Abstract
本发明公开了一种除草剂、除草剂用助剂及其制备方法、使用方法。所述的制备方法包含下列步骤:介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥加入50重量份至100重量份的纯水,接着添加介于5重量份至20重量份之间的表面活性剂,再添加介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类,再进一步添加介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾,即可制备所述除草剂用助剂,使用上可将所述除草剂用助剂单独使用或添加于除草剂,若要作为除草剂使用,则可不添加所述表面活性剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除草剂,特别涉及一种对人体危害性相对较低的除草剂、除草剂用助剂及其制备方法、使用方法。
背景技术
除草剂除了一般去除杂草的目的外,为方便采收作物(例如玉米、豆类等),于实务上也会利用除草剂进行落叶处理,使作物有较为一致的成熟与干枯。
除草剂中的巴拉刈由于有落叶效果佳、便宜易取的优点,因此在过去一直是台湾广受使用的除草剂。但巴拉刈对人体来说致死率非常高,因此近来各界不断呼吁禁用或加强管制。
针对上述问题,过去虽有技术是用来降低巴拉刈的危害性,例如台湾专利公告第229153号的「用于抑制巴拉刈所引致的毒性的医药组成物」,或者是添加呕吐剂、臭味剂、警戒色素、抑制吸收成分等方式,但仍成效有限,也因此台湾近来已经规划在2019年2月1日起全面禁用。
因此,如何开发出其他落叶效果佳且对人体低危害的除草剂,以取代巴拉刈或风险性相当的除草剂,便成为各界亟欲解决的课题。
发明内容
爰此,本发明人为开发出其他落叶效果佳且对人体低危害的除草剂,而提出一种除草剂,包含:介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾;介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类,所述油类为矿物油或/及植物油;介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥。

本发明还提出了一种除草剂用助剂的制备方法,包含下列步骤:介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥加入50重量份至100重量份的纯水,以形成一第一混合溶液;将介于5重量份至20重量份之间的表面活性剂加入该第一混合溶液中,以形成一第二混合溶液;将介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类加入该第二混合溶液中,以形成一第三混合溶液;将介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾加入该第三混合溶液,以形成一除草剂用助剂。
本发明还提出了一种除草剂用助剂的使用方法,是使用如前所述的除草剂用助剂,将所述除草剂用助剂添加于一除草剂中进行喷洒作业,所述除草剂用助剂的含量为0.1重量份至5重量份,该除草剂选自由磺酰脲类除草剂、磺酰胺类除草剂、嘧唑啉酮类除草剂、三嗪类除草剂、环己烯酮类除草剂、芳氧基苯氧羧酸类除草剂、三酮类除草剂、有机磷类除草剂所组成之群组;或者于除草剂喷雾作业时以0.1重量份至5重量份的用量在除草剂喷洒液中喷雾。
进一步,所述油类选自由石蜡油、甘油、大豆油、花生油、棉籽油、菜籽油、棕榈油、椰子油、可可油、烷基化的酯化植物油所组成的群组。
进一步,所述氮肥选自无机肥或/及有机肥。
进一步,所述无机肥选自由硫酸铵、硝酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、钼酸铵、氨水所组成的群组;所述有机肥为尿素。
进一步,所述表面活性剂选自由甲基纤维素、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂所组成的群组。
进一步,所述表面活性剂选自由烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧、烷基醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧丙烯醚类、烷基二苯醚类、芐基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基萘磺酸盐类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚类、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基磷酸酯类、季铵盐类、烷基吡啶盐类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物盐类、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、松香酸环氧乙烷类、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物及其衍生物、山梨醇脂肪酸酯及其环氧乙烷加成物、苯酚衍生物乙氧基化物、甲缩壬基酚乙氧基化物、苯酚衍生物乙氧基丙氧基化物、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯类所组成的群组。
进一步,所述表面活性剂选自由烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧烷基醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧丙烯醚类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚类、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物盐类、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物所组成的群组。
根据上述技术特征可达成以下功效:
1.采用对人体危害较低的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾与高量氮肥来作为除草剂或除草剂用助剂,以提供高人体危害性除草剂(例如巴拉刈)的替代方案。
