In the following description, for convenience of description and distinction, the commodities transacted in the physical store are referred to as offline commodities, and correspondingly, the commodities transacted by using the online transactor are referred to as online commodities, where the online commodities and the offline commodities are only referred to as commodities transacted under different scenes, and are essentially commodity objects involved in the transaction.
A transaction data generation stage:
a user purchases off-line commodities in a physical store, and when the required off-line commodities are purchased, the user settles accounts at a cashier desk of the physical store. The cashier acquires information of the offline commodities purchased by the user in the physical store through the store terminal 101. The information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store includes but is not limited to: the name of the good, the quantity, the category to which it belongs, the merchant, the shelf life, the size, etc.
Alternatively, the cashier may scan a two-dimensional code or a barcode on the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store through a peripheral device of the store terminal 101, such as a barcode scanner, to obtain information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store.
Alternatively, the cashier may manually enter information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user at the physical store through a peripheral device of the store terminal 101, such as a mouse, a keyboard, and the like.
In this embodiment, the store terminal 101 acquires information of offline commodities that the user has bought in the physical store, on the one hand, and acquires online identity information of the user, on the other hand. The present embodiment does not limit the sequence of the store terminal 101 acquiring the information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store and acquiring the online identity information of the user. For example, the information of the offline commodities that the user has bought in the physical store may be obtained first, and then the online identity information of the user may be obtained; or, the online identity information of the user can be obtained first, and then the information of the offline commodities bought by the user in the physical store can be obtained; alternatively, in the case of no conflict, the information of the offline goods purchased by the user in the physical store and the online identity information of the user may be acquired in parallel.
After obtaining the offline commodity information purchased by the user in the physical store and the online identity information of the user, the store terminal 101 sends the online identity information of the user and the offline commodity information purchased by the user in the physical store to the online transaction server 103, so that the online transaction server 103 generates transaction data for the offline commodity purchased by the user in the physical store by using the online identity of the user, and the online and offline transactions are combined, thereby facilitating the improvement of the convenience of the offline transaction.
For the online transaction server 103, information of offline commodities purchased by the user in the physical store and online identity information of the user, which are sent by the store terminal 101, are received, so that transaction data is generated for the offline commodities purchased by the user in the physical store by using the online identity of the user, and the generated transaction data is respectively issued to the store terminal 101 and the user terminal 102. The store terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 receive transaction data issued by the online transaction server 103. The main flow of the transaction data generation phase is now substantially complete.
For the store, the transaction data is associated with the online identity of the user, maintenance and management are performed on the transaction data of the store, so that the consumption condition of the store consumer can be conveniently viewed or known, and reference data can be provided for storefront layout, commodity layout and the like of the physical store. For the user, the online transaction data of the user can be managed and checked, and the offline transaction data of the user in a physical store can be managed and checked. The transaction data processing mode combining online and offline in the transaction data generation stage can fully utilize the online advantages to drive the convenience of offline transactions in the aspects of management, maintenance, operation and the like, improve the competitiveness of the physical store in the e-commerce environment and promote the development of the physical store.
In addition, the shopping users of the physical stores have randomness, so that the transaction commodity information of the users cannot be associated with the actual users frequently when the traditional users consume the shopping users, and therefore, the development of the physical stores is not favorable; in online transactions such as e-commerce, users generally process transaction commodity information uniformly based on account information such as registered identity, which is a technical implementation of online transaction convenience. In the embodiment of the application, the identity information registered online by the user can be associated with the offline transaction and communicated with the offline transaction, so that the online transaction and the offline transaction can be unified conveniently, the competitiveness of an offline entity store is improved, and the experience of offline shopping is also improved.
In some exemplary embodiments, after obtaining the information of the offline goods bought by the user at the physical store and the online identity information of the user, the store terminal 101 may automatically send the information of the offline goods bought by the user at the physical store and the online identity information of the user to the online transaction server 103.
In other exemplary embodiments, after obtaining the information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store and the online identity information of the user, the store terminal 101 may display a list prompt page for the cashier or the user to confirm whether to make a list. When the cashier or the user confirms the order placing, the order placing operation can be triggered through the order placing prompt page, for example, the order placing button on the order placing prompt page is clicked. Based on this, the store terminal 101 may transmit the online identity information of the user and the information of the offline goods that the user has bought at the physical store to the online transaction server 103 in response to the ordering operation for the online goods that the user has bought at the physical store.
