Abstract

Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a therapeutic instrument, in particular to an obstetrical observation therapeutic instrument, and belongs to the technical field of medical instruments for obstetrics and gynecology.
Background
Bleeding over 500mL in 24 hours after delivery is called postpartum bleeding, 80% of which occurs within 2 hours after delivery. Late postpartum hemorrhage refers to massive uterine bleeding occurring in puerperium after 24 hours of childbirth, and is usually 1-2 weeks postpartum. Postpartum hemorrhage is a serious complication in the childbirth period and is one of four causes of death of pregnant and lying-in women. Postpartum hemorrhage in China has been the first cause of death of pregnant and lying-in women in recent years, and the situation is more prominent particularly in remote and laggard areas. The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage accounts for 2% -3% of the total number of childbirth, and the actual incidence is higher due to the fact that the subjective factors of measuring and collecting the amount of hemorrhage are large. To preserve the uterus or reduce the blood loss before operation, the uterine cavity can be filled with gauze to stop bleeding by compression. The uterine cavity is filled with the blood from the uterine bottom and two lateral angles, and the uterine cavity is tightly filled with the blood without any gap, so that the purpose of hemostasis by compression is achieved. However, the method needs to be observed all the time, and the gauze is filled into the uterine cavity from the outside of the body when bleeding does not stop, so that the defects are that: the passivity is high, the diagnosis is difficult to observe, and the time is easy to delay.
Disclosure of Invention
The obstetrical observation and treatment instrument can be used for observing nearby a bleeding point in real time, and automatically spraying the blood stopping clotting glue and the anti-inflammatory medicament at the bleeding moment so as to achieve the dual purposes of stopping bleeding and diminishing inflammation and greatly improve the treatment effect of postpartum uterine bleeding.
In order to achieve the technical purpose, the invention adopts an obstetrical observation and treatment instrument which comprises a soft insertion fixing end, a monitoring end, a treatment end and a feedback end;
the soft insertion fixing end comprises a capsule type elastic silica gel body, and the upper part and the lower part of the front end of the capsule type elastic silica gel body are respectively provided with a first elastic occlusion hole and a second elastic occlusion hole;
the treatment end comprises: the first electric liquid spraying device, the second electric liquid spraying device and the controller are electrically connected in a control mode; the controller is positioned between the first electric liquid spraying device and the second electric liquid spraying device; the front end of the first electric liquid spraying device is provided with a first nozzle, and the front end of the first nozzle is connected with a first elastic blocking hole; the front end of the second electric liquid spraying device is provided with a second nozzle, and the front end of the second nozzle is connected with a second elastic blocking hole; a first electronic valve is arranged in the first nozzle, and a second electronic valve is arranged in the second nozzle; an elastic connecting strip which is arranged up and down is arranged in the capsule type elastic silica gel body, and the rear ends of the first electric liquid spraying device and the second electric liquid spraying device are connected with the front end of the elastic connecting strip;
the monitoring end comprises a pressure sensor, a liquid analysis sensor and a liquid monitoring sensor, the front end of the capsule type elastic silica gel body is sleeved with an annular silica gel ring, and the front end of the annular silica gel ring is embedded with the pressure sensor, the liquid analysis sensor and the liquid monitoring sensor;
the capsule type elastic silica gel body is also internally provided with a microprocessor, a wireless signal sending module and a storage battery, and the microprocessor, the wireless signal sending module and the storage battery are positioned at the rear ends of the first electric liquid spraying device and the second electric liquid spraying device and are connected with the rear ends of the elastic connecting strips; the pressure sensor, the liquid analysis sensor and the liquid monitoring sensor are all in control type coupling with the microprocessor; the microprocessor and the wireless signal sending module form control type coupling, and the controller and the microprocessor form control type coupling;

Preferably, the wireless signal transmitting module is a wireless signal transmitting module based on a 3G network and a 4G network.
Furthermore, a plurality of antenna-shaped elastic strips are further arranged on the outer side of the capsule type elastic silica gel body, and a suction disc-shaped silica gel sheet is arranged at the upper end of each antenna-shaped elastic strip.

