Abstract
本发明涉及竹编工艺品加工技术领域,特别涉及一种抗潮湿竹编工艺品的加工方法,包括如下步骤:工艺品预处理、高温高压处理、改性处理、成膜处理。本发明方法利用刚编织好的竹编工艺品,经多次处理之后,有效去除工艺品中容易吸水发胀的糖类物质,再经改性处理后刷保护膜,使得处理后的竹编工艺品力学性能更好,具有良好的抗潮湿效果,即便在高温潮湿环境下也能延长其保存效果。

本发明涉及竹编工艺品加工技术领域,特别涉及一种抗潮湿竹编工艺品的加工方法。
背景技术
竹子,又名竹,是禾本科的一个分支,分布在亚热带地区,又称竹类或竹子。有低矮似草,又有高如大树。通常通过地下匍匐的根茎成片生长。也可以通过开花结籽繁衍,其种子被称为竹米。为多年生植物。有一些种类的竹笋可以食用。为高大、生长迅速的禾草类植物,茎为木质。竹子不仅外表光滑美观,而且具有很好的强度和柔韧性,在编织工艺品方面有很好的应用空间,可以显著提高竹子的经济价值。
竹编编织品是由竹材等原料编织而成的产品。对应的可编织成竹编箱、竹编篮、竹编包、竹编笊篱、竹编笸箩、竹编席、竹编苇箔等。为人们的生活添加了性能良好的日用品。随着人们环保理念和复古审美的日渐提升,竹编制品在现代社会中的销量不断攀升。但因竹材是天然木质纤维材料,当在潮湿的气候条件下使用时,会因水分等问题造成变形、腐蚀、开裂等不良现象,导致材料力学性能下降,使用寿命减少,进而降低了人们的使用购买热情。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明提供一种抗潮湿竹编工艺品的加工方法。
具体是通过以下技术方案得以实现的:
一种抗潮湿竹编工艺品的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)工艺品预处理:
将刚编织好的竹编工艺品表面的毛刺、竹屑清理干净,以提高竹编工艺品表面的光滑度,再用清水冲洗10min;
(2)高温高压处理:
将竹编工艺品浸没在清水中,在1.5-2个标准大气压下煮沸20-30min,然后捞出竹编工艺品,用50-60℃的蒸馏水冲洗3-5min,以充分去除编织材料中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等水溶性物质;
(3)改性处理:
将上一步骤处理后的竹编工艺品浸没到清洗液中,在35-40℃下浸泡处理30min后取出备用,浸泡时每隔5min搅拌2min,搅拌速率为130-150r/min,最大化清洗竹编工艺品;所述的清洗液由如下重量份的物质组成:5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3-7份焦磷酸钠、8-12份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3-5份皂角提取物、300-500份去离子水;所述皂角提取物的制备方法为:将皂角加工成80-100目的粉末,将粉末与其质量8-10倍的清水混合,在40-50℃下浸泡40min得到混合液,在混合液中加入其质量0.5%的果胶酶混合均匀,用柠檬酸调节溶液ph为6-6.5,搅拌30min;用微波将溶液加热至沸腾,保温15-20min,将所得溶液经300目滤布过滤,再将滤渣与其质量10-15倍的纯净水混合,搅拌10-15min后用300目滤布过滤,合并两次滤液,将滤液减压浓缩干燥至含水量为15-25%即得;
(4)成膜处理:
将上一步骤处理过的竹编工艺品在0.3-0.4个标准大气压下,保持温度为40-45℃,放置30-40min,再将竹编工艺品表面刷一层环氧树脂改性丙烯酸树脂乳液形成保护膜,常温避光晾干即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明方法利用刚编织好的竹编工艺品,经多次处理之后,有效去除工艺品中容易吸水发胀的糖类物质,再经改性处理后刷保护膜,使得处理后的竹编工艺品力学性能更好,具有良好的抗潮湿效果,即便在高温潮湿环境下也能延长其保存效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抗潮湿竹编工艺品的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)工艺品预处理:
将刚编织好的竹编工艺品表面的毛刺、竹屑清理干净,以提高竹编工艺品表面的光滑度,再用清水冲洗10min;
(2)高温高压处理:
将竹编工艺品浸没在清水中,在1.5个标准大气压下煮沸20min,然后捞出竹编工艺品,用50℃的蒸馏水冲洗3min,以充分去除编织材料中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等水溶性物质;
(3)改性处理:

将上一步骤处理过的竹编工艺品在0.3个标准大气压下,保持温度为40℃,放置30min,再将竹编工艺品表面刷一层环氧树脂改性丙烯酸树脂乳液形成保护膜,常温避光晾干即可。
实施例2
一种抗潮湿竹编工艺品的加工方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)工艺品预处理:
将刚编织好的竹编工艺品表面的毛刺、竹屑清理干净,以提高竹编工艺品表面的光滑度,再用清水冲洗10min;
(2)高温高压处理:
将竹编工艺品浸没在清水中,在2个标准大气压下煮沸30min,然后捞出竹编工艺品,用60℃的蒸馏水冲洗5min,以充分去除编织材料中的可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白等水溶性物质;
(3)改性处理:
将上一步骤处理后的竹编工艺品浸没到清洗液中,在40℃下浸泡处理30min后取出备用,浸泡时每隔5min搅拌2min,搅拌速率为150r/min,最大化清洗竹编工艺品;所述的清洗液由如下重量份的物质组成:5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、7份焦磷酸钠、12份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、5份皂角提取物、500份去离子水;所述皂角提取物的制备方法为:将皂角加工成100目的粉末,将粉末与其质量10倍的清水混合,在50℃下浸泡40min得到混合液,在混合液中加入其质量0.5%的果胶酶混合均匀,用柠檬酸调节溶液ph为6.5,搅拌30min;用微波将溶液加热至沸腾,保温20min,将所得溶液经300目滤布过滤,再将滤渣与其质量15倍的纯净水混合,搅拌15min后用300目滤布过滤,合并两次滤液,将滤液减压浓缩干燥至含水量为25%即得;
(4)成膜处理:
将上一步骤处理过的竹编工艺品在0.4个标准大气压下,保持温度为45℃,放置40min,再将竹编工艺品表面刷一层环氧树脂改性丙烯酸树脂乳液形成保护膜,常温避光晾干即可。
实验例
在遵义赤水市竹编工艺品加工基地,选择相同的本地竹原料新编织的竹篮60个,分为实验组和对照组,每组30个,实验组篮子按照本发明方法处理,对照组按照传统方法将竹篮日晒干燥;将两组篮子分别放置在空气湿度为95%、温度38℃下存放3个月后,检测两组竹篮的柔韧性,表面变化。实验结果,实验组竹篮柔韧性与新编织的竹篮相比变化不大,表面完好,对照组竹篮相对于新编织的竹篮更脆,表面出现大量菌斑。

Claims (1)
1.一种抗潮湿竹编工艺品的加工方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)工艺品预处理:
将刚编织好的竹编工艺品表面的毛刺、竹屑清理干净,再用清水冲洗10min;
(2)高温高压处理:
将竹编工艺品浸没在清水中,在1.5-2个标准大气压下煮沸20-30min,然后捞出竹编工艺品,用50-60℃的蒸馏水冲洗3-5min;
(3)改性处理:
将上一步骤处理后的竹编工艺品浸没到清洗液中,在35-40℃下浸泡处理30min后取出备用,浸泡时每隔5min搅拌2min,搅拌速率为130-150r/min;所述的清洗液由如下重量份的物质组成:5份脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、3-7份焦磷酸钠、8-12份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、3-5份皂角提取物、300-500份去离子水;所述皂角提取物的制备方法为:将皂角加工成80-100目的粉末,将粉末与其质量8-10倍的清水混合,在40-50℃下浸泡40min得到混合液,在混合液中加入其质量0.5%的果胶酶混合均匀,用柠檬酸调节溶液ph为6-6.5,搅拌30min;用微波将溶液加热至沸腾,保温15-20min,将所得溶液经300目滤布过滤,再将滤渣与其质量10-15倍的纯净水混合,搅拌10-15min后用300目滤布过滤,合并两次滤液,将滤液减压浓缩干燥至含水量为15-25%即得;
(4)成膜处理:
将上一步骤处理过的竹编工艺品在0.3-0.4个标准大气压下,保持温度为40-45℃,放置30-40min,再将竹编工艺品表面刷一层环氧树脂改性丙烯酸树脂乳液,常温避光晾干即可。
