本发明公开了一种新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,它包括外壳、内透镜、电路板、信号接收器、散热铝基座;所述电路板设有LED灯,所述外壳具有容腔,下端开放,散热铝基座与外壳配合装配以形成整体;所述散热铝基座具有向上突起的承放架,内透镜与电路板放置在所述承放架,且内透镜与电路板贴合放置;所述散热铝基座的上端面设有若干个凸部,所述信号接收器安装在所述凸部。它具有结构简单、配合紧凑,使用方便,设计合理,美观大方;因此,它是一种技术性和经济性均具有优越性能的产品。

【技术领域】
本发明主要涉及一种新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯。
【背景技术】
汽车的高位制动灯也称为第三制动灯,是汽车的一种信号灯具,能起到辅助制动灯的作用。汽车高位制动灯一般安装在汽车后挡风玻璃的上部,当汽车驾驶员踩下制动踏板时,制动灯即亮起,警示后面的车辆注意,不要追尾;当驾车人松开制动踏板时制动灯即熄灭。市面上汽车的鲨鱼鳍一般用作装饰、汽车天线接收器用,功能过于单一,浪费材料资源,为了更好地利用好该部位,我们针对该部位进行了改造。
【发明内容】
为解决上述问题,本发明提出了一种新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯。
一种新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,它包括外壳、内透镜、电路板、信号接收器、散热铝基座;所述电路板设有LED灯,所述外壳具有容腔,下端开放,散热铝基座与外壳配合装配以形成整体;
所述散热铝基座具有向上突起的承放架,内透镜与电路板放置在所述承放架,且内透镜与电路板贴合放置;所述散热铝基座的上端面设有若干个凸部,所述信号接收器安装在所述凸部。
优选地,所述承放架具有弯曲的扣部,所述扣部与承放架端面具有间隔。
优选地,所述外壳的两侧面为向内的弯曲弧面。
优选地,所述散热铝基座的底部向下延伸出插接杆体。
优选地,所述插接杆体的底端设有连接螺纹。
优选地,所述插接杆体为空心结构。
优选地,插接杆体与散热铝基座的交接处设有通孔。
本发明同背景技术相比所产生的有益效果:
本发明提供了一种新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,市面上汽车的鲨鱼鳍一般用作装饰、汽车天线接收器用,本发明首次将高位制动灯功能和天线功能结合在一起,它用作高位制动灯为市场未有。它采用LED光源直射,光通过内透镜聚焦再发射出外。体积小,节约空间,并且可以减少一个零部件,降低生产成本。

本发明提供的较佳实施例:如图1~图3所示,一种新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,它包括外壳10、内透镜20、电路板30、信号接收器40、散热铝基座50;所述外壳10的两侧面为向内的弯曲弧面11。所述电路板30设有LED灯,所述外壳10具有容腔11,下端开放,散热铝基座50与外壳10配合装配以形成整体;
所述散热铝基座50具有向上突起的承放架51,内透镜20与电路板30放置在所述承放架51,且内透镜20与电路板30贴合放置;所述散热铝基座50的上端面设有若干个凸部52,所述信号接收器40安装在所述凸部52。所述承放架51具有弯曲的扣部53,所述扣部53与承放架51端面具有间隔,便于电路板插紧在承放架。
所述散热铝基座50的底部向下延伸出插接杆体54,所述插接杆体54的底端设有连接螺纹,所述插接杆体54为空心结构,方便走线;插接杆体54与散热铝基座50的交接处设有通孔55,新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯的走线穿过通孔55由插接杆体54串出。
鲨鱼鳍一般用作装饰、汽车天线接收器用,本专利首次将高位制动灯功能和天线功能结合在一起,它用作高位制动灯为市场未有。它采用LED光源直射,光通过内透镜聚焦再发射出外。体积小,节约空间,并且可以减少一个零部件,降低生产成本。

1.一种新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,其特征在于:它包括外壳、内透镜、电路板、信号接收器、散热铝基座;所述电路板设有LED灯,所述外壳具有容腔,下端开放,散热铝基座与外壳配合装配以形成整体;
所述散热铝基座具有向上突起的承放架,内透镜与电路板放置在所述承放架,且内透镜与电路板贴合放置;所述散热铝基座的上端面设有若干个凸部,所述信号接收器安装在所述凸部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,其特征在于:所述承放架具有弯曲的扣部,所述扣部与承放架端面具有间隔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,其特征在于:所述外壳的两侧面为向内的弯曲弧面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,其特征在于:所述散热铝基座的底部向下延伸出插接杆体。
5.根据权利要求4所述的新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,其特征在于:所述插接杆体的底端设有连接螺纹。
6.根据权利要求4所述的新型鲨鱼鳍高位制动灯,其特征在于:所述插接杆体为空心结构。
