Abstract

本发明公开了一种双水平顺应性医用球囊,在第一水平下(低压范围内)球囊直径变化迅速,可通过控制压力精确调控球囊直径,即在公称压力以上至公称压力+约6atm的膨胀压力范围内,具有6~11%优选8~10%的直径方向上的膨胀率;而在第二水平下(高压范围内)球囊直径变化较小,能集中压力完全扩开病变(尤其是严重钙化的病变)或使得支架充分扩张和贴壁,同时减少对血管内表面的损伤,即在公称压力+约6atm至公称压力+约14atm的膨胀压力范围内,具有4~8%优选4~6%的直径方向上的膨胀率。此球囊既可以用于预扩张,又可以用于后扩张。

双水平顺应性医用球囊
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用球囊,尤其涉及一种双水平顺应性医用球囊。
背景技术
医用球囊应用于心血管、周边血管和脑血管的介入治疗中,针对不同的应用,将临床应用的球囊分为预扩张和后扩张两种,前者目的是扩张病变段血管,利于支架系统等顺利通过,或者利用球囊的扩张作用在血管中打开压在球囊上的支架;后者目的在于扩张支架,使其更好地贴覆于血管内壁。
目前预扩张球囊一般为半顺应性球囊(专利公开号:US 20100318029 A1),其优点:材料柔软,对血管形状的适应性好,可通过控制压力精确调控球囊直径;缺点:在高压(一般≥14atm)时易“狗骨头”(扩张压力向阻力较小的区域集中,使得球囊在病变外或支架外膨出),导致对病变的挤压力不足以扩开坚硬的病变或支架未完全扩张或贴壁,且病变或支架两端突起的球囊部分可能损伤病变两端的正常血管壁组织,造成边缘效应引发支架两端的再狭窄或病变处的夹层,还可能造成血管破裂穿孔或严重的夹层事件。
后扩张球囊一般为非顺应性球囊(高压球囊)(专利公开号:US8535596 B2),其优点:充盈压力高,随着充盈压力的增长,球囊OD变化有限,在保证狭窄病变充分扩张或支架完全贴壁的同时又不会对血管过度扩张,降低血管夹层的发生率,另外由于其扩张力强还应用于分叉病变、开口病变、支架重叠处和支架内再狭窄等不易扩张的病变;缺点:材料较硬,对血管形状的适应性差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双水平顺应性医用球囊。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明的双水平顺应性医用球囊,此球囊在第一水平下具有6~11%的直径方向上的膨胀率,所述第一水平指公称压力以上至公称压力+6atm的膨胀压力范围;
此球囊在第二水平下具有4~8%的直径方向上的膨胀率,所述第二水平指公称压力+6atm至公称压力+14atm的膨胀压力范围内。
由上述本发明提供的技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例提供的双水平顺应性医用球囊,在第一水平下(低压范围内)球囊直径变化迅速,可通过控制压力精确调控球囊直径;在第二水平下(高压范围内)球囊直径变化较小,能集中压力完全扩开病变(尤其是严重钙化的病变)或使得支架充分扩张和贴壁,同时减少对血管内表面的损伤。因而此发明的球囊既可以用于预扩张,又可以用于后扩张。

