Abstract

本发明液体燃料的制取方法,所述代用动力油, 以小型炼油厂的常压渣油为原料,经过再蒸馏后,将 其馏分加入降凝剂,可分别制得代用汽油、柴油等内 燃机用代用动力油。与同号汽油、柴油相比,成本低、 功率大、烟度低。本发明的代用动力油收率可达渣油 的60—70%,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Description

本发明属于石油加工技术领域。
目前我国小型炼油厂采用常压蒸馏方法生产的内燃机用动力油(汽、柴油),其收率为30%左右,而其余70%则成为副产品-常压渣油,被以很低价格处理掉,造成很大浪费。
本发明提供一种成本较低,工艺简单,性能稳定的内燃机用动力油及其制法。
本发明是这样实现的:
1、将常压渣油加入蒸馏釜中加热进行蒸馏,控制液相温度不超过320℃,将蒸汽冷凝,冷却至10-28℃后,再过滤除其石蜡晶体,收集其滤后馏份;
2、将滤后馏份加入搅拌器,再加入下述重量配比的粗苯,开动搅拌器搅拌20-30分钟,静置24-30小时后,过滤即为成品。
所投入成份的重量配比为:
滤后馏份:20-80%
粗苯:80-20%
本发明的制成的内烧机用动力油,其热值高于同号汽油或柴油,尾气烟度较低,可使渣油收率提高到60-70%,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
实例1:一种#70汽油及制法:
1、将常压渣油50千克加入蒸馏釜中加热进行蒸馏,控制液相温度为300℃,将蒸液冷凝,冷却至15℃后,过滤除去石蜡晶体,收集滤后馏份28千克;
2、将28千克滤后馏份加入搅拌器,再加入28千克粗苯,开动搅拌器25分钟,静置24小时后,过滤即为成品。
#70汽油所投入成份的重量配比为:
滤后馏份:50%
粗苯:50%
实例2、一种#0柴油及制法
#0柴油所投入成份重量配比为:
滤后馏份:60%
粗苯:60%
#0柴油的制法为:
1、将常压渣油50千克加入蒸馏釜中加热进行蒸馏,控制液相温度在300℃,将蒸汽冷凝。冷却至25℃后,过滤除去石蜡晶体,收集滤后馏份30千克。
2、将30千克滤后馏份加入搅拌器,再加入20千克粗苯,开动搅拌器20分钟,静置30小时,过滤即为成品。

1、一种内燃机用动力油及其制法,其特征在于:
A、动力油所投入成份的重量配比为:
滤后馏份:20~80%
粗    苯:80~20%
B、动力油其制法为:
1、将常压渣油加入蒸馏釜中加热进行蒸馏,控制液相温度不超过320℃,将蒸汽冷凝、冷却至10-28℃后,过滤除去石蜡晶体,收集滤后馏份;
2、将滤后馏份加入搅拌器,再加入上述重量配比的粗苯,开动搅拌器搅拌20-30分钟,静置24-30小时后,过滤即为成品。