As shown in FIG. 1, an obstetrical observation and treatment apparatus includes a flexible insertion fixing end, a monitoring end, a treatment end and a feedback end;
in the invention, the preferable soft insertion fixing end comprises a capsule type elastic silica gel body 1, and the upper part and the lower part of the front end of the capsule type elastic silica gel body 1 are respectively provided with a first elastic occlusion hole 2 and a second elastic occlusion hole 3;

in the invention, the preferable monitoring end comprises a pressure sensor 12, a liquid analysis sensor 13 and a liquid monitoring sensor 14, the front end of the capsule type elastic silica gel body 1 is sleeved with an annular silica gel ring 15, and the front end of the annular silica gel ring 15 is embedded with the pressure sensor 12, the liquid analysis sensor 13 and the liquid monitoring sensor 14;

The front end of the capsule type elastic silica gel body 1 is also provided with a short-distance laser camera 21, and the short-distance laser camera 21 is electrically connected with the microprocessor 16 and the storage battery 18.
The above structure is used in particular as follows: hemostatic gel and an anti-inflammatory agent are respectively added into the first electric liquid spraying device 4 and the second electric liquid spraying device 5, and then the hemostatic gel and the anti-inflammatory agent are plugged into the capsule type elastic silica gel 1 (the rear end of the capsule type elastic silica gel 1 can be provided with a blocking type inlet, which is not marked in fig. 1), then the capsule type elastic silica gel 1 is plugged into the position near the uterus, and the capsule type elastic silica gel 1 is fixed at the position near the uterine bleeding point by the tentacle-shaped elastic strip 19 and the sucker-shaped silica gel sheet 20; through the real-time shooting of the close-range laser camera 21, the image is processed by the microprocessor 16 and is finally sent to the control terminal through the wireless signal sending module 17; at the same time, the pressure sensor 12 will sense the pressure around the uterus in real time.
If the uterus is bleeding, except that the close-range laser camera 21 transmits a bleeding image to the control terminal to know, the liquid analysis sensor 13 and the liquid monitoring sensor 14 analyze liquid components in a short time and process information through the microprocessor 16, firstly, the microprocessor 16 processes the information and transmits the processed information to the wireless signal sending module 17, and then the processed information is sent to the control terminal through the wireless signal sending module 17; meanwhile, the controller 6 is used for controlling the first electric liquid spraying device 4 to be started, and the first electronic valve 9 is opened, so that the hemostatic gel can be ejected to a bleeding point through the first nozzle 7 and the first elastic occlusion hole 2, and the purpose of hemostasis is achieved; at the same time, the second electronic liquid spraying device 5 is started and the second electronic valve 10 is opened, so that the anti-inflammatory agent can diminish the inflammation near the bleeding point through the second nozzle 8 and the second elastic plugging hole 3.
In the present invention, the wireless signal transmitting module 17 is preferably a wireless signal transmitting module based on 3G and 4G networks.
In general, the invention adopts a structure that the observation device and the treatment device are integrated and are left near a bleeding point in real time, once bleeding is found, gel hemostasis and inflammation diminishing can be carried out on the bleeding point in an instant, and the initiative of uterine bleeding treatment is greatly improved.

the monitoring end comprises a pressure sensor, a liquid analysis sensor and a liquid monitoring sensor, the front end of the capsule type elastic silica gel body is sleeved with an annular silica gel ring, and the front end of the annular silica gel ring is embedded with the pressure sensor, the liquid analysis sensor and the liquid monitoring sensor;
the capsule type elastic silica gel body is also internally provided with a microprocessor, a wireless signal sending module and a storage battery, and the microprocessor, the wireless signal sending module and the storage battery are positioned at the rear ends of the first electric liquid spraying device and the second electric liquid spraying device and are connected with the rear ends of the elastic connecting strips; the pressure sensor, the liquid analysis sensor and the liquid monitoring sensor are all in control type coupling with the microprocessor; the microprocessor and the wireless signal sending module form control type coupling, and the controller and the microprocessor form control type coupling;
