Abstract
一种防弯折器件,有一个铰接元件4,该元件朝

Description
本发明涉及计算机系统用的一种由合成材料制成的防弯折器件,特别是用在这样一种场合的防弯器件:电缆从插头伸出后被导引通过一个铰接元件,铰接元件朝电缆的方向逐渐变细,且可因材料中形成的凹口而弹性地弯向至少一侧,铰接元件本身则由一个用以容纳插头的一部分的壳体连接。
防止电缆插头弯折的上述那种器件通常是用以防止电缆以太小的弯曲半径弯曲时断裂。这对电缆插头非常重要,特别是多诸如计算机系统这种通信网络,此时,为贯彻全世界电信和数据通信在接线上接头的标准化规范,采用具有多根极细的铜线的微型插头。
这种防弯折器件通常既可与插头及电缆模制在一起,也可在配线之后从电缆侧放大插头上然后闭锁或用胶固定住。
在上述两种情况下,接头中发生故障或变化时,插头就不能用,必须更换,包括馈线和防弯折器件大内都要更换。
因此本发明的目的是提供上述那一种可就地使用、可任意拆除或更换的防弯折器件。
按照本发明,上述目的是这样实现的:壳体由带铰接元件的部件构成并制成两瓣半硬壳式结构,两瓣结构最好通过一个薄膜折叶连接起来,使它们可彼此摆开或合拢。
上述措施使上述插头连同防弯折器件可以任意就地配备,防弯折器件可任意更换,以便例如打上一定颜色的连接标志。
为确保两瓣半硬壳结构易于使用同时可靠锁定,本发明的最好设计得使封闭的半硬壳式结构可以借助于可释放开的悬臂件锁定。
下面参照附图更详细地说明本发明主题的一个实施例,附图中:
图1示出了防弯折器件大插头内连同电缆连接的原理示意图;
图2示出了本发明防弯折器件的一个实施例大在开位置时的顶视图;
图3示出了图2结构的侧视图;
图4示出了从图2闭合着的结构的插头侧看去的正视图;
图5示出了从图2闭合进的结构的电缆侧看去的正视图。
图1的防弯折器件有一个铰接元件4,铰接元件4朝电缆的方向上逐渐变细,借助于材料中的凹口5(图2)可弹性弯曲,它有一个插头电缆3,且在插头侧由容纳插头1的壳体2连接。
所述防弯折器件最好由合成材料制成。
所述防弯折器件最好用在屏蔽的AMP插头和DDKRJ 45插头1中。
按照本发明,壳体2由一个带铰接元件4的部件构成,如图2至5所求的那样,制成两瓣用薄膜折叶8连接起来因而可以彼此开闭的半硬壳式结构6,7,从而可任意加以更换而不致损坏。
在本实施例中,关闭的半硬壳式结构6,7可借助于可释放开的悬臂件锁定。所述悬臂件有一个舌状的悬臂18模制在防弯折器件的导线侧,半硬壳式结构6,7关闭时,该悬臂件围绕一个半硬壳式结构取向,然后钩入倒钩18′中。此外,T字形舌片19模制在插头侧的一端,该舌片在关闭情况下嵌入另一个半硬壳式结构的平底槽10′中。
本发明的防弯折器件可制成各种颜色,壳体元件2的扁平部分特别可以附上标签。
Claims (2)
1、电缆插头用的特别是计算机系统等用的一种由合成材料制成的防弯折器件,电缆从插头伸出后通过一个铰接元件引导,铰接元件朝电缆的方向逐渐变细,且借开在材料中的凹口而可弹性地弯向至少一侧,铰接元件本身则由一个用以容纳插头的一部分的壳体连接,其特征在于,壳体(2)由一个带铰接元件(4)的部件制成,实际上由两瓣半硬壳式结构(6,7)构成,两瓣半硬壳式结构(6,7)最好通过薄膜折叶(8)彼此连接起来,从而使它们可以彼此摆开或合拢。
2、如权利要求1所述的防弯折器件,其特征在于,关闭的半硬壳式结构(6,7)可借助于悬臂件(18,18′;19,19′)加以锁定。
