Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and are not intended to limit the invention.
The invention provides an account checking method, and in a first embodiment of the account checking method, referring to fig. 1, the account checking method includes:
step S10, when the to-be-checked file is detected, acquiring the type of the bank to which the to-be-checked file belongs;
in the application, an insurance company provides services such as loan, claim settlement, insurance coverage and the like for a client, after the business data such as loan, claim settlement, insurance coverage and the like of the insurance company and the client are determined, the insurance company transfers money through a cooperative bank, after the bank transfers the money, the bank returns the transferred money or successful money release data in batch to the insurance company, namely a corresponding journal file.
It should be noted that the reconciliation system can perform reconciliation of the reconciliation file and the reconciliation service record in a preset reconciliation time period, for example, the reconciliation time can be within 2 hours from 4 pm to 6 pm every day, that is, in the reconciliation system, after the preset reconciliation time is reached, a reconciliation instruction is automatically triggered to acquire the standardized reconciliation file, so as to implement starting the reconciliation, that is, the reconciliation system sets a program segment in a built-in processor in advance, the program segment represents processing logic for triggering the reconciliation instruction, and the processing logic is used for triggering the processor to respond to a triggered reconciliation event when the preset reconciliation time is detected to be reached.
In addition, when the preset account checking time is not enough to meet the account checking requirement, an account checking instruction can be triggered by manually clicking or touching an account checking interface on the account checking system so as to obtain the account checking file after standardized processing.
In the application, as long as the reconciliation system receives the reconciliation file, the reconciliation system triggers a process of acquiring the bank type to which the reconciliation file belongs, so that the received reconciliation file is converted into a standardized file, and it needs to be noted that the time for receiving the reconciliation file can be out of a preset reconciliation time period.
When the to-be-checked file is detected, the type of the bank to which the to-be-checked file belongs can be acquired in the following way: analyzing the account checking file, acquiring the bank name in the account checking file, acquiring the type of the bank according to the bank name in the account checking file, and receiving the account checking file of the bank by the account checking system through different interfaces, so that the type of the bank to which the account checking file belongs is acquired based on the interface source of the account checking file, the type of the bank comprises an industrial bank, a construction bank, an agricultural bank and the like, although the different types correspond to the same bank pipeline parameter, if the account checking file comprises the parameter such as a policy number, a client name, a transaction number, a payment number and the like, the display sequence or the display mode of the parameter can be different, namely the pipeline format of each type of corresponding bank is different, the specific embodiment is used for explaining, the parameter sequence in the account checking file of one bank is the order of a policy number, a client name, a transaction number and a payment number, and the parameter sequence in the account checking file of the other bank is the order of the transaction number, The customer name, the payment number and the policy are different, namely, different parameter display areas of reconciliation banks are different in bank reconciliation files, or parameter display rules are different in the reconciliation files.
Step S20, standardizing the reconciliation file to be collated according to the first conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the bank corresponding to the type and the standardized file;
and standardizing the account checking file to be checked according to the first conversion mapping relation between the account checking file of the bank corresponding to the type and the standardized file.
And according to the first conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the bank and the standardized file corresponding to the type, namely when the reconciliation file is a bank-establishing reconciliation file, acquiring a bank-establishing conversion mapping relation between the bank-establishing reconciliation file and the standardized file, and when the reconciliation file is a bank-establishing reconciliation file, acquiring a bank-work conversion mapping relation between the bank-work reconciliation file and the standardized file, and the like.
It should be noted that, in the present application, the standardized file refers to standardization of an arrangement format of each parameter in the file or standardization of display of each parameter, and fig. 4 is a specific form of the standardized file, which is described in a specific embodiment.
The adjustment process of the account checking file can be realized by acquiring a display template of the standardized file and respectively filling the content of each parameter of the account checking file into the display template of the standardized file. The specific embodiment is described, in which the content of the policy number is selected from the account checking file of bank a, the display position of the policy number in the standardized file is obtained, and the content of the policy number of the account checking file of bank a is filled into the display position of the policy number in the standardized file, that is, the content of parameters such as the name of the customer, the transaction number, the payment number, and the like is filled into the standardized file in one step.
In addition, label processing can be performed on the display position of each parameter, and the conversion of the to-be-checked file is performed based on the first mapping relation and the display position after label processing, wherein the mapping relation can be specifically the corresponding relation between different parameter contents and the label in the standardized file. And if the display position label of the policy number in the standardized file is No. 1, filling the policy number content in the account to be checked file based on the corresponding relation between the policy number content of the account to be checked file in the bank A and the display position of the No. 1.
