骨伤康复散属于应用于骨伤科的一种外用、内服 中成药。对骨伤科患者较现用的丹剂、丸剂、散剂、药 酒有很好的治疗效果，适用于跌打损伤、骨碎筋断、骨 折迟延愈合者疗效显著，使用方便；适用于中、后期患 者，便于携带外出。由多味中药配制而成粉剂、丸 剂。

Description

本发明属于应用于骨伤科的一种外用、内服中成药。
伤科疾病治疗是以辨证论治为基础，贯彻骨与软组织损伤并重、局部与整体兼顾的治疗原则。临床一般采用三期辨证而选择使用。医学上已归纳为下列方法：攻下逐淤法、行气活血法、清热凉血法、和营止痛法、接骨续筋法、舒筋活络法、补养脾肾法、补益肝肾法、温经通络法等以上治疗在临床应用中都有一定的原则，使用中有汤剂、丹剂、丸剂、散剂、药酒等，片剂冲剂、糖浆合剂和针剂亦有应用，如三七粉、骨折挫伤散、夺命丹、玉真散、三黄蜜蜡丸、跌打丸、虎骨木瓜酒、冯了性酒、损伤药酒等。以上治疗方法汤剂需辨证施治，分期用药，至中、后期使用汤剂较为困难、复杂，患者难以接受，但使用以上丹、丸、散、酒剂，从大量的临床病例总难以取得满意的疗效，故部分遗留骨伤后遗症。
本发明的目的是提供一种应用于骨伤科的外用、内服中成药。较现治疗用的丹剂、丸剂、散剂、药酒有很好的治疗效果。
本发明的特征是配方如下：马前子50g、藏红花10g、山标奈子5g、海马30g、田七50g、血结40g、元寸1g。
本发明适用于跌打损伤、骨碎筋断、骨折迟延愈合者疗效显著;使用方便，适用于中、后期患者，便于携带外出。
本发明制作方法是将上述各味中药分制研末之成品量混之贮用。使用时，外敷用方法是用医用凡士林调整敷干纱布上外敷或加入少量到接骨散内一并外敷，如是骨折患者，加入龙骨30g、象皮20g;口服用方法是成人每日5g，用温开水或酒日服两次，作丸剂是用面粉和丸晒干贮用，成人每日6g，日服两次用温开水送服。

马前子50g、藏红花10g、山奈子5g、海马30g、田七50g、血结40g、元寸1g。