In still other exemplary embodiments, when the store terminal transmits the online identity information of the user and the information of the offline goods purchased by the user at the physical store to the online transaction server 103, the online identity information of the user and the information of the offline goods purchased by the user at the physical store may all be transmitted to the online transaction server 103 in one communication process; alternatively, the online identity information of the user and the information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store may be transmitted to the online transaction server 103 in different communication processes.
In an alternative embodiment, the store terminal 101 may first send the online transaction server 103 the online identity information of the user, so that the online transaction server 103 can verify the validity of the user according to the online identity information of the user. For the online transaction server 103, the online identity information of the user sent by the store terminal 101 can be received, and the validity of the user can be verified according to the online identity information of the user; when the user passes the validity verification, the verification pass result is transmitted to the store terminal 101. The store terminal 101 receives the verification result returned by the online transaction server 103, and if the verification result returned by the online transaction server 103 is received, it continues to transmit the information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store to the online transaction server 103. The online transaction server 103 receives information of offline products that the user has bought in the physical store, which is continuously transmitted from the store terminal 101. Then, the online transaction server 103 may generate transaction data for the offline goods purchased by the user in the physical store according to the online identity of the user, and issue the generated transaction data to the store terminal 101 and the user terminal 102, respectively. In this embodiment, the validity of the user is first verified, and when the user fails the validity verification, the store terminal 101 may not transmit information of the offline goods purchased by the user at the physical store to the online transaction server 103, which is advantageous for saving network traffic and reducing the processing load of the online transaction server 103.
In the above embodiment or the following embodiments, the online transaction server 103 may generate transaction data for the offline goods that the user has bought in the physical store based on the online identity of the user. The online transaction server 103 may generate transaction data for the offline merchandise purchased by the user at the brick-and-mortar store in a variety of ways, based on the online identity of the user. Several approaches are provided below:
in an alternative embodiment, the online transaction server 103 may generate initial transaction data including information of offline commodities, such as commodity names, quantities, specifications, etc., purchased by the user at the physical store; then, distributing a transaction number for the initial transaction data to obtain transaction data; and associating the transaction number of the transaction data with the online identity information of the user, so as to achieve the purpose of generating the transaction data by taking the online identity of the user as the offline commodity of the user selected and purchased in the physical store. The online transaction server 103 may allocate a transaction number to the initial transaction data according to its own transaction number allocation policy.
In another optional embodiment, the online transaction server 103 may generate a transaction number of the transaction data according to the online identity information of the user, for example, perform hash calculation on the online identity information of the user, and use the hash value as the transaction number; the content of the transaction data is generated according to the information of the offline commodities bought by the user in the physical store, so that the purpose of generating the transaction data by taking the online identity of the user as the offline commodities bought by the user in the physical store is achieved. In this embodiment, the transaction number of the transaction data is associated with the online identity of the user.
It is worth noting that in the above embodiments, the transaction data includes, but is not limited to: transaction number, information of each commodity, total transaction amount and the like.
Transaction data payment phase:
after transaction data is generated for goods that the user has purchased at the brick and mortar store with the user's online identity information, a payment process for the transaction data may be entered. The present embodiment will next focus on a process of making payment for transaction data generated with the online identity information of the user for goods purchased by the user at a brick and mortar store. For convenience of description, the transaction data generated by using the online identity information of the user for the goods purchased by the user in the physical store will be referred to as the pending transaction data.
In the present embodiment, the payment operation for the transaction data to be processed may be triggered by the store terminal 101 or may be triggered by the user terminal 102. For the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102, the transaction data to be processed is acquired first. Alternatively, as described in the upper transaction data generation stage, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may receive, as the transaction data to be processed, the transaction data generated by the online transaction server 103 for the goods selected by the user in the physical store with the online identity information of the user. Then, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 generates a payment request according to the online identity information of the user, the transaction number of the transaction data to be processed, and the amount to be paid, and sends the payment request to the online transaction server 103, so that the online transaction server 103 deducts corresponding fees from the user account bound with the online identity information of the user for the transaction data to be processed. The amount to be paid is less than or equal to the total transaction amount related to the transaction data to be processed, and the specific value can be flexibly determined according to specific situations.
For the online transaction server 103, a payment request sent by the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 is received, and it is determined that a payment operation needs to be performed for the transaction data to be processed according to the payment request, so that a corresponding fee is deducted from a user account bound with the online identity information of the user for the transaction data to be processed according to the transaction number and the amount to be paid of the transaction data to be processed. The online transaction server 103 pays the fee deducted from the user account to the merchant account corresponding to the physical store. Optionally, the online transaction server 103 may transfer the corresponding fee in the user account to the merchant account corresponding to the physical store. Alternatively, the online transaction server 103 may transfer the corresponding fee in the user account to an intermediate account, and then transfer the corresponding fee from the intermediate account to a merchant account corresponding to the physical store. The intermediate account is mainly an account of an e-commerce to which the online transaction server 103 belongs.
