本发明涉及面料领域，尤其涉及一种非镀银防紫外线面料。
背景技术
随着现代工业的发展，大气层中臭氧层不断遭到破坏，导致地表紫外线辐射量增大。紫外线不仅会使人体皮肤晒伤老化，产生黑色素和色斑，更严重的还会诱发癌变，危害人类健康，而且强烈时皮肤容易晒伤，会使人汗流浃背，影响织物穿着的舒适性。因此，人们对防紫外线产品的需求也日渐高涨。另外，随着人们在户外活动时间的增加，人们对服装面料舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高。目前，很多面料是通过涂覆镀银层来提高防紫外线效果的，上述方式一方面易造成重金属污染，健康性和环保性差，另一方面透气性差，同时不耐洗涤，耐久性差。因此，需求一种新型的非镀银防紫外线面料。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供了一种非镀银防紫外线面料，针对现有技术中的不足，采用三层复合结构，解决了现有的面料通过涂覆镀银层来提高防紫外线效果的，存在一方面易造成重金属污染，健康性和环保性差，另一方面透气性差，同时不耐洗涤，耐久性差的问题。
为达到上述目的，本发明的技术方案如下：一种非镀银防紫外线面料，包括透气防护层、中间层和舒适层；所述透气防护层为珠地网眼织物，采用罗纹组织和集圈组织复合，形成蜂巢状网眼结构；所述透气防护层的罗纹组织由亚麻纤维纱线编织而成，通过涤纶纱线进行线圈串联形成集圈组织；所述中间层为高支高密织物，采用平纹组织结构，通过细旦桑蚕丝编织而成；所述舒适层为斜纹弹力织物；所述舒适层、中间层和透气防护层从内向外依次层叠设置，通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述中间层的经密为480-650根/10cm，所述中间层的纬密为500-700根/10cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述舒适层采用1/2斜纹组织结构，所述舒适层的经纱为天丝纱线，所述舒适层的纬纱为氨纶纱线。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述中间层的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案，所述涤纶纱线采用75D/72F涤纶DTY全消光丝。
通过上述技术方案，本发明技术方案的有益效果是：本发明结构合理，采用珠地网眼织物作为透气防护层，表面规则排列的凹凸结构，透气性好，能够有效阻止紫外线进行透射，并且以亚麻纤维纱线和涤纶纱线进行编织，亚麻纤维和涤纶都具有良好的防紫外线性能和导湿性，能够充分发挥珠地网眼织物的结构特点，协同促进提高本发明的导湿透气性和防紫外线性能；而采用细旦桑蚕丝编织而成的中间层，轻薄透气，桑蚕丝中的丝蛋白中的色氨酸、酪氨酸能吸收紫外线，进一步减少紫外线透射率，提高防紫外线效果，并且桑蚕丝的吸湿放湿性好，凉爽舒适，并且有助于本发明的吸湿排汗性能；而舒适层采用天丝和氨纶配合，柔软舒适，弹力贴身，抑菌性好，导湿透气。

结合图1，本发明提供了一种非镀银防紫外线面料，包括透气防护层3、中间层2和舒适层1。透气防护层3为珠地网眼织物，采用罗纹组织和集圈组织复合，形成蜂巢状网眼结构。透气防护层3的罗纹组织由亚麻纤维纱线编织而成，通过涤纶纱线进行线圈串联形成集圈组织。具体的，涤纶纱线可以采用75D/72F涤纶DTY全消光丝。中间层2为高支高密织物，采用平纹组织结构，通过细旦桑蚕丝编织而成。舒适层1为斜纹弹力织物；舒适层1、中间层2和透气防护层3从内向外依次层叠设置，通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合。
为了保持中间层2良好的防紫外线透射性，同时兼顾透气性和可纺性，中间层2的经密为480-650根/10cm，中间层2的纬密为500-700根/10cm。
为了使舒适层1柔软舒适，弹力贴身，轻薄透气，舒适层1采用1/2斜纹组织结构，舒适层1的经纱为天丝纱线，舒适层1的纬纱为氨纶纱线。优选的，中间层2的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