2.除草剂或除草剂用助剂含有矿物油或/及植物油的油类,使除草剂或除草剂用助剂可有效附着于植物表面,使植物可快速被脱水、干燥。
3.除草剂用助剂含有表面活性剂而可充分混合于除草剂中。

具体实施方式
综合上述技术特征,本发明除草剂、除草剂用助剂及其制备方法、使用方法的主要功效将可于下述实施例清楚呈现。
以下揭示本发明第一实施例一种除草剂,包含:介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾,用以使植物脱水;介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类,所述油类为矿物油或/及植物油,藉此让除草剂可藉由油类有效附着于植物表面;介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥,用以藉由高量氮肥使植物无法及时代谢氨,造成植物氨中毒,而可达到除草目的。
举例来说,所述油类可选自由石蜡油、甘油、大豆油、花生油、棉籽油、菜籽油、棕榈油、椰子油、可可油、烷基化的酯化植物油所组成的群组。所述氮肥可选自无机肥或/及有机肥。详细而言,所述无机肥可选自由硫酸铵、硝酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、钼酸铵、氨水所组成的群组;所述有机肥为尿素。
上述除草剂实际施用的成效,可先参阅图1A、图2A、图3A及附件1-1、附件2-1、附件3-1,皆为植物尚未被喷洒前除草剂的状态。接着可分别对照图1B、图2B、图3B及附件1-2、附件2-2、附件3-2,皆为植物已经被喷洒所述除草剂且经过一天后的状态,可见植物已有明显干枯的现象。其中施用条件:除草剂与水的比例为1:100(0.1L除草剂稀释10l水)、利用喷雾器均匀喷洒于25平方公尺面积的蔬菜园畦间杂草及果树园杂草。
以下揭示本发明第二实施例除草剂用助剂,主要包含:介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾;介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类,所述油类为矿物油或/及植物油;介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥;介于5重量份至20重量份之间的表面活性剂。较佳的比例为:50重量份的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾、5重量份的油类(矿物油或/及植物油)、30重量份的氮肥、10重量份的表面活性剂。
所述油类可选自由石蜡油、甘油、大豆油、花生油、棉籽油、菜籽油、棕榈油、椰子油、可可油、烷基化的酯化植物油所组成的群组。
所述氮肥可选自无机肥或/及有机肥。详细而言,所述无机肥可选自由硫酸铵、硝酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、钼酸铵、氨水所组成的群组;所述有机肥为尿素。
所述表面活性剂可选自由甲基纤维素、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂所组成的群组。详细而言,所述表面活性剂可选自由烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧、烷基醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧丙烯醚类、烷基二苯醚类、芐基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基萘磺酸盐类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚类、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基磷酸酯类、季铵盐类、烷基吡啶盐类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物盐类、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、松香酸环氧乙烷类、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物及其衍生物、山梨醇脂肪酸酯及其环氧乙烷加成物、苯酚衍生物乙氧基化物、甲缩壬基酚乙氧基化物、苯酚衍生物乙氧基丙氧基化物、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯类所组成的群组。或者,所述表面活性剂可选自由烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧烷基醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧丙烯醚类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚类、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物盐类、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物所组成的群组。
续请参阅图4,是进一步说明上述除草剂用助剂的制备方法,包含步骤一(S1)、步骤二(S2)、步骤三(S3)及步骤四(S4)。其中该步骤一(S1):将介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥与50重量份至100重量份的纯水相互混合,以形成一第一混合溶液。该步骤二(S2):将介于5重量份至20重量份之间的表面活性剂与该第一混合溶液相互混合,以形成一第二混合溶液。该步骤三(S3):介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类与该第二混合溶液相互混合,以形成一第三混合溶液。该步骤四(S4):将介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾与该第三混合溶液相互混合,以形成一除草剂用助剂。