Therefore, for the transaction data generated by the online commodity which is bought by the user in the physical store by taking the online identity of the user on the online transaction server as the online commodity, the payment operation is carried out through the user account bound with the online identity information, and the payment process is simpler and more convenient for the store and the user. The online and offline combined transaction data processing mode realized in the transaction data payment stage can drive offline transaction by using the advantages of online payment, improve the convenience of the offline transaction in payment, further improve the competitiveness of the physical store in the e-commerce environment and promote the development of the physical store.
In some exemplary embodiments, after the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 acquires the transaction data to be processed, an information page corresponding to the transaction data to be processed may be displayed, and the information page includes the payment control. Upon confirmation of payment, the payment control may be triggered (e.g., clicked, pressed long) to initiate a payment operation to the cashier or user. For the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102, in response to the trigger operation for the payment control, a payment request may be generated according to the online identity information of the user, the transaction number of the transaction data to be processed, and the amount to be paid, and sent to the online transaction server 103, so that the online transaction server 103 deducts a corresponding fee from the user account bound with the online identity information of the user.
In some exemplary embodiments, the amount to be paid in the payment request may be determined from the offline price of the good. For example, taking a commodity order as an example, when the online trading server 103 generates a commodity order, the total order amount may be generated according to the online price of the online commodity, and the total order amount may be carried in the commodity order and issued to the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102. Alternatively, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may directly extract the total amount of the order from the commodity order, and report the total amount of the order as the amount to be paid to the online transaction server 103 by the payment request. Alternatively, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may report the amount selected by the user to the online transaction server 103 through a payment request, as the amount to be paid, according to a portion of the amount that the user selects to be paid through the user account bound to the online identity thereof. For example, the total amount of the order is 100 yuan, the user selects 50 yuan to pay by binding the user account with the online identity, and the rest 50 yuan selects cash, bank cards and other payment modes to pay.
Here, the offline price of the product refers to a price at the time of trading the product in a physical store. Accordingly, the price at which the commodity is traded by the online trader is referred to as the online price, and the online trading server 103 generally maintains the online price of the commodity. The online price and the offline price of the commodity may be the same or different.
In other exemplary embodiments, the amount to be paid in the payment request may be determined based on the online price of the good. Based on this, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may calculate the amount to be paid according to the online price of the offline commodity related to the transaction data to be processed on the online transaction server 103; and generating a payment request according to the online identity information of the user, the transaction number of the transaction data to be processed and the amount to be paid, and sending the payment request to the online transaction server 103 so that the online transaction server 103 deducts corresponding fees from a user account bound with the online identity information of the user.
Alternatively, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may extract the online price of the offline good directly from the pending transaction data when calculating the amount to be paid. For example, taking a product order as an example, when generating a product order, the online trading server 103 may obtain online prices of offline products, and send the online prices of the offline products to the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 while carrying the online prices of the offline products in the product order. Or,
alternatively, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may request the online price of the offline goods from the online transaction server 103 in real time when calculating the amount to be paid. For example, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may determine an offline good to which the pending transaction data relates, and may further send a price request to the online transaction server 103, the price request including an identification of the offline good. The online transaction server 103 receives a price request transmitted from the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102, acquires an online price of an offline product from the price request including an identifier of the offline product, and returns the online price of the offline product to the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102. The store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 receives the online price of the offline commodity returned by the online transaction server 103, and then calculates the amount to be paid based on the online price of the offline commodity.
Alternatively, in calculating the amount to be paid, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may directly calculate the transaction total amount as the amount to be paid from the number of offline commodities and the online price of the offline commodities to which the transaction data to be processed relates. Or
Optionally, an online coupon policy that the user can enjoy may be incorporated in calculating the amount to be paid. Based on this, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may transmit a coupon policy request including the user's online identity information to the online transaction server 103. The online transaction server 103 receives the discount policy request sent by the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102, acquires the online discount policy that the user can enjoy according to the online identity information of the user in the discount policy request, and returns the online discount policy that the user can enjoy to the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102. The store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 receives the online discount policy that the user can enjoy returned from the online transaction server 103, and calculates the amount to be paid based on the online discount policy that the user can enjoy and the online price of the offline commodity.
