As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the waterproof roll paving device according to the present invention includes a substrate 4, a material placing device is disposed on a lower side of the substrate 4, the material placing device includes two first fixing plates 51 disposed in parallel, the first fixing plates 51 are fixed on a lower side of the substrate 4, one of the first fixing plates 51 is fixedly connected with a fixed insert roller 52, the other first fixing plate 51 is provided with a slide hole, an internal thread is disposed in the slide hole, a slide column 53 is slidably connected in the slide hole, an external thread is disposed on an outer side of the slide column 53, the slide column 53 can be in threaded fit connection with the internal thread of the slide hole, one end of the slide column 53 is fixedly connected with a movable insert roller 54, the fixed insert roller 52 and the movable insert roller 54 are coaxial and disposed opposite to each other, a circular pipe 100 of waterproof material is disposed between the fixed insert roller 52 and the movable insert roller 54, the circular pipe 100 is clamped between the fixed insert roller 52 and the movable insert roller 54 by rotating the slide column 53, the waterproof roll is laid by the movement of the trolley 1. The sliding column 53 is also fixedly connected with a hexagonal plate 55 which is convenient for rotating the sliding column 53, and the sliding column 53 is convenient to rotate through the hexagonal plate 55, so that the waterproof material can be quickly installed, detached or replaced.
A heating device for heating the waterproof roll is installed on one side of the substrate 4, and the heating device is used for heating the waterproof roll 200 to melt the glue on the back of the waterproof roll 200. The heating device comprises two parallel mounting plates 61, the two mounting plates 61 are welded and fixed with the substrate 4, a guide rod 62 is fixedly connected between the two mounting plates 61, a screw rod 63 is connected between the two mounting plates 61 in a rotating fit manner, one end of the screw rod 63 penetrates through the mounting plates 61 and extends out of the mounting plates 61, a motor 64 used for driving the screw rod 63 to rotate is mounted on the mounting plates 61, and a main shaft of the motor 64 is coaxial and fixedly connected with the screw rod 63.
The heating device further comprises a sliding block 71, a sliding hole 711 and a screw rod threaded hole 712 are formed in one side of the sliding block 71, the guide rod 62 penetrates through the sliding hole 711, the screw rod 63 is in threaded fit connection with the screw rod threaded hole 712, and the sliding block 71 can slide back and forth along the guide rod 62 through the sliding hole 711. The lower side of the sliding block 71 is fixedly welded with the connecting block 72, the lower side of the connecting block 72 is provided with a swinging groove 721, the swinging groove 721 is fixedly hinged with the swinging block 73 through a hinge shaft 731, one side of the swinging block 73 is provided with a mounting hole, and the spray gun 74 is fixedly connected in the mounting hole. The screw 63 is driven by the motor 64 to rotate forwards or backwards, so that the sliding block 71 is driven to slide back and forth along the guide rod 62, the back of the waterproof roll 200 is uniformly heated, and the glue can be fully melted.
In order to better embody the technical effects of the present invention, the heating device further includes a swing means for driving the swing block 73 to swing within the swing groove 721. Specifically, the swinging device includes a vertical plate 75 fixedly connected to the upper side of the slider 71, the vertical plate 75 is fixedly connected to one end of a spring 76, the other end of the spring 76 is fixedly connected to a circular plate 77, one side of the circular plate 77, which is far away from the spring 76, is fixedly connected to a circular ball 78, one side of the circular plate 77 is fixedly connected to a vertical rod 771, the vertical rod 771 is hinged to one end of a fixed first connecting rod 772, the other end of the first connecting rod 772 is fixedly connected to one end of a second connecting rod 773, and the other end of the second connecting rod 773.
Every mounting panel 61 one side all is equipped with the sliding tray 65 of vertical setting, and two sliding trays 65 set up relatively, are equipped with guide rail 66 between two mounting panels 61, and the both ends one-to-one of guide rail 66 stretches into to two sliding tray 65 in, and guide rail 66 can follow sliding tray 65 and slide from top to bottom. The guide rail 66 comprises a cross rod, a group of semicircular grooves 68 and a group of semicircular bosses 69 are uniformly arranged on the upper side of the cross rod, the semicircular grooves 68 and the semicircular bosses 69 are arranged in a staggered mode in a one-to-one correspondence mode, wavy slideways are formed on the upper side of the cross rod through the group of semicircular grooves 68 and the group of semicircular bosses 69, and the round balls 78 are arranged in the wavy slideways and can slide in a reciprocating mode along the wavy slideways. When the sliding block 71 moves horizontally, the spherical ball 78 swings up and down in the wavy slide way according to a wavy track, the spherical ball 78 drives the swing block 73 to swing through the vertical rod 771, the first connecting rod 772 and the second connecting rod 773 in the swinging process, and the spray gun 74 swings along with the swing block 73.
Every mounting panel 61 one side all is equipped with two locking screw holes, and the downthehole equal screw-thread fit of every locking screw connects the locking bolt 67 that is used for locking guide rail 66. When the swing angle of the spray gun 74 needs to be adjusted, the guide rail 66 is moved upwards in the sliding groove 65, the guide rail 66 is locked and fixed through the locking bolt 67, and the round ball 78 also rises along with the rising of the guide rail 66, so that the swing angle of the spray gun 74 is changed.
In order to adjust the swing amplitude of the spray gun 74, an adjusting threaded hole is formed in one side of the vertical plate 75, an adjusting bolt 79 is connected with the adjusting threaded hole in a matched mode, and the adjusting bolt 79 extends into the spring 76. The length of the adjusting bolt 79 extending into the spring 76 is controlled by rotating the adjusting bolt 79, and the longer the adjusting bolt 79 extends into the spring 76, the shorter the spring 76 can deform, so that the swing amplitude of the spray gun 74 can be indirectly adjusted.
When in use, as shown in fig. 5-6, the paving device is matched with a trolley 1, the trolley 1 adopts a flat car in the prior art, the upper side of the trolley 1 is fixedly connected with a support base plate 2, the upper side of the support base plate 2 is fixedly connected with a gas source box 3, and an oxygen and acetylene gas cylinder 31 is arranged in the gas source box 3. The base plate 4 in the paving device is rotatably connected to one side of the supporting seat plate 2 through a hinge.

The pressing device further comprises a warm air blower 83, the warm air blower 83 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the support seat plate 2, an air outlet of the warm air blower 83 is connected with one end of an air guide pipe 84, and the other end of the air guide pipe 84 faces the position between the fixed inserting roller 52 and the movable inserting roller 54. The fan heater 83 blows hot air to the waterproof roll 200 for secondary heating, so that the problems that the heating device 6 may not uniformly heat the waterproof roll 200 and part of glue is not melted are solved, and the adhesion between the waterproof roll 200 and the surface of a building is better. The cleaning plate 85 is connected to one side of the warm air blower 83, bristles 86 are evenly arranged on one side, facing the compression roller 82, of the cleaning plate 85, the bristles 86 are in contact with the compression roller 82, under the action of friction, the compression roller 82 can generate static electricity in the rotating process, the compression roller 82 can adsorb partial sundries, when the compression roller 82 presses the waterproof roll material 200, the sundries adsorbed on the compression roller 82 can damage the waterproof roll material 200, the waterproof performance of the waterproof roll material 200 is reduced, the bristles 86 are used for brushing the sundries stuck to the compression roller 82, and the damage to the waterproof roll material 200 is avoided.