上述除草剂用助剂的使用方法,是将所述除草剂用助剂添加于一除草剂中,含量约为0.1重量份至5重量份。该除草剂可选自由磺酰脲类除草剂、磺酰胺类除草剂、嘧唑啉酮类除草剂、三嗪类除草剂、环己烯酮类除草剂、芳氧基苯氧羧酸类除草剂、三酮类除草剂、有机磷类除草剂所组成的群组。或者,使用上也可于除草剂喷雾作业时以0.1重量份至5重量份的用量在除草剂喷洒液中喷雾。
综合上述实施例的说明,当可充分了解本发明的操作、使用及本发明产生的功效,惟以上所述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,当不能以此限定本发明实施的范围,即依本发明申请专利范围及发明说明内容所作简单的等效变化与修饰,皆属本发明涵盖的范围内。
Claims (13)
1.一种除草剂,其特征在于:
介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾;
介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类,所述油类为矿物油或/及植物油;
介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥。
2.如权利要求1所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述油类选自由石蜡油、甘油、大豆油、花生油、棉籽油、菜籽油、棕榈油、椰子油、可可油、烷基化的酯化植物油所组成的群组。
3.如权利要求1所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述氮肥选自无机肥或/及有机肥。
4.如权利要求3所述的除草剂,其特征在于,所述无机肥选自由硫酸铵、硝酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、钼酸铵、氨水所组成的群组;所述有机肥为尿素。
5.一种除草剂用助剂,包含:
介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾;
介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类,所述油类为矿物油或/及植物油;
介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥;
介于5重量份至20重量份之间的表面活性剂。
6.如权利要求5所述的除草剂用助剂,其特征在于,所述油类选自由石蜡油、甘油、大豆油、花生油、棉籽油、菜籽油、棕榈油、椰子油、可可油、烷基化的酯化植物油所组成的群组。
7.如权利要求5所述的除草剂用助剂,其特征在于,所述氮肥选自无机肥或/及有机肥。
8.如权利要求7所述的除草剂用助剂,其特征在于,所述无机肥选自由硫酸铵、硝酸铵、磷酸氢二铵、磷酸二氢铵、钼酸铵、氨水所组成的群组;所述有机肥为尿素。
9.如权利要求5所述的除草剂用助剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自由甲基纤维素、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、阳离子型表面活性剂所组成的群组。
10.如权利要求5所述的除草剂用助剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自由烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧、烷基醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧丙烯醚类、烷基二苯醚类、芐基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基萘磺酸盐类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚类、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基磷酸酯类、季铵盐类、烷基吡啶盐类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物盐类、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物、松香酸环氧乙烷类、蓖麻油环氧乙烷加成物及其衍生物、山梨醇脂肪酸酯及其环氧乙烷加成物、苯酚衍生物乙氧基化物、甲缩壬基酚乙氧基化物、苯酚衍生物乙氧基丙氧基化物、聚乙二醇月桂酸酯类所组成的群组。
11.如权利要求5所述的除草剂用助剂,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂选自由烷氧基聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧烷基醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧丙烯醚类、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚类、聚氧乙烯三硅氧烷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚类、乙二醇聚氧乙烯醚类、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物盐类、脂肪酸环氧乙烷加成物所组成的群组。
12.一种除草剂用助剂的制备方法,其特征在于包含下列步骤:
介于5重量份至30重量份之间的氮肥与50重量份至100重量份的纯水相互混合,以形成一第一混合溶液;
介于5重量份至20重量份之间的表面活性剂与该第一混合溶液相互混合,以形成一第二混合溶液;
介于5重量份至30重量份之间的油类与该第二混合溶液相互混合,以形成一第三混合溶液;
将介于30重量份至60重量份之间的氯酸钠或/及氯酸钾与该第三混合溶液相互混合,以形成一除草剂用助剂。
13.一种除草剂用助剂的使用方法,其特征在于是使用如权利要求5至11任一项所述的除草剂用助剂,将所述除草剂用助剂添加于一除草剂中进行喷洒作业,所述除草剂用助剂的含量为0.1重量份至5重量份,该除草剂选自由磺酰脲类除草剂、磺酰胺类除草剂、嘧唑啉酮类除草剂、三嗪类除草剂、环己烯酮类除草剂、芳氧基苯氧羧酸类除草剂、三酮类除草剂、有机磷类除草剂所组成的群组;或者于除草剂喷雾作业时以0.1重量份至5重量份的用量在除草剂喷洒液中喷雾。
