Abstract
本发明涉及一种提高烧结余热锅炉煮炉和启动效率的装置,包括低压汽包、中压汽包、给水泵,低压汽包和中压汽包上分别连接紧急放水管路,低压汽包的紧急放水管路上依次设有低压汽包紧急放水一次阀和低压汽包紧急放水二次阀,中压汽包的紧急放水管路上依次设有中压汽包紧急放水一次阀和中压汽包紧急放水二次阀,低压汽包的紧急放水管路和中压汽包的紧急放水管路之间连接有汽包联络管道,汽包联络管道上设有汽包联络管调节阀组。利用汽包联络管道和汽包联络管调节阀组在中压汽包、低压汽包之间形成自然循环,在锅炉煮炉阶段,使中压、低压汽包同步完成煮炉,缩短工期,提高低压汽包煮炉效率;锅炉投产后可缩短启动时间1.5小时以上,提升发电量。

技术领域
本发明涉及烧结余热锅炉技术领域,具体涉及一种提高烧结余热锅炉煮炉和启动效率的装置。
背景技术
钢铁企业现有烧结余热锅炉多为双汽包结构布置,两汽包汽水系统相对独立,仅通过给水泵将炉水由低压汽包单向强制转移至中压汽包,在锅炉投用前煮炉过程中,低压汽包中的煮炉药剂不断向中压汽包转移,导致低压汽包煮炉药剂达不到煮炉要求,被迫不断向低压汽包补充药剂,煮炉周期被迫延长,造成资源和时间成本浪费;中压汽包中煮炉药剂浓度过高,金属被腐蚀,影响设备寿命。烧结余热锅炉投产前煮炉阶段,低压汽包煮炉合格时间晚于中压汽包48小时。投产后,每次锅炉启动时,低压汽包具备正常除氧工作条件时间晚于中压汽包1.5小时。
因中压、低压汽水系统在尾部烟道内按烟气温度从高到低顺序布置,故中压汽包与低压汽包的工作压力、温度分别为2.0MPa、200℃和0.4MPa、375℃,差别较大,锅炉启动过程中,中压汽包、低压汽包分别达到工作条件的时间相差约2小时。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种提高烧结余热锅炉煮炉和启动效率的装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种提高烧结余热锅炉煮炉和启动效率的装置,包括低压汽包、中压汽包、给水泵,还包括汽包联络管道、中压过热器、汽轮机,所述低压汽包与给水泵的入口连接,给水泵的出口通过中压省煤器与中压汽包连接,中压汽包通过饱和蒸汽管路与中压过热器入口连接,中压过热器的出口通过过热蒸汽管路与汽轮机连接,汽轮机通过凝结水管路与低压汽包连接。
所述低压汽包和中压汽包上分别连接紧急放水管路,低压汽包的紧急放水管路上依次设有低压汽包紧急放水一次阀和低压汽包紧急放水二次阀,中压汽包的紧急放水管路上依次设有中压汽包紧急放水一次阀和中压汽包紧急放水二次阀,低压汽包的紧急放水管路和中压汽包的紧急放水管路之间连接有汽包联络管道,汽包联络管道上设有汽包联络管调节阀组。
所述低压汽包紧急放水二次阀设置于低压汽包紧急放水一次阀之后,中压汽包紧急放水二次阀设置于中压汽包紧急放水一次阀之后。
所述汽包联络管道的一端与低压汽包紧急放水一次阀和低压汽包紧急放水二次阀之间的紧急放水管路连通,另一端与中压汽包紧急放水一次阀和中压汽包紧急放水二次阀之间的紧急放水管路连通。
所述凝结水管路上设置有凝结水泵。
本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明可在烧结余热锅炉煮炉阶段和启动阶段,利用汽包联络管道和汽包联络管调节阀组在中压汽包、低压汽包之间形成自然循环,在锅炉煮炉阶段,可使中压、低压汽包同步完成煮炉,缩短工期,提高低压汽包煮炉效率,加速锅炉启动过程中低压汽包升温升压时间,保护中压汽包免受过度煮炉。锅炉投产后,每次启动时可缩短启动时间1.5小时以上,可提升发电量。

以下是本发明的具体实施例,对本发明的技术方案做进一步描述,但是本发明的保护范围并不限于这些实施例。凡是不背离本发明构思的改变或等同替代均包括在本发明的保护范围之内。
