the broadcast control module is used for detecting a broadcast request of a user, controlling terminal equipment in a whole area, a subarea or a single station to broadcast the broadcast content requested by the broadcast request according to the user priority level of the user, selecting audio and video files from a media library according to the playing priority level of the audio and video source, controlling the audio and video sources to broadcast the selected corresponding audio and video files, editing image and text information, controlling the terminal equipment to broadcast the edited image and text information, setting the terminal equipment for timed broadcast, controlling the terminal equipment to broadcast regularly, and controlling the terminal equipment to broadcast the remote telephone content and emergency short messages received by the remote control module;
the remote control module is used for remotely configuring the volume, the system version, the logic address, the switch state, the unlocking state and the awakening state of the terminal equipment and receiving the remote telephone and the emergency short message;
the real-time monitoring module is used for monitoring login information of the user, monitoring the instant working state of the terminal equipment, monitoring broadcast content of the terminal equipment, monitoring environmental information and sending a fire-fighting alarm signal to the fire-fighting alarm linkage module when monitoring that the environmental information is abnormal; the login information at least comprises login time, an IP address and exit time, and the environment information at least comprises temperature and humidity;
the fire-fighting alarm linkage module is used for setting an alarm linkage mode and controlling the terminal equipment to broadcast a preset alarm sound source through the broadcast control module when receiving a fire-fighting alarm signal sent by the real-time monitoring module;
the map display module is used for acquiring the instant working state of the terminal equipment monitored by the real-time monitoring module in real time and displaying the instant working state of the terminal equipment on a map through icons;
the mode that the broadcast control module is used for selecting audio and video files from a media library according to the playing priority level of the audio and video source and controlling the audio and video source to broadcast the selected corresponding audio and video files is specifically as follows:
the broadcast control module is used for detecting an audio and video source request of a user for indicating to play an audio and video file, judging whether the audio and video source request indicates a specific audio and video file, and selecting the specific audio and video file from the media library when the judgment result is yes; if not, selecting an audio/video file from the media library according to the playing priority of the audio/video source; and independently coding the audio and video file to obtain a target audio and video code, transmitting the target audio and video code to the terminal equipment, controlling the terminal equipment to independently decode the target audio and video code to obtain a target audio and video file, and broadcasting the target audio and video file.
2. The broadcast management platform of claim 1, wherein the system setting module is configured to set the user priority level in a specific manner:
the system setting module is used for setting the priority level of the user according to the administrative level of the user; the higher the administrative level of the user is, the higher the priority level of the user is, and the users with different priority levels manage the terminal equipment through the broadcast control module, the remote control module, the real-time monitoring module, the fire-fighting alarm linkage module and the map display module according to the priority levels of the users;
the system setting module is used for setting the playing priority level of the audio and video source specifically as follows:
the system setting module is used for obtaining the playing frequency of an audio and video source in the media library according to the broadcast content of the terminal equipment monitored by the real-time monitoring module and setting the playing priority level of the audio and video source in the media library according to the playing frequency; or, the method is used for selecting the audio and video source from the media library to set the playing priority of the audio and video source according to the preference of users with different priority levels;
the system setting module is used for managing the terminal equipment controlled by the broadcast control module in a specific mode that:
the system setting module is used for registering the terminal equipment, recording the information of the registered terminal equipment, managing the broadcast control module to control the registered terminal equipment, and deleting the information of the terminal equipment which is not in the control range of the broadcast control module, wherein the information of the terminal equipment at least comprises an address, a name and a contact person.

the broadcast control module is used for detecting a broadcast request of a user, determining a broadcast authority corresponding to a user priority level of the user sending the broadcast request according to the broadcast request, judging whether the broadcast request carries a signal for controlling the terminal equipment to broadcast in real time according to the broadcast authority, and controlling the terminal equipment in a whole area, a subarea or a single station to broadcast the broadcast content requested by the broadcast request when the broadcast request carries the signal for controlling the terminal equipment to broadcast in real time.
4. The broadcast management platform of claim 1, wherein the remote control module is configured to remotely configure the volume, the system version, the logical address, the switch state, the unlock state, and the wake-up state of the terminal device in a manner that:
the remote control module is used for carrying out remote volume configuration on the terminal equipment when receiving a volume configuration instruction and an audio signal; when a system version updating signal is received, remote system version upgrading configuration is carried out on the terminal equipment; when a configuration instruction of the logic address is received, the logic address of the terminal equipment is remotely allocated; and when receiving a configuration signal of a switching state, an unlocking state or a waking state, performing remote configuration operation on the switching on, the unlocking or the waking of the terminal equipment.