In addition, the parameters in the to-be-checked-account file of the bank can be subjected to label processing, the label rule of the parameters in the to-be-checked-account file of the bank can be the same as the label rule of the standardized file, and particularly, in the process of converting the to-be-checked-account file, the parameter content in the to-be-checked-account file is filled into the standardized file with the same label as the parameters.
In another embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2, before the step of performing a normalization process on the account to be checked file, the step includes:
step S21, when the first conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the bank corresponding to the type and the standardized file is not found, analyzing the reconciliation file to obtain each parameter of the reconciliation file;
the conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the type corresponding to the bank and the standardized file can be searched through the name of the bank, when the corresponding conversion mapping relation is not inquired through the name of the bank, the reconciliation file of the type corresponding to the bank does not have the conversion mapping relation of the standardized file, if the first conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the type corresponding to the bank and the standardized file is not detected, the reconciliation file to be resolved comprises the resolution of a parameter name, and the resolution of the parameter name can be specifically: and calling a word decoder, analyzing the names of different parameters of the account checking file based on the word decoder, and particularly, when a statement is detected to exist in the account checking file, performing syntax analysis on the account checking file, and in addition, analyzing the display position or the display label of the parameter to acquire each parameter display position, display label and corresponding name of the account checking file.
Step S22, matching each parameter of the account checking file with the parameter in the standardized file, and generating a matching result;
in another embodiment of the present application, the step of matching each parameter of the to-be-reconciled file with a parameter in a standardized file and generating a matching result includes:
acquiring the name of a parameter of the file to be checked and a first display position of the parameter in the file to be checked;
acquiring a parameter consistent with the parameter name of the file to be checked in the standardized file, and acquiring a second display position of the parameter consistent with the name in the standardized file;
and generating a matching result according to the first display position and the second display position.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining names of all parameters of a to-be-checked file and first display positions of the parameters in the to-be-checked file, specifically, obtaining labels of the first display positions of the parameters, obtaining second display positions of the parameters, which are consistent with the names of the parameters of the to-be-checked file, in a standardized file, particularly, obtaining the labels of the second display positions, and generating matching results based on the corresponding relation between the first display positions and the second display positions of the parameters or the corresponding relation between the labels of the first display positions of the parameters and the labels of the second display positions.
And step S23, generating a second conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the bank corresponding to the type and the standardized file according to the matching result, and storing the second conversion mapping relation.
And forming a second conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the corresponding bank of the type and the standardized file based on the generated matching result, and storing the second conversion mapping relation, wherein the second conversion mapping relation is essentially the corresponding relation between the first display position and the second display position of each parameter, or the corresponding relation between the label of the first display position and the label of the second display position of each parameter.
And step S30, acquiring a to-be-checked business record corresponding to the to-be-checked file, and performing checking according to the standardized to-be-checked file and the to-be-checked business record.
The reconciliation processing step according to the document to be reconciled after the standardization processing and the service record to be reconciled comprises the following steps of:
acquiring account detail to be checked in the account file to be checked after standardization processing, wherein the account detail to be checked comprises account amount to be checked, account insurance policy number to be checked and account company name to be checked;
acquiring a record detail which is recorded in the business record to be reconciled and corresponds to the statement to be reconciled, and judging whether the record detail corresponds to the statement to be reconciled;
and when the record detail corresponds to the statement to be checked, marking the checked mark on the corresponding business record and the corresponding checking file after the checking is finished.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a to-be-checked account file corresponding to a to-be-checked account business record, wherein the to-be-checked account business record comprises a transaction number of a business, inquiring a corresponding to-be-checked account file based on the transaction number, and performing account checking after obtaining the to-be-checked account business record and the corresponding to-be-checked account file, wherein the account checking process can be as follows: firstly, obtaining details of account to be checked, such as account amount to be checked, account insurance number to be checked, name of company to be checked, etc., from the files to be checked after standardized processing, obtaining records of business to be checked based on transaction numbers of businesses, obtaining records of records in business to be checked, comparing the records of details with the details of account to be checked, specifically, comparing the recorded amount of money in the records of business to be checked with the account amount to be checked recorded in the corresponding files to be checked, comparing the record insurance number recorded in the records of business to be checked with the account insurance number to be checked recorded in the corresponding files to be checked, comparing the names of the companies recorded in the records of business to be checked with the names of company to be checked recorded in the corresponding files to be checked, confirming the insurance number, etc., after the account is checked, marking the corresponding business records with the corresponding account files with the marks of the checked, the mark may be an anti-counterfeit mark.