Further, if the user only selects to pay through the user account bound with the online identity information of the user, the transaction total amount of the transaction data to be processed can be determined as the amount to be paid according to the online discount strategy enjoyable by the user, the online price of the offline commodity and the quantity of the commodity. If the user selects other payment modes besides payment through the user account bound with the online identity information of the user, the transaction total amount of the transaction data to be processed can be determined according to an online discount strategy enjoyable by the user, the online price and the commodity quantity of the offline commodity; and determining the amount to be paid according to the amount which can be paid by other payment methods and the total transaction amount. For example, the difference between the total transaction amount and the amount payable by other payment means may be used as the pending payment amount. Other payment methods refer to payment methods other than payment through a user account bound with the online identity information of the user, such as payment methods of bank cards, credit cards, cash and the like.
In some exemplary embodiments, when generating the payment request, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may directly package the online identity information of the user in the payment request and report to the online transaction server 103. For the online transaction server 103, the online identity information of the user can be analyzed from the payment request, and then the user account bound with the online identity information of the user is determined according to the maintained binding relationship between the online identity information and the user account, and the corresponding fee is deducted from the user account.
In other exemplary embodiments, in generating the payment request, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may send an account request to the online transaction server 103, the account request including online identity information of the user. The online transaction server 103 receives an account request sent by the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102, and according to the online identity information of the user in the account request. For the online transaction server 103, the online identity information of the user can be analyzed from the payment request, a user account bound with the online identity information of the user is obtained, and the user account is returned to the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102, so that the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 can generate the payment request. The store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 receives a user account returned by the online transaction server 103; and generating a payment request according to the user account, the transaction number of the transaction data to be processed and the amount to be paid. In this exemplary embodiment, the user account is carried directly in the payment request. For the line transaction server 103, the user account may be parsed from the direct payment request, and the corresponding fee may be deducted from the user account.
In this description, in the transaction data payment phase, the transaction data to be processed refers to transaction data generated for an offline commodity that the user purchases in a physical store by using the online identity information of the user. The to-be-processed transaction data may be generated in the manner described in the above-mentioned transaction data generation phase, that is, the store terminal 101 acquires information of the offline commodity purchased by the user in the physical store and online identity information of the user, sends the information of the offline commodity purchased by the user in the physical store and the online identity information of the user to the online transaction server 103, so that the online transaction server 103 generates and returns transaction data for the offline commodity by using the online identity of the user, and then the store terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 receive the transaction data issued by the online transaction server as the to-be-processed transaction data, but not limited thereto. In any generation mode, the transaction data generated by the online identity information of the user aiming at the commodities purchased by the user in the physical store can be used as a transaction data payment stage for payment processing.
In some exemplary embodiments, the online transaction server 103 may manage its own users through member codes. Different users have different membership codes, which uniquely identify the online identity of the user. The member code of the user carries the online identity information of the user. The member code of the user can be any coding pattern such as a bar code, a two-dimensional code and the like. The entire order processing flow will be described below with reference to fig. 2 a.
As shown in fig. 2a, a user may send a registration request to the online transaction server 103 through the user terminal 102, where the registration request carries information of the user, such as an identification number, a mobile phone number, a mailbox number, a home address, and the like. The online transaction server 103 generates a member code for the user based on the information and transmits the member code to the user terminal 102. The user terminal 102 receives the member code issued by the online transaction server 103, and may be stored locally, or may not be stored, and may acquire the member code from the online transaction server 103 as needed. It should be noted that the online identity information of the user may be not only a member code, but also other information that can uniquely identify the user, such as a member ID assigned to the user by the online transaction server 103.
Based on the above, as shown in fig. 2a, after the user purchases the offline merchandise needed in the physical store, on one hand, the cashier can scan the barcode or the two-dimensional code of the offline merchandise purchased by the user through the peripheral device of the store terminal 101, for example, the barcode scanning gun, to obtain the information of the offline merchandise purchased by the user (e.g., scan the merchandise ① shown in fig. 2 a), on the other hand, the user can display the member code registered in advance with the online transaction server 103 through the user terminal 102 according to the requirement of the cashier, the cashier can scan the member code through the barcode scanning gun to obtain the online identity information of the user (e.g., scan the member code ① shown in fig. 2 a), the store terminal 101 sends the obtained information to the online transaction server 103 (e.g., upload the merchandise and identity information ① shown in fig. 2 a), and the online transaction server 103 generates the transaction data for the offline merchandise purchased by the user in the physical store with the online identity of the user, and sends the generated transaction data to the store terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 (e.g., the transaction data ① shown in fig. 2 a).
