Description
技术领域
本发明涉及面料领域,尤其涉及一种非镀银防紫外线面料。
背景技术
随着现代工业的发展,大气层中臭氧层不断遭到破坏,导致地表紫外线辐射量增大。紫外线不仅会使人体皮肤晒伤老化,产生黑色素和色斑,更严重的还会诱发癌变,危害人类健康,而且强烈时皮肤容易晒伤,会使人汗流浃背,影响织物穿着的舒适性。因此,人们对防紫外线产品的需求也日渐高涨。另外,随着人们在户外活动时间的增加,人们对服装面料舒适性、健康性、安全性和环保性等要求越来越高。目前,很多面料是通过涂覆镀银层来提高防紫外线效果的,上述方式一方面易造成重金属污染,健康性和环保性差,另一方面透气性差,同时不耐洗涤,耐久性差。因此,需求一种新型的非镀银防紫外线面料。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种非镀银防紫外线面料,针对现有技术中的不足,采用三层复合结构,解决了现有的面料通过涂覆镀银层来提高防紫外线效果的,存在一方面易造成重金属污染,健康性和环保性差,另一方面透气性差,同时不耐洗涤,耐久性差的问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:一种非镀银防紫外线面料,包括透气防护层、中间层和舒适层;所述透气防护层为珠地网眼织物,采用罗纹组织和集圈组织复合,形成蜂巢状网眼结构;所述透气防护层的罗纹组织由亚麻纤维纱线编织而成,通过涤纶纱线进行线圈串联形成集圈组织;所述中间层为高支高密织物,采用平纹组织结构,通过细旦桑蚕丝编织而成;所述舒适层为斜纹弹力织物;所述舒适层、中间层和透气防护层从内向外依次层叠设置,通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述中间层的经密为480-650根/10cm,所述中间层的纬密为500-700根/10cm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述舒适层采用1/2斜纹组织结构,所述舒适层的经纱为天丝纱线,所述舒适层的纬纱为氨纶纱线。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述中间层的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述涤纶纱线采用75D/72F涤纶DTY全消光丝。
通过上述技术方案,本发明技术方案的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,采用珠地网眼织物作为透气防护层,表面规则排列的凹凸结构,透气性好,能够有效阻止紫外线进行透射,并且以亚麻纤维纱线和涤纶纱线进行编织,亚麻纤维和涤纶都具有良好的防紫外线性能和导湿性,能够充分发挥珠地网眼织物的结构特点,协同促进提高本发明的导湿透气性和防紫外线性能;而采用细旦桑蚕丝编织而成的中间层,轻薄透气,桑蚕丝中的丝蛋白中的色氨酸、酪氨酸能吸收紫外线,进一步减少紫外线透射率,提高防紫外线效果,并且桑蚕丝的吸湿放湿性好,凉爽舒适,并且有助于本发明的吸湿排汗性能;而舒适层采用天丝和氨纶配合,柔软舒适,弹力贴身,抑菌性好,导湿透气。

结合图1,本发明提供了一种非镀银防紫外线面料,包括透气防护层3、中间层2和舒适层1。透气防护层3为珠地网眼织物,采用罗纹组织和集圈组织复合,形成蜂巢状网眼结构。透气防护层3的罗纹组织由亚麻纤维纱线编织而成,通过涤纶纱线进行线圈串联形成集圈组织。具体的,涤纶纱线可以采用75D/72F涤纶DTY全消光丝。中间层2为高支高密织物,采用平纹组织结构,通过细旦桑蚕丝编织而成。舒适层1为斜纹弹力织物;舒适层1、中间层2和透气防护层3从内向外依次层叠设置,通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合。
为了保持中间层2良好的防紫外线透射性,同时兼顾透气性和可纺性,中间层2的经密为480-650根/10cm,中间层2的纬密为500-700根/10cm。
为了使舒适层1柔软舒适,弹力贴身,轻薄透气,舒适层1采用1/2斜纹组织结构,舒适层1的经纱为天丝纱线,舒适层1的纬纱为氨纶纱线。优选的,中间层2的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
通过上述具体实施例,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构合理,采用珠地网眼织物作为透气防护层3,表面规则排列的凹凸结构,透气性好,能够有效阻止紫外线进行透射,并且以亚麻纤维纱线和涤纶纱线进行编织,亚麻纤维和涤纶都具有良好的防紫外线性能和导湿性,能够充分发挥珠地网眼织物的结构特点,协同促进提高本发明的导湿透气性和防紫外线性能;而采用细旦桑蚕丝编织而成的中间层2,轻薄透气,桑蚕丝中的丝蛋白中的色氨酸、酪氨酸能吸收紫外线,进一步减少紫外线透射率,提高防紫外线效果,并且桑蚕丝的吸湿放湿性好,凉爽舒适,并且有助于本发明的吸湿排汗性能;而舒适层1采用天丝和氨纶配合,柔软舒适,弹力贴身,抑菌性好,导湿透气。

Claims (5)
1.一种非镀银防紫外线面料,其特征在于,包括透气防护层、中间层和舒适层;所述透气防护层为珠地网眼织物,采用罗纹组织和集圈组织复合,形成蜂巢状网眼结构;所述透气防护层的罗纹组织由亚麻纤维纱线编织而成,通过涤纶纱线进行线圈串联形成集圈组织;所述中间层为高支高密织物,采用平纹组织结构,通过细旦桑蚕丝编织而成;所述舒适层为斜纹弹力织物;所述舒适层、中间层和透气防护层从内向外依次层叠设置,通过透气微孔热熔胶热压复合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的非镀银防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述中间层的经密为480-650根/10cm,所述中间层的纬密为500-700根/10cm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的非镀银防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述舒适层采用1/2斜纹组织结构,所述舒适层的经纱为天丝纱线,所述舒适层的纬纱为氨纶纱线。
4.根据权利要求2所述的非镀银防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述中间层的厚度为0.15-0.35mm。
5.根据权利要求3所述的非镀银防紫外线面料,其特征在于,所述涤纶纱线采用75D/72F涤纶DTY全消光丝。
