the vehicle-mounted terminal sends the corresponding relation between the stored user terminal identity information and the vehicle identity information to the vehicle leasing management terminal;
after sending the positioning request information to the vehicle-mounted terminal, the user terminal judges whether the vehicle positioning information from the vehicle-mounted terminal is received within a preset time interval, and sends the vehicle positioning request information to the vehicle leasing management terminal after judging that the vehicle positioning information is not received;