The method comprises the steps of acquiring the type of a bank to which a to-be-checked file belongs when the to-be-checked file is detected; standardizing the reconciliation file to be checked according to a first conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation file of the bank corresponding to the type and the standardized file; and acquiring a to-be-checked business record corresponding to the to-be-checked file, and performing checking processing according to the to-be-checked file subjected to the standardization processing and the to-be-checked business record. According to the method and the system, the account checking system prestores the first conversion mapping relation between the bank account checking file corresponding to each type and the standardized file, so that after the account checking file is obtained, the account checking file can be converted into the standardized file based on the first conversion mapping relation, and after the account checking file is converted into the standardized file, the comparison and matching between the parameter types of the account checking file and the parameter types of the service records to be checked are not needed, and the account checking efficiency can be improved. In addition, in the application, because the reconciliation system prestores the first conversion mapping relation between the reconciliation files of the corresponding banks of various types and the standardized files, the reconciliation operation of different reconciliation systems for different banks is not needed any more, so that the technical problems of more code resources and manpower resources waste in the reconciliation process and low reconciliation efficiency in the prior art are solved.
Further, the present invention provides another embodiment of the reconciliation method, in which before the reconciliation processing step, according to the to-be-reconciled file after the standardization processing and the to-be-reconciled business record, the reconciliation processing step includes:
when a conversion error is detected, acquiring a to-be-checked file before standardization processing;
and collecting the files to be checked and the corresponding business records to be checked before standardization processing into a conversion error record report so as to realize manual checking.
In this application, for increasing fault-tolerant function, when detecting the reconciliation file conversion error, wait to reconcile the file before obtaining the conversion, wait to reconcile the file before will converting with correspond to wait to reconcile business record and collect to the conversion error record statement in, and generate tip information to realize artifical reconciliation, wherein, the reconciliation system can set up: and if the account checking file is not converted into the standardized file within the set time after the account checking file is received, the account checking file is considered to be converted into an error. In the application, optionally, when the account checking file is subjected to the first conversion error, the to-be-checked file can be acquired to be subjected to the secondary conversion, and if the secondary conversion is still subjected to the conversion error, the to-be-checked file before the conversion and the corresponding to-be-checked business record are collected into the conversion error record report to realize manual account checking.
In the embodiment, when a conversion error is detected, a to-be-checked file before standardization processing is acquired; and collecting the files to be checked and the corresponding business records to be checked before standardization processing into a conversion error record report so as to realize manual checking. When the conversion error is detected, the manual account checking can be realized, so that the fault-tolerant function in the account checking process is improved.
Further, the present invention provides another embodiment of the reconciliation method, in which the reconciliation method further includes:
acquiring a to-be-checked account business record in a preset time period, and acquiring the current checking frequency based on the to-be-checked account business record;
adjusting the processing rate of carrying out standardized processing on the file to be checked in the preset time period based on the checking frequency;
and carrying out standardized processing on the file to be checked on the basis of the adjusted processing rate so as to realize the completion of the checking.
In the application, due to the fact that the account checking time is determined, the account checking service record to be checked in the preset time period can be acquired, the current account checking frequency is acquired based on the account checking service record to be checked, in the preset time period, due to the fact that the account checking frequency is different, the processing speed of standardized processing of the account checking file to be checked is correspondingly adjusted, specifically, when the account checking frequency is increased, the processing speed of standardized processing of the account checking file to be checked is increased, when the account checking frequency is reduced, the processing speed of standardized processing of the account checking file to be checked can be reduced, and the increasing and reducing amplitude can be flexibly set.
In the embodiment, the current reconciliation frequency is obtained based on the to-be-reconciled business record by obtaining the to-be-reconciled business record in the preset time period; adjusting the processing rate of carrying out standardized processing on the file to be checked in the preset time period based on the checking frequency; and carrying out standardized processing on the file to be checked on the basis of the adjusted processing rate so as to realize the completion of the checking. Because the standardized processing efficiency of the files to be checked is adjusted according to the current checking frequency, the checking efficiency can be improved in the application.
Further, the present invention provides another embodiment of the reconciliation method of the present invention, in this embodiment, after the reconciliation processing step is performed according to the to-be-reconciled file after the standardization processing and the to-be-reconciled transaction record, the reconciliation processing step includes:
when account checking failure is detected, acquiring a to-be-checked file before conversion, a to-be-checked file after conversion and a corresponding to-be-checked business record;
and collecting the files to be checked before the conversion, the files to be checked after the conversion and the corresponding business records to be checked into a check failure record report.
In the application, when account checking fails, particularly when the amount of money of the account checking business record is different from that of the account checking file, the account checking file before conversion, the account checking file after conversion and the corresponding account checking business record are obtained, the account checking file before conversion, the account checking file after conversion and the corresponding account checking business record are collected into an account checking failure record report form so that business personnel can manually inquire account checking failure reasons, and the account checking file and the account checking business record with account checking failure are marked with account checking failure labels.