Next, the store terminal 101 or the user terminal 102 may trigger the payment process using the transaction data sent by the online transaction server 103 as the transaction data to be processed. In conjunction with fig. 2a, the exemplary embodiment will be described by taking the store terminal 101 as an example to trigger the payment process.
In the payment process triggered by the store terminal 101, after receiving the to-be-processed transaction data sent by the online transaction server 103, the store terminal 101 may generate a payment request according to the online identity information of the user, the transaction number of the to-be-processed transaction data, and the to-be-paid amount, and send the payment request to the online transaction server 103 (as shown in fig. 2a, payment request ②), the online transaction server 103 receives the payment request sent by the store terminal 101, and deducts a corresponding fee (as shown in fig. 2a, a fee deduction operation ②) from a user account bound with the online identity information of the user for the to-be-processed transaction data according to the transaction number of the to-be-processed transaction data and the to-be-paid amount, where ① represents a generation stage, and ② represents a payment stage.
Alternatively, a payment result (such as payment result ② shown in fig. 2 a) may be returned to the store terminal 101 and the user terminal 102 when the online transaction server 103 deducts the corresponding fee from the user account.
In the above process, in addition to acquiring the member code of the user through the user terminal 102, the cashier may send a member code request to the online transaction server 103 through the store terminal 101 according to non-member code information (e.g., a mobile phone number) that the user can be recognized by the online transaction server 103, the member code request including the non-member code information of the user, such as a mobile phone number; then, the member code of the user returned by the online transaction server 103 is received. For the online transaction server 103, a member code request sent by the store terminal 101 is received, a member code of the user is searched according to the non-member code information of the user carried in the member code request, and the member code of the user is returned to the store terminal 101, so that the store terminal 101 can obtain the online identity information of the user through the member code.
Optionally, in an implementation manner, the member code of the user carries online identity information of the user. Therefore, in the process of scanning the member code of the user at each stage, the online identity information of the user can be directly analyzed from the member code.
Optionally, in another implementation manner, the member code of the user carries other information that the user can be identified by the online transaction server 103, for example, a user ID assigned to the user by the online transaction server 103, a mobile phone number of the user, and the like. Based on this, in the process of scanning the member code of the user at each stage, other information of the user can be analyzed from the member code, an identity information request is sent to the online transaction server 103 according to the other information of the user, the identity information request carries with the other information of the user, and then the online identity information of the user returned by the online transaction server is received.
Further, in the payment flow triggered by the store terminal 101, the store terminal 101 may present at least one payment method for selection by the user before generating the payment request. At least one payment method includes, but is not limited to: bank card, credit card, cash, associated account, etc. When the user selects the payment method to be used from at least one payment method, the selection operation of the payment method can be triggered by a cashier or the user. The store terminal 101 determines the selected payment method in response to the selection operation of the payment method. When the selected payment method is the first payment method, the store terminal 101 is triggered to generate a payment request and follow-up operation. The first payment method is a method of making payment through a user account bound with the online identity information of the user (which may be referred to as an associated account payment method for short).
In the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 2a, online and offline transactions can be opened from the whole process of order generation and payment, so that online and offline comprehensive combination is realized, online advantages, such as advantages of being convenient to check and manage online orders, advantages of being convenient to pay and the like, can be fully utilized, convenience of offline transactions in management, maintenance, payment and the like can be driven, competitiveness of physical stores in the e-commerce environment is improved, and development of physical stores is promoted.

Fig. 4b is a schematic flow chart of another transaction data processing method according to another exemplary embodiment of the present application. The method can be implemented based on the system shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2b, and is mainly described from the point of view of a store terminal. As shown in fig. 4b, the method comprises:
41. and acquiring to-be-processed transaction data, wherein the to-be-processed transaction data is generated by aiming at off-line commodities purchased by a user in a physical store by using on-line identity information on an on-line transaction server of the user.
42. And carrying out payment processing on the transaction data to be processed.
In this embodiment, the store terminal obtains to-be-processed transaction data generated for an off-line commodity purchased by the user at the physical store by using the on-line identity information of the user on the on-line transaction server, and performs payment processing for the to-be-processed transaction data. In this embodiment, the identity information registered online by the user can be associated with the offline transaction and communicated with the offline transaction, so that the online transaction and the offline transaction can be unified conveniently, the competitiveness of the offline entity store is improved, and the experience of offline shopping is also improved.