具体实施方式
下面将对本发明实施例作进一步地详细描述。本发明实施例中未作详细描述的内容属于本领域专业技术人员公知的现有技术。
本发明的双水平顺应性医用球囊,其较佳的具体实施方式是:
此球囊在第一水平下具有6~11%的直径方向上的膨胀率,所述第一水平指公称压力以上至公称压力+6atm的膨胀压力范围;
此球囊在第二水平下具有4~8%的直径方向上的膨胀率,所述第二水平指公称压力
+6atm至公称压力+14atm的膨胀压力范围。
优选的:
此球囊在第一水平下具有8~10%的直径方向上的膨胀率;
此球囊在第二水平下具有4~6%的直径方向上的膨胀率。
所述球囊是由单层材料构成的单层球囊或由多层材料构成的复合球囊,或者是单层球囊或复合球囊与金属材料形成的组合球囊。
所述球囊的截面形状为圆形、椭圆或不规则形状。
所述球囊材料为尼龙12、Pebax 25D、Pebax 35D、Pebax 55D、Pebax 63D、Pebax70D、Pebax 72D、TPU、PET、PE、金属中的一种或多种。
本发明的双水平顺应性医用球囊,在第一水平下(低压范围内)球囊直径变化迅速,可通过控制压力精确调控球囊直径;在第二水平下(高压范围内)球囊直径变化较小,能集中压力完全扩开病变(尤其是严重钙化的病变)或使得支架充分扩张和贴壁,同时减少对血管内表面的损伤。因而此发明的球囊既可以用于预扩张,又可以用于后扩张。
具体实施例:
如图1所示(对比图2、图3),本发明的球囊具有双水平顺应性,即在第一水平下(公称压力(NP)以上至公称压力(NP)+约6atm的膨胀压力范围内),具有6~11%的直径方向上的膨胀率,更优选的,在此水平下,具有8~10%的直径方向上的膨胀率。此时的膨胀率通过[(公称压力+约6atm下的球囊直径)-公称压力下的球囊直径]/公称压力下的球囊直径*100%来计算;在第二水平下(公称压力(NP)+约6atm至公称压力(NP)+约14atm的膨胀压力范围内),具有4~8%的直径方向上的膨胀率,优选的,在此水平下,具有4~6%的直径方向上的膨胀率,此时的膨胀率通过[(公称压力+约14atm下的球囊直径)-(公称压力+约6atm下的球囊直径)]/(公称压力+约6atm下的球囊直径)*100%来计算。
在本说明书中,“公称压力(NP)”是指使球囊膨胀至既定直径所需的压力;“球囊直径”是指球囊起扩张作用部分的平均外径。
本发明的球囊的各层材料中还可加入X射线不透过性物质。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的球囊具有双水平顺应性,在第一水平下(低压范围内)球囊直径变化迅速,可通过控制压力精确调控球囊直径;在第二水平下(高压范围内)球囊直径变化较小,能集中压力完全扩开病变(尤其是严重钙化的病变)或使得支架充分扩张和贴壁,同时减少对血管内表面的损伤。因而此发明的球囊既可以用于预扩张,又可以用于后扩张。
具体实施例的球囊是通过以下技术方案实现的:
方法一:
1)将单一材料直接挤出或多种材料共混挤出形成一定尺寸的单层管材,或者将单一材料或多种材料利用共挤出技术形成一定尺寸的多层挤出管材(多层管材的内层材料相对柔软,一般为弹性体,或者为弹性体与非弹性的复合材料,外层材料则相对较硬。为了提高内外层材料间的边界粘附力,可考虑加入粘结层作为中间层,其材料可以为含弹性体或不含弹性体的材料或复合材料)。
2)将该管材在一定温度下轴向拉伸成颈形成料泡。具体的,应在该管材各材料的玻璃化温度到熔融温度的范围内对其进行双向轴向拉伸,拉伸率应不超过材料本身最大拉伸率。料泡形成后冷却至该管材各材料的玻璃化温度以下。
3)将此料泡于球囊模具内在一定压力、温度、拉伸率下进行吹塑。具体的,将冷却后的料泡在各材料的玻璃化温度到熔融温度范围内对其加压,同时对料泡进行双向轴向拉伸,使其在半径方向上膨胀的同时长度方向上延伸并贴合球囊模具。此次拉伸率应不超过材料本身最大拉伸率。
4)维持一定压力及温度,根据需要对已双向轴向拉伸的球囊的锥度进行再拉伸,使得锥度部分的壁厚降低,保持球囊形状。具体的,所选压力应在球囊预期爆破压之上,所选的温度应在该管材各材料的玻璃化温度到熔融温度范围内。
5)将球囊冷却至各材料的玻璃化温度以下,取出球囊。
方法二:
1)参考方法一中的步骤成型单层或复合球囊。
2)在已成型的球囊外表面,覆盖一层金属编织物,两者组合在一起即为组合球囊。此编织物有一定的变形空间,在第一水平下(低压范围内),此编织物随球囊受压膨胀而同时变形;而在第二水平下(高压范围内),此编织物的变形接近其极限,从而起到限制球囊直径变化的作用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,可轻易想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书的保护范围为准。

1.一种双水平顺应性医用球囊,其特征在于:
此球囊在第一水平下具有6~11%的直径方向上的膨胀率,所述第一水平指公称压力以上至公称压力+6atm的膨胀压力范围;
此球囊在第二水平下具有4~8%的直径方向上的膨胀率,所述第二水平指公称压力+6atm至公称压力+14atm的膨胀压力范围。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双水平顺应性医用球囊,其特征在于:
此球囊在第一水平下具有8~10%的直径方向上的膨胀率;
此球囊在第二水平下具有4~6%的直径方向上的膨胀率。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的双水平顺应性医用球囊,其特征在于,所述球囊是由单层材料构成的单层球囊或由多层材料构成的复合球囊,或者是单层球囊或复合球囊与金属材料形成的组合球囊。
4.根据权利要求3所述的双水平顺应性医用球囊,其特征在于,所述球囊的截面形状为圆形、椭圆或不规则形状。
5.根据权利要求4所述的双水平顺应性医用球囊,其特征在于,所述球囊材料为尼龙12、Pebax 25D、Pebax 35D、Pebax 55D、Pebax 63D、Pebax 70D、Pebax 72D、TPU、PET、PE、金属中的一种或多种。
