The horizontal pressure kettle means that the axis of the pressure kettle is along the horizontal direction when in use, and the vertical opening mode is adopted for the horizontal pressure kettle with the large diameter (more than or equal to 800 mm) at present. An auxiliary device steel platform and a pit are required to be designed in a vertical opening mode, the horizontal pressure kettle is supported by the steel platform fixed in the pit, and the kettle cover is supported in the pit along the vertical direction after being opened; when the mode is adopted for opening, the power required by the hydraulic cylinder is larger, and the test article is inconvenient to enter and exit the kettle body.

The locking mechanism comprises an auxiliary oil cylinder and a locking hook; the cylinder body end of the auxiliary cylinder is hinged on the kettle body, and the piston rod end is connected with the locking hook; the middle part of the locking hook is hinged on the kettle body and can rotate around the hinge point of the locking hook and the kettle body under the pushing of the auxiliary oil cylinder; the rocker arm is provided with a groove matched with the locking hook, and after the kettle cover is closed in place, the auxiliary oil cylinder pushes the locking hook to rotate, so that a hook body of the locking hook enters the groove on the rocker arm, and the kettle cover is locked.

(2) The guide rail is arranged on the foundation along the moving track of the kettle cover during opening and closing, and the weight of the kettle cover is supported by the bearing wheel assembly in rolling fit with the guide rail, so that the kettle cover can be ensured to be opened and closed stably.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the horizontal opening and closing device includes: a main oil cylinder 1, a main oil cylinder base 2, a rotary oil cylinder 3, an auxiliary oil cylinder 5, an auxiliary oil cylinder base 6, a rocker arm 9, a guide rail 14 and a bearing wheel assembly; the bearing wheel assembly comprises an adjusting nut 10, a supporting plate 11, a cross beam 12 and a bearing wheel 13; the loadwheel assembly and the guide rails have sufficient strength to support the kettle cover 8 and the swing arms 9.
The kettle body 15 is directly arranged on the foundation, the shape of the inner cambered surface of the rocker arm 9 is consistent with that of the outer surface of the kettle cover 8, and the rocker arm 9 and the kettle cover 8 are welded together; the main oil cylinder 1 is arranged at one side of the kettle body 15 in the horizontal direction, and preferably, the axis of the main oil cylinder 1 and the axis of the kettle body 15 are at the same horizontal height; the cylinder body end of the main cylinder 1 is hinged on the kettle body 15 through the main cylinder base 2, the piston rod end is connected with one end of the rocker arm 9 through a hinge, and the kettle cover 8 completed by pushing the rocker arm 9 through the expansion and contraction of the main cylinder is horizontally opened or closed; as shown in fig. 1, when the main oil cylinder 1 is contracted, the rocker arm 9 and the kettle cover 8 are pulled to rotate forwards around the hinging point of the rocker arm 9 and the piston rod, so that the kettle cover 8 is opened, and when the main oil cylinder 1 is extended, the rocker arm 9 and the kettle cover 8 are pushed to rotate backwards around the hinging point of the rocker arm 9 and the piston rod until the kettle cover is butted with the kettle body 15, and the kettle body 15 is closed.

On the kettle body 15, a locking hook 7 is hinged at the closed end of the kettle cover 8 (the opposite side of the main oil cylinder 1 on the kettle cover 8), and the middle part of the locking hook 7 is hinged on the kettle body 15; one end of the locking hook 7 is hooked, and the other end is connected with the auxiliary oil cylinder 5, specifically: the cylinder body end of the auxiliary cylinder 5 is hinged on the kettle body 15 through the auxiliary cylinder base 6, and the piston rod end is connected with the locking hook 7; the locking hook 7 can rotate around the hinging point of the locking hook and the kettle body 15 under the pushing of the auxiliary oil cylinder 5; the connecting plate extending outwards from the other end of the rocker arm 9 is provided with a groove matched with the locking hook 7, when the kettle cover 8 is closed in place (namely, the kettle cover 8 is completely butted with the opening end of the kettle body 15), the locking hook 7 is pushed to rotate forwards around the hinging point of the locking hook 7 and the kettle body 15 through the auxiliary oil cylinder 5, so that the locking hook 7 enters the groove on the rocker arm 9, and the kettle cover 8 is locked.
The butt joint end of the kettle body 15 and the kettle cover 8 is provided with a clamp locking structure, and the tooth-engagement type clamp locking structure comprises: a clamp 4 and a rotary cylinder 3; the clamp 4 is sleeved on the outer circumferential surface of the abutting end of the kettle body 15 and the kettle cover 8, stop teeth are arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the part, extending out of the opening end of the kettle body 15, of the rotary cylinder 3, the cylinder body end of the rotary cylinder 3 is hinged on the kettle body 15, the piston rod end is connected with a push block fixed on the clamp 4 and used for enabling the clamp 4 to rotate around the axial direction of the clamp by a certain angle through pushing the push block, and a toothed flange is arranged at the abutting end of the kettle cover 8 and the kettle body 15; when the kettle body 15 and the kettle cover 8 are covered, the stop teeth on the clamp 4 are positioned on the outer sides of the teeth on the toothed flange, and at the moment, the stop teeth on the clamp 4 are staggered with the teeth on the toothed flange on the kettle cover 8; then the clamp 4 is pushed to rotate by a certain angle through the rotary oil cylinder 3, so that the stop teeth on the clamp 4 are in one-to-one correspondence (at the same position) with the teeth of the toothed flange of the kettle cover 8, thereby axially limiting the kettle cover 8 and realizing the locking of the kettle cover 8 and the kettle body 15. When the clamp 4 reversely rotates for a certain angle, the locking teeth on the clamp 4 are staggered with the teeth of the toothed flange of the kettle cover 8, and then unlocking can be realized.
