When the mode is required to be switched or the peeling thickness is required to be adjusted, the key cap 12 is pressed, the top of the second limiting projection 20 moves out of the limiting step 19, the second contact inclined surface at the top end of the rotary transmission part 13 continues to rotate around the axis thereof under the drive of the driving inclined surface 22, as shown in fig. 10 to 13, the rotary positioning shaft 5 moves upwards under the elastic force of the elastic reset element 14, and the first contact inclined surface 21 of the second limiting projection 20 on the rotary transmission part 13 slides into the guide groove 16 on the knob 4 along the release inclined surface 18 on the knob 4 and continues to move to the unlocking state of the peeling knife 2 under the elastic force of the elastic reset element 14.
In order to keep the driving bevel 22 in a stable contact state with the second contact bevel, so that the driving bevel 22 applies a stable driving force to the second contact bevel, in another specific embodiment of the present invention, the circumferential central angles of the first contact bevel 21, the locking bevel 17 and the release bevel 18 of the cutting-and-integrating knife are all the same α, the circumferential central angles of the driving bevel 22 and the second contact bevel are all the same β, β=n×α, n is equal to or greater than 1.
In order to more accurately adjust the included angle between the peeling knife 2 and the main knife 1 and ensure the peeling thickness to be accurate, in another specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 15, a scale for indicating the peeling thickness is circumferentially arranged at one end of the knife handle 3 of the cutting-in-one knife, which is close to the knob 4, an indication arrow is arranged at one end of the knob 4, which is close to the knife handle 3, and the indication arrow points to a zero scale mark of the scale when the peeling knife 2 and the main knife 1 are located on the same plane.
In another specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 4, 8, 15-17, the circumferential positioning movable portion 8 of the cutting-integrated tool is a spline, and the first circumferential positioning fixed portion 9 and the second circumferential positioning fixed portion 10 are spline grooves matched with the spline, but not limited thereto, other matched connectors capable of realizing circumferential fixed connection between the circumferential positioning movable portion 8 and the first circumferential positioning fixed portion 9 and the second circumferential positioning fixed portion 10 and capable of realizing axial relative movement after unlocking may be used.

In another specific embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 9 to 10, an axial limiting protrusion 24 is provided on the side wall of the key cap 12 of the cutting-in-one cutter inside the positioning cap 11, for preventing the key cap 12 from moving axially outwards out of the positioning cap 11; the button cap 12 is provided with a plurality of spacing sand grip 25 on the circumference, and each spacing sand grip 25 is all parallel to the axial of button cap 12, and positioning cap 11 circumference is provided with a plurality of spacing recesses with spacing sand grip 25 clearance fit, realizes that button cap 12 circumference is fixed in on the positioning cap 11, and button cap 12 coaxial free pass positioning cap 11.
In order to facilitate the installation of the peeling knife 2, in another embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2 and 6, an elastic assembly element 26 is compressed between the pin shaft 6 of the cutting integrated knife and the hole bottom of the pin shaft 6 hole of the main knife 1 where the pin shaft 6 is installed.

In another specific embodiment of the present invention, both ends of the knob 4 of the cutting-in-one tool are respectively screwed with the shank 3 and the positioning cap 11, but not limited thereto, as long as both ends of the knob 4 can be respectively rotated circumferentially with respect to the shank 3 and the positioning cap 11, and the present invention is not limited to the axial connection manner of the knob 4 with respect to the shank 3 and the positioning cap 11, and the knob 4 may be movable or fixed circumferentially with respect to the shank 3 and the positioning cap 11.
