
优选地,所述瓶颈与瓶盖之间通过螺纹连接。
优选地,所述环套与瓶颈外侧胶合连接;且该环套下部抵住瓶体顶端部位。

请参阅图1至图5,本发明第一实施例一种新型分装瓶1包括瓶体11、与所述瓶体11上部相连接的瓶颈15以及与所述瓶颈15相连接的瓶盖13;所述瓶颈15底部朝外侧延伸形成一台阶面151,瓶体11顶端部位搭设于该所述台阶面151上;还包括套设于所述瓶颈15外侧、用于对搭设于瓶颈15底部台阶面151上的瓶体11顶端部位进行挤压限定的环套12。
本申请通过同时设置瓶体11、与所述瓶体11上部相连接的瓶颈15以及与所述瓶颈15相连接的瓶盖13,将所述瓶颈15底部朝外侧延伸形成一台阶面151,瓶体11顶端部位搭设于该所述台阶面151上进行固定连接,由于在瓶颈15外侧还设置有对搭设于瓶颈15底部台阶面151上的瓶体11顶端部位进行挤压限定的环套12,可以进一步保证瓶体11连接的稳定性和密封性能,提升产品整体密封度和可靠度,本设计结构设计合理,使用效果突出。
优选地,所述瓶盖13内部朝下侧延伸形成一限位环131;在所述限位环131与瓶盖外壁132之间设置有用于提升密封性能的密封环14;瓶盖13与瓶颈15相连接之后,瓶颈15顶端与密封环14相接触,并对密封环14进行挤压。可以进一步提升密封性能。
优选地,所述环套12内壁一体成型设置有至少一个限位块122;且在所述瓶颈15底部外侧形成有用于卡合限定所述限位块122、对环套12进行固定连接的限位体;环套12利用限位块122与限位体的卡合连接对瓶体11顶端部位进行挤压。实际设计过程中,该限位体的圈数可以不止一圈。
优选地,所述环套12与瓶颈15外侧通过卡扣连接。环套12与瓶颈15连接完成后对环套12进行挤压限定。
优选地,所述环套12底部朝下侧延伸形成有一圈定位环121;且在所述瓶体11顶端开设有用于嵌入所述定位环121的环形凹槽;环套12的定位环121嵌入环形凹槽中,对瓶体11顶端进行进一步挤压限位。
优选地,所述环套12内壁形成的限位块122数量至少为三个;且各限位块122环状等间距设置于环套12内侧;所述瓶颈15外侧的限位体为至少一圈朝外侧凸出的凸出部;环套12的各限位块122与凸出部相卡合进行连接。
优选地,所述瓶体11为硅胶材质瓶体11;瓶颈15、环套12为硬质材质;且密封环14为软质材质环形件。
优选地,所述环套12内壁形成的限位块122数量至少为三个;且各限位块122环状等间距设置于环套12内侧;所述瓶颈15外侧的限位体为开设于瓶颈15外周的卡合槽;环套12的各限位块122卡入所述卡合槽中进行连接。
优选地,所述瓶颈15与瓶盖13之间通过螺纹连接。

请参阅图6,本发明第二实施例一种新型分装瓶2不同于第一实施例的部分为瓶颈25与环套22的连接方式,由图可知,所述环套22与瓶颈25外侧胶合连接;且该环套22下部抵住瓶体21顶端部位。
优选地,所述环套22呈L型弯折,环套22上部搭设于瓶颈25上。

1.一种分装瓶,其特征在于:包括瓶体、与所述瓶体上部相连接的瓶颈以及与所述瓶颈相连接的瓶盖;所述瓶颈底部朝外侧延伸形成一台阶面,瓶体顶端部位搭设于所述台阶面上;还包括套设于所述瓶颈外侧、用于对所述瓶体顶端部位进行挤压限定的环套;
所述瓶盖内部朝下侧延伸形成一限位环;在所述限位环与瓶盖外壁之间设置有用于提升密封性能的密封环;瓶盖与瓶颈相连接之后,瓶颈顶端与密封环相接触,并对密封环进行挤压;所述环套底部朝下侧延伸形成有一圈定位环;瓶颈、环套为硬质材质;且密封环为软质材质环形件;
所述环套内壁一体成型设置有至少一个限位块;且在所述瓶颈底部外侧形成有用于卡合限定所述限位块、对环套进行固定连接的限位体;环套利用限位块与限位体的卡合连接对瓶体顶端部位进行挤压。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种分装瓶,其特征在于:所述环套与瓶颈外侧通过卡扣连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种分装瓶,其特征在于:在所述瓶体顶端开设有用于嵌入所述定位环的环形凹槽;环套的定位环嵌入环形凹槽中,对瓶体顶端进行进一步挤压限位。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种分装瓶,其特征在于:所述环套内壁形成的限位块数量至少为三个;且各限位块环状等间距设置于环套内侧;所述瓶颈外侧的限位体为至少一圈朝外侧凸出的凸出部;环套的各限位块与凸出部相卡合进行连接。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种分装瓶,其特征在于:所述瓶体为硅胶材质瓶体。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种分装瓶,其特征在于:所述环套内壁形成的限位块数量至少为三个;且各限位块环状等间距设置于环套内侧;所述瓶颈外侧的限位体为开设于瓶颈外周的卡合槽;环套的各限位块卡入所述卡合槽中进行连接。