如图1所示,一种提高烧结余热锅炉煮炉和启动效率的装置,包括低压汽包7、中压汽包8、给水泵9,还包括汽包联络管道3、中压过热器12、汽轮机14,所述低压汽包7与给水泵9的入口连接,给水泵9的出口通过中压省煤器10与中压汽包8连接,中压汽包8通过饱和蒸汽管路11与中压过热器12入口连接,中压过热器12的出口通过过热蒸汽管路13与汽轮机14连接,汽轮机14通过凝结水管路15与低压汽包7连接,凝结水管路15上设置有凝结水泵16。
低压汽包7和中压汽包8上分别连接紧急放水管路,低压汽包7的紧急放水管路上依次设有低压汽包紧急放水一次阀5和低压汽包紧急放水二次阀1,低压汽包紧急放水二次阀1设置于低压汽包紧急放水一次阀5之后,中压汽包8的紧急放水管路上依次设有中压汽包紧急放水一次阀6和中压汽包紧急放水二次阀2,中压汽包紧急放水二次阀2设置于中压汽包紧急放水一次阀6之后。低压汽包7的紧急放水管路和中压汽包8的紧急放水管路之间连接有汽包联络管道3,汽包联络管道3上设有汽包联络管调节阀组4。汽包联络管道3的一端与低压汽包紧急放水一次阀5和低压汽包紧急放水二次阀1之间的紧急放水管路连通,另一端与中压汽包紧急放水一次阀6和中压汽包紧急放水二次阀2之间的紧急放水管路连通。
中温中压蒸汽由过热蒸汽管路13进入汽轮机14完成做工后被凝结成冷凝水,冷凝水经凝结水管路15由凝结水泵16打入低压汽包7,而后经给水泵9增压、经中压省煤器10加热升温后进入中压汽包8,中压汽包8中的饱和蒸汽由饱和蒸汽管路11经中压过热器12加热后形成的中温中压蒸汽进入汽轮机14做工,如此往复循环。
在煮炉阶段,开启低压汽包紧急放水一次阀5、关闭低压汽包紧急放水二次阀1,开启中压汽包紧急放水一次阀6、关闭中压汽包紧急放水二次阀2,根据所需工况调节汽包联络管调节阀组4的开度。如此,中压汽包8中药剂浓度超标的炉水可经由汽包联络管道3返回至低压汽包7中,均匀两汽包炉水药剂浓度,同时可在金属允许工作条件范围内适当提高低压汽包温度、压力,实现同步完成煮炉。
投产后的锅炉启动阶段,开启低压汽包紧急放水一次阀5、关闭低压汽包紧急放水二次阀1,开启中压汽包紧急放水一次阀6、关闭中压汽包紧急放水二次阀2,通过调节汽包联络管调节阀组4开度,可加快低压汽包升温速度,提前1.5小时达到正常工况。
锅炉启动后正常运行时,关闭低压汽包紧急放水二次阀1、关闭低压汽包紧急放水一次阀5,关闭中压汽包紧急放水一次阀6、关闭中压汽包紧急放水二次阀2、关闭汽包联络管调节阀组4,锅炉可正常运行。
本发明不局限于上述实施方式,任何人应得知在本发明的启示下作出的结构变化,凡是与本发明具有相同或相近的技术方案,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
本发明未详细描述的技术、形状、构造部分均为公知技术。
Claims (2)
1.一种提高烧结余热锅炉煮炉和启动效率的装置,包括低压汽包、中压汽包、给水泵,其特征在于,还包括汽包联络管道、中压过热器、汽轮机,所述低压汽包与给水泵的入口连接,给水泵的出口通过中压省煤器与中压汽包连接,中压汽包通过饱和蒸汽管路与中压过热器入口连接,中压过热器的出口通过过热蒸汽管路与汽轮机连接,汽轮机通过凝结水管路与低压汽包连接,凝结水管路上设置有凝结水泵;
低压汽包和中压汽包上分别连接紧急放水管路,低压汽包的紧急放水管路上依次设有低压汽包紧急放水一次阀和低压汽包紧急放水二次阀,中压汽包的紧急放水管路上依次设有中压汽包紧急放水一次阀和中压汽包紧急放水二次阀,低压汽包的紧急放水管路和中压汽包的紧急放水管路之间连接有汽包联络管道,汽包联络管道上设有汽包联络管调节阀组;
所述汽包联络管道的一端与低压汽包紧急放水一次阀和低压汽包紧急放水二次阀之间的紧急放水管路连通,另一端与中压汽包紧急放水一次阀和中压汽包紧急放水二次阀之间的紧急放水管路连通;
投产后的锅炉启动阶段,开启低压汽包紧急放水一次阀、关闭低压汽包紧急放水二次阀,开启中压汽包紧急放水一次阀、关闭中压汽包紧急放水二次阀,通过调节汽包联络管调节阀组开度,从而加快低压汽包升温速度。
2.如权利要求1所述的提高烧结余热锅炉煮炉和启动效率的装置,其特征在于,所述低压汽包紧急放水二次阀设置于低压汽包紧急放水一次阀之后,中压汽包紧急放水二次阀设置于中压汽包紧急放水一次阀之后。