In an exemplary embodiment, the store terminal may present at least one payment method to the user or cashier for the user to select a payment method to use from before payment processing is performed on the transaction data to be processed. Optionally, the at least one payment method includes, but is not limited to: bank card, credit card, cash, third party payment, automatic payment, etc. When the user selects the payment method to be used from at least one payment method, the selection operation of the payment method can be triggered by a cashier or the user. The store terminal determines a target payment method to be selected for use in response to a selection operation of the payment method.
The payment processing process of the store terminal for the transaction data to be processed is different based on different target payment modes. The following examples illustrate:
for example, the target payment method is a third party payment method. The third party payment method is a payment method for deducting corresponding fees from a user account bound with the online identity information of the user by a third party (such as an online transaction server). In step 42, the store terminal may generate a payment request according to the online identity information of the user, the transaction number of the transaction data to be processed, and the amount to be paid, in case that the user selects to use the third party payment method for payment; and sending the payment request to an online transaction server so that the online transaction server deducts corresponding cost from a user account bound with the online identity information of the user for the transaction data to be processed. And transferring the fee deducted from the user account into a merchant account corresponding to the physical store. Optionally, the store terminal may further receive a payment result issued by the online transaction server.
As another example, the targeted payment method is an automated payment method. The automatic payment mode is a payment mode that the online transaction server automatically deducts fees from a user account bound with the online identity information of the user or automatically triggers the user terminal to deduct fees from the user account. Under the condition that the user selects an automatic payment mode to pay, the online transaction server actively deducts corresponding fee (namely the amount to be paid) from a user account (such as a Paibao account number) bound with the online identity information of the user, and the fee can be deducted automatically in a background in the deduction process without other operations of the user; or, the online transaction server informs the user of completing the payment operation on the APP through the APP (such as a tianmao, a naughty, etc.) installed on the user terminal (such as a mobile phone); or the online transaction server prompts the user to pay through a payment APP (e.g., a payment bank) installed on the user terminal and corresponding to the user account, and the specific manner is not limited. In the automatic payment mode, after the online transaction server or the user terminal completes the fee deduction operation, a payment result can be returned to the store terminal so that the store terminal can pay the transaction data to be processed. Based on this, in step 42, the store terminal may receive the payment result sent by the user terminal or the online transaction server; and carrying out payment processing on the transaction data to be processed according to the payment result. For example, payment results, printed transaction tickets, etc. may be saved.
In addition to the above examples, the user may also select other payment means such as a bank card, credit card, or cash.
In this description, no matter which payment method is selected by the user, the detailed payment process can be referred to the related description in the foregoing embodiments, and is not described herein again.
In a specific application scene, a user A registers an account C on an e-commerce server B of an e-commerce website, the user A can log in the website provided by the e-commerce server B to carry out shopping transaction, and the e-commerce server B can record transaction data of the user A;
meanwhile, when the user a purchases a next physical store D online and when the physical store D purchases a commodity for transaction, a clerk in the physical store D may scan the commodity purchased by the user a by using the POS machine E to obtain commodity information, and obtain the identity information of the user by scanning a member code displayed by the physical store D (the member code may be an application APP provided by a provider server B installed on a mobile phone of the user a, and the APP may provide the member code for the user a, and the member code may be an account number of the user, or a string of numbers or other identifiers corresponding to the account number C of the user, which is referred to as a string of numbers here), and obtain the identity information of the user (the member code may represent the identity information of the user because it uniquely corresponds to the account number).
The POS machine E obtains the commodity information purchased by the user A and the identity information of the user, namely the member code, and then the information can be sent to the electronic business server B, and the electronic business server B can generate transaction data, specifically an order, based on the member code and the commodity information, and can return the order to the POS machine, so that the POS machine can carry out payment operations such as charging and the like on the user A based on the order.
The POS E may provide different payment options for the user a based on the returned order, and may have a cash payment option, a bank card payment option, a third party payment option (e.g., a pay-for-treasure payment option), and an automatic payment option. The automatic payment option refers to that the e-commerce server B can deduct the cost required to be paid by the user for the current order from a payment account (such as a Paibao account) associated with the account of the user actively, and the fee can be deducted automatically in a background in the deduction process without other operations of the user; or the e-commerce server B informs the user of completing payment operation on the APP through the APP installed on the mobile phone of the user A; or the e-commerce server B notifies the user a of the payment APP of the corresponding payment account to prompt the user a to pay, and the specific manner is not limited.
